As Ren rampaged through the New World clearing out pirates, a piece of news spread across the world.
Robin picked up the newspaper and quickly made her way to the deck. Watching one person after another of the fishmen compete for attention, she felt a bit speechless. She walked over to Ren and said, "The Revolutionary Army has been exposed."
Ren began to explain, "I exposed them. A while ago, Morgans contacted me."
Robin looked puzzled. "Weren't you cooperating with them? Isn't this a betrayal?"
"Did I ever say I was cooperating with them? Besides, I just need them to hold on for a while," Ren said with a faint smile as he looked at Robin.
Recalling their previous conversation, it seemed they had only asked each other for a favor—cooperation was never mentioned. Robin understood instantly.
"Reisa, Hancock, come over here," Ren said, looking at the two women whose gazes were locked in rivalry.
Reisa and Hancock glanced at each other, neither willing to give in, but they obeyed Ren and came to his side.
Ren let out a long sigh. "I understand your thoughts, more or less. I'm not stupid."
Reisa and Hancock remained silent, waiting for him to continue.
"But right now, I don't have time to deal with this. Can you give me some time?"
"All right," Reisa nodded quickly.
"Hmph, such an indecisive man," Hancock snorted lightly but did not leave.
Sandersonia and Marigold exchanged glances. Is this their sister? Called the Empress, the most beautiful woman pirate? Competing with fishmen for attention?
East Blue, on a certain island.
"That Morgans and that guy!" Ivankov looked at the news, furious.
"Calm down. Since it was decided before, being exposed was only a matter of time," Dragon said calmly. He had already thought about the gains and losses of this action.
"Dragon, what should we do next?" someone asked.
"First, relocate. Before anything happens over at Ren's side, the World Government will focus on us," Dragon said decisively. After confirming the plan in a brief meeting, they quickly withdrew.
Although exposed early, the Revolutionary Army was developing incredibly fast compared to the original story, in both funds and manpower.
Marine Headquarters.
"Garp, look at what Dragon has done." Sengoku slammed a newspaper onto the table. It detailed everything the Revolutionary Army had done recently.
Just when the Ren incident hadn't even ended, another event had already surfaced.
"Hahaha, they betray the World Government so easily. Seems like the World Government's control isn't that great." Garp laughed heartily.
"Comments like that should stay here," Sengoku sighed. The reason Garp refused promotion to Admiral was simple: he didn't want to serve the Celestial Dragons.
"You didn't call us here just to report this, right, Sengoku?" Tsuru said after finishing the newspaper.
"Ren survived, and he's now recruiting in the New World. He's completely stirring the waters there. The Revolutionary Army has also emerged, changing what had been relatively calm seas. Pirates are running rampant, one incident after another. The Marines are tied up fighting Ren's forces, and now the civilians in all four blues are starting to talk about the Marines."
"Do we need to stabilize the Marines' reputation? I'll handle it." Tsuru volunteered.
"Tsuru, I'll take care of that," Garp quickly said.
"Garp, don't joke. The upcoming war isn't child's play. This battlefield needs your strength." Tsuru criticized Garp heavily.
"Alright, Tsuru, then I'll leave the four blues to you." Sengoku assigned the task and then looked at Garp. "Garp, take this seriously. If we lose, the world will descend into chaotic evil."
"I understand." Garp stopped joking. No matter how corrupt the World Government was, it still maintained order. If chaotic pirates took over, the seas would inevitably head in a bad direction.
Ren had accomplished several major feats recently. He made contact with the Whitebeard Pirates and the Charlotte Pirates and even defeated Big Mom.
Big Mom's son joined Ren's crew. His next destination was Wano. His intentions were obvious, and the original balance of the New World had been completely broken.
Mariejois, the Holy Land.
"News from the allied nations of the four blues. They want us to deal with the Revolutionary Army."
"The Revolutionary Army?"
"The force created by that Monkey D. Dragon."
"Hmph. One after another, everyone wants to defy us. Do they really think the World Government has no power?"
"Right now, dealing with Ren is the priority. He already defeated Big Mom and absorbed her pirate crew. His intentions are obvious."
"Unify the New World? And judging by his goal, he doesn't just want to become Pirate King."
"Another Rocks? I didn't expect someone with the Donquixote surname to be like this."
Silence fell over the room. The Battle of God Valley was still fresh in everyone's memory, and now, Ren's strength might even surpass Rocks.
"Let's talk about the Revolutionary Army first. I suggest sending troops to suppress them," the Warrior God of Agriculture broke the silence.
"Attack the Revolutionary Army while Ren is expanding his influence, even though they aren't that strong?"
"The World Government's prestige can't be lost even in the Four Blues."
"By the way, what is the Navy doing? Letting Ren grow in the New World? And we fund them so much every year."
"Ren's strength far exceeds the other pirates in the New World. Those pirates won't last long," said the Warrior God of Finance, hitting the key point.
The Navy is basically just chasing Ren's tail, the kind you can't even see.
"Can't we go to Fish-Man Island? Even if we can't destroy it, limiting Ren should be enough," said the Warrior God of Agriculture.
They all understood one thing: dealing with someone with shoes is easier than dealing with someone barefoot.
"Actually, because of previous attacks, the underwater currents are so strong that any ship would be destroyed instantly. Entering Fish-Man Island safely is probably impossible."
"So, we still have to act against Ren directly?"
The other four remained silent, tacitly agreeing.
"In that case, the conclusion of this meeting is to suppress the Revolutionary Army and have CP assign part of their forces for the task," the Warrior God of Finance ordered directly.
The reason the Navy wasn't involved was simple: they weren't stealthy enough, and by the next day, the whole world would know.
New World, within Wano Country.
"How do we get up there?" the Fish-Men asked, looking at the waterfall.
"Have the fish pull it up."
Ren directly used Observation Haki to search for fish in the sea, then used Conqueror's Haki to intimidate them.
In one smooth motion, he quickly found some laborers and had them bring a ship up, while the rest of the ships waited below.
Wano Country, a sealed and isolated nation, knew very little about the outside world, and the outside world also had little information about it.
The coastline was deserted, which made Ren a little puzzled. At this time, Kaido should have been peacefully developing in Wano, so why did his Observation Haki sense no significant presence?
Unbeknownst to him, Kaido had already secretly brought his crew to stir things up, planning to make a flashy appearance when Ren collided with the World Government for the second time.
The ones left in Wano were basically just small fry.
"Who dares come here? Don't you know this is Boss Kaido's territory?"
A few pirates appeared in front of Ren and his group, but after seeing the number of people on Ren's side, they were immediately terrified and fired off signal flares.
