Kami around the streets looking for Ava, he through every shop window and cafe, some closed most of them abandoned. But Kami roams through the buildings looking for her.
''Ava!!'' He shouts. ''Ava! Where could this be.''
Civilians look through their window curtains to see who's making, Kami sees a kid watching while he's looking around. He smiles at the kid and the kid hides half of their face and body while still peeping with the other eye. Kami waves at him and someone who Kami can't see covers the curtain over the boy closing it properly.
Kami still looks at the window while swaying back and forth, ''Should I go left or right? Maybe I should go up.'' He looks up the building.
''Would be a very good idea if I wasn't drunk.'' He scoffs.
Ava suddenly pulls up around the corner while holding Abigail with the two of them smiling at each other. Kami sees the two of them and starts running at her, Abigail gets shocked and immediately starts hiding behind Ava.
''Ava!'' He runs and jumps on her with a hug. ''I was looking for you. Where were you?!''
''I was buying stuff- '' She smells Kami's breath. ''Are you drunk?!''
''Ava guess what! I met this guy, and he said he'll join our crew if we help with something.''
''That's good but get off me. You reek of alcohol.'' She gets him off pushing him away.
''Okay so where's our gravetread?''
Abigail still hiding behind Ava looks at Kami. ''Ava... is this your friend?''
''Oh, did you also find a crew member?'' Kami kneels down while laughing at her.
''No! You idiot! She's obviously way too young.'' Ava rubs her back and shows her to Kami, but Abigail doesn't want to expose herself to him and insist herself on hiding from Kami. ''Abigail is the daughter of the woman I bought this scarf from, and we've been talking too--''
''I'm her friend!'' Abigail interrupts. ''Who are you?''
''I'm Kami Van Hellsin, I'm also Ava's friend. And Ava's friend is my friend too.'' Kami reaches his hand out to her, but she doesn't want to shake his hand holds on to Ava tighter.
''Don't worry about him Abigail, he's harmless... He's just drunk that's all.''
''Mother told me that I shouldn't talk to the drunk man, and he looks like the drunk man.''
''Hey, she's right... I'm totally drunk Ava.''
''That doesn't matter right now, can you tell me why you're looking for me.''
''Oh yes! I wanted you show me where the gravetread is.''
''Are we leaving already?''
''You could say something like that.'' He chuckles.
''Okay I guess...'' she turns to Abigail. ''Abigail, The capt-- Kami and I have to leave now. I hope we see each other again.''
''Don't say your goodbyes yet, you'll be seeing each other soon.''
''What do you mean by that.''
Kami runs forward ''Come on let's get going.''
''Hey! Stupid wait for me, I'm the one who knows where it is.''
Ava runs behind Kami and the two of them leave Abigail standing in the middle of the streets alone. She stands there not being able to get herself to move.
''But Ava... I don't know which way is home.'' She whispers, her voice breaks in fear.
Kami and Ava finally find the gravetread, and they both jump on it. Kami sees that its still dirty and the dry blood is still around. He looks around surprised.
''Ava! Why is the gravetread still dirty?! I thought you said you'll get it cleaned up!'' He teases.
''I tried but that place is closed, like most businesses in this kingdom. It's a complete ghost town.''
Kami laughs and grabs the wheel. ''Hey, how do you say I drive it this time.''
''While you're still drunk?''
''I'm your captain, I demand you to let me drive this vehicle.'' He teases in a posh voice.
''Okay if you say so...'' She shrugs it off. ''Just don't crash it anywhere. I don't need the Masons to come for us.''
''Can't make any promises.'' He laughs.
Ava shows him how to prepare and start the vehicle, he starts it properly and celebrates by throwing his hand wide open.
''Hey, don't be an idiot... hold the steering wheel.''
''Okay okay, sheesh.''
Kami starts driving around and he's control is horrible, Ava can barely stand on her feet and tried to hold on to something. She immediately regrets allowing him to drive and tried to slowly approach the steering wheel, but Kami keeps going in zigzags.
Kami is laughing and singing, he occasionally let's go of the wheel where he almost would crash into a building and barely turn it around. He drives around the city and this gains the attention of the civilians of the kingdom, but they remain in their houses in fear.
''I'm driving a gravetread everyone, come out and see me driving a gravetread for the first time whoop!!''
''Kami, aren't we going the wrong way? This is a direction to the center of the kingdom. We're head towards the Mason's base.''
''Don't worry Ava, I just want to see the base from up close.''
Ava jumps up and grabs the steering wheel, but Kami doesn't want to let go of it.
''Hey what are you doing?!''
''It's only a matter of time, till you hit a building. Let me drive us.''
''No! I want to drive!''
''No! You'll crash it!''
''I'm the captain, and I want to drive!''
''Yeah, when you've sobered up maybe!''
The two of them tussle with the wheel and the vehicle goes left and right, worse than when Kami was controlling it on his own. The Mason's base in the straight ahead at the end of the street, and Kami pushes Ava away as soon as he sees the building.
He increases the speed of the gravetread towards the base, with a smile on his face. Ava realizes that he's not planning on stopping or even slowing down and her eyes widen.
''What are you doing?!'' She shouts.
But it's too late and Kami runs the vehicle through the wall and a loud crash echo throughout the whole kingdom. The gravetread is fully broken and unable to move anymore, both Kami and Ava come out of the dust coughing.
''What the hell... are you trying kill me?!!'' Ava shouts.
''No, I just wanted to break the wall.''
''Why?!''
''Because, we're going to rob this base!'' He laughs.
