After my confession to Noah, a strange sense of relief washed over me. It wasn't joy or happiness exactly, but it felt like a weight had been lifted, as if I could finally breathe again after being trapped underwater for far too long. The air still felt thick with tension, but there was also an unspoken understanding between us. He knew what I was going through now, and that was something. He had been suspecting it for quite a while thankfully ice told him the truth.

We walked in silence for what felt like an eternity. The garden around us was quiet except for the occasional rustle of leaves in the breeze and the distant chirp of birds. It was peaceful, yet heavy, like the calm before a storm. I could feel Noah's eyes on me, assessing, thinking, and probably still hurting.

"So," he said, breaking the silence, his voice low but steady. "Want to spar?"

I blinked, surprised. Sparring was not what I expected from him at that moment. "Right now?"
