Chapter 89 - Chapter 91 : West Blue!!

Above the black mist, all the Rens were forcibly summoned here.

"Huh? I came without even falling asleep?" Naruto Ren looked a little surprised.

"I'm still talking to someone, I give up." Akame Ren said, feeling a bit speechless.

"It should be because Game Ren died." Re:Zero Ren was the first to notice that a figure he had only seen once hadn't appeared.

"Huh? He died? That's impossible. With his habit of living alone, staying out of events, and our shared powers, he shouldn't have died." Pirate Ren was shocked. If he hid, he should have been fine.

At this moment, all the Rens fell silent. It seemed this space didn't make them invincible.

Soon, the black mist engulfed them.

[Game Ren's wish is to live in peace. Are you willing to spend _ years of life to resurrect him?]

"Whoa, did you guys see that? He can actually be revived." Pirate Ren was stunned. He retracted his earlier words; this space was indeed overpowered.

Re:Zero Ren looked at the blank and silently entered 100 years. He had basically exploited a bug to resurrect him.

Naruto Ren entered 1 year. He still had many things to do and couldn't spend too much life. The others entered small amounts as a gesture, but with Re:Zero Ren, it was enough.

"Whoa, a hundred years? That's insane." Akame Ren envied Re:Zero Ren's longevity. The richer and more powerful someone was, the more they wanted a long life.

"Hey, don't you guys notice? I lost a hundred years and I'm still fine. Looks like this life was sponsored for a long time by that woman." Re:Zero Ren sighed. He really didn't need to live this long.

[Resurrecting]

Game Ren entered the resurrection state. He would probably revive the next time they gathered.

"Looks like we're still not strong enough to make our self in the Games' world invincible." Akame Ren sighed.

"If anyone else said that, fine, but you? I don't like it, you harem king." Pirate Ren mocked.

"This… I can't just pretend I didn't hear that. You mean to tell me you want me to be a stud?" Akame Ren was furious.

"That world of his is hopeless. Humans there don't even have the chance to grow stronger," Naruto Ren said, recalling Game Ren's experiences in that world.

"What a pity. I've already upgraded my gear, and he won't get it," Detective Ren said regretfully.

"Since we're all here, let's share it first," Pirate Ren said, extending his hand.

The various Rens quickly finished sharing, but this time, no one felt happy. Their previous joke had been confirmed—Rens from other worlds really might have died even before arriving here.

"Everyone, we can't keep dying. Those present all have their own missions. We won't waste too many lives on resurrection," Akame Ren said earnestly.

Re:Zero Ren didn't comment and just gave him a white look. The other Rens glanced at each other and remained silent.

What Akame Ren said made sense—they all had their own goals, and more time was always better.

...

Pirate world, Year 1508.

Two years had passed since then. Ren's power began to shrink, but his Mink Pirates had grown into a major pirate crew. Being a combat-oriented race, combined with Ren's training, made them extremely powerful.

Due to Ren's unique status, he was labeled a traitor with a bounty of 4.8 billion Berries. His pirate identity wasn't explicitly mentioned, but the bounty spoke for itself.

Because of the huge bounty, many bounty hunters were intimidated. But where there is great reward, there are always reckless fools. A few tried to ambush him. Without exception, all were cut down by Ren's blade.

Right now, Ren was also given a title: the Underwater Overlord. As long as he was on Fish-Man Island, anyone who caused trouble here would die without exception.

In the first half of the Grand Line, Ren appeared in this sea. Recent intelligence had made him somewhat uneasy.

Even though his strength was high enough to take down an admiral in an instant, these people simply avoided direct conflict with him.

The information he had gotten from Doflamingo didn't satisfy this situation either.

Looking at the bold news headlines in the newspaper, Ren couldn't help but marvel at how well the World Government played things.

Public opinion was not on his side.

Putting down the newspaper, he prepared to head to the West Blue. He was going to make contact with the Revolutionary Army.

Although it was secretive, news still leaked. Before leaving, Ren waited for a ship.

"Finally arrived?" Ren looked at the ship being dragged by two giant snakes in the distance.

The ship from Amazon Lily could freely navigate the Calm Belt. The pirates on this ship were extremely hard to catch.

No method had yet been invented to move without attracting Sea Kings, so if they escaped to the Calm Belt, neither the Navy nor other pirates could do anything.

"Lord Ren, forgive me!" Hancock didn't hesitate and attacked him with a kick, startling everyone on the ship.

Ren's arm turned dark, effortlessly blocking Hancock's attack.

"As expected of the 4.8 billion bounty head. Lord Ren is truly remarkable," Hancock said with a light hum, retracting her long leg.

"Take me to the West Blue," Ren said nothing and simply jumped onto their ship.

Hancock ordered her crew to tow Ren's ship along, then set off from the Calm Belt toward the West Blue aboard the Amazon Lily ship.

"Lord Ren, long time no see," the two sisters respectfully saluted him.

"It's fine," Ren shook his head and found a place to lie down.

The former queen of Amazon Lily was also present. She looked at Ren with some fear. Her Observation Haki told her that Amazon Lily must never provoke such a being.

Knowing he had once been connected to the three slave sisters, she sensed there was more to their relationship and chose to remain silent.

Apart from the three sisters, no one had ever seen this 4.8 billion bounty pirate in person. Almost everyone only knew him from the news, so no one dared to approach.

"Lord Ren, what is your purpose in going to the West Blue?" Hancock asked, voicing her question.

Since their parting, she had been keeping an eye on his actions, whether it was Fish-Man Island, the New World battles with the Emperors, or betraying the World Government.

"To meet the Revolutionary Army, and to recruit someone," Ren replied.

Hearing this, Hancock realized what he intended to do. He was truly planning to oppose the World Government, and she felt the day for this would not be far off.

"Lord Ren, is there anything we can do?" Hancock asked after some thought.

"First, take me to the West Blue. After that, you can develop things yourselves. You're not yet qualified to intervene in this battlefield," Ren said bluntly, which slightly hurt the three sisters.

Hancock clenched her fists.

Her pirate crew had removed Ren's name, which was a signal from him.

Now, wanting to help again only to be rejected left her feeling frustrated.

Ren saw this but said nothing.

He knew asking her to act would only put her in danger.

The enemy he faced now was not some harmless pirate play.

"Lord Ren, we've reached the West Sea," Hancock said as she approached him.

"Good. Thank you all for your effort," Ren replied, jumping onto his ship and slowly sailing away.

The Kuja ship stayed still for a while, until her sister came beside her.

"Sister, he's already gone," her sister said softly.

"Mm, let's go back," Hancock replied, her expression distant.

Perhaps Ren no longer cared about her status as a slave.

Perhaps he didn't care whether she could defeat him to regain freedom.

From this encounter, Hancock understood—they were truly free now.
