『Kotaro Hakari』
In hindsight, giving the invisible girl signs that you may or may not be able to see may not have been the smartest idea without any planning.
If the Toru that was staring right at my face right now was any indication.
It was currently after the battle trials, which went off without a hitch, with Deku not even using his Detroid-Smash-My-Bones-To-Paste and instead winning with a big brain plan. We had gone back to classes to retrieve our stuff before leaving the school.
I was currently chatting with Toga while trying to ignore the intense stare from the seat next to me. I could tell that Toga had noticed the stare but elected to ignore it. But eventually Toru seemed to make up her mind as she walked over to us and tapped Toga on the shoulder.
"Hmm~? What's up, Toru-chan?"
"Hey Himiko-chan, would you mind if I borrowed Hakari-kun for a bit?"
Toga looked between me and Toru with an inscrutable expression before smirking and patting me on the shoulder.
"Okay then! I'll be going ahead, Hakari-kun, guess I'll find Mina-chan!"
That girl is definitely up to something.
"Hakari-kun, come with me quickly!"
Toru grabbed the front of my shirt and quickly pulled me along with surprising strength, making the rest of our class look surprised and whisper amongst themselves before we reached out of the classroom and she pulled me into an empty classroom and...
...Tried to Kabedon me, only to fail pretty spectacularly due to the height difference between us, with me having almost an entire head on her. So she was instead just kinda hugging me awkwardly, but that did little if anything to lessen her intense gaze.
"This is a rather bold way to flirt."
I made a slight teasing remark that made her blush(I still had piercing eyes active), but she still stared into my eyes, and I stared back, making her eyes widen even more.
"Hakari-kun... can you see me? You totally can, right!? You stared into my eyes back then, and you are staring at them right now! No one ever looks me in the eyes!"
She looked like an overly excited puppy right now who got reunited with her owner, and I didn't have the heart to pretend not to see her right now.
I may be a cold blooded killer, but I am no sadist. I don't enjoy seeing people in pain, nor inflicting emotional damage. Not that those kinds of stakes applied here. I just didn't want to see a pretty girl get sad because of me.
"Yep, you have very pretty multicoloured eyes, Hagakure-chan, green, yellow and pink, I think."
For a moment, she stilled, her face going incredibly red as she looked up with equal parts shock and wonder.
"Wait... you really can see me! Oh my gosh! You can see me! You are the first I have seen see me! Wait, how can you see me, Hakari-kun!?"
She jumped in place with such incredible enthusiasm that even I felt somewhat affected.
"My newest ability, Piercing Eyes, allows me to see through objects and adjust the level at which I can see through them. So I adjusted it until I saw only through your quirk."
Toru looked at me with sparkling eyes and suddenly pulled me into a bone-crushing hug that knocked the breath straight out of me.
"Wow! I'm sooo happy someone can finally see me! This is so cool! Thank you Hakari-kun! I didn't even know I had green eyes, you know? But my mom does so that tracks. O-oops, sorry if I hugged you too tight, I'm just so excited you wouldn't understand!"
She released me, and I heard the uncreaking of my ribs as she let go and caught my breath while she blushed. Tapping her fingers and looking away.
"S-so, you were peeking in the observation room, huh?"
I crossed my arms.
"I will not speak on this matter without a lawyer present."
Toru pouted and weakly punched my chest with a blush.
"I am taking that a yes you know!" Darn. "H-how was it?"
Blink.
"What?"
Toru punched my chest again and flushed like a tomato.
"I-I said how was it! You saw me, didn't you? If you are gonna peek, at least have the decency to tell me how I looked. It's the first time someone has seen me properly!"
I feel like this conversation has veered in a strange direction.
Watching Toru squirm under my gaze; I tried to formulate my words. Honestly was probably the best direction to go here.
I crossed my arms and employed the powerful technique of brutal honesty.
"Honesty, you are probably among the sexiest and cutest girls I have ever seen in my life. That includes models and Pro-Heroes. It would be a lie to say anything else."
That made Toru light up like a flare, of course I may have cheated a little with my answers when there is advice on the floor written in Seek Guidance, but hey, all is fair in love and war.
Her expression was stuck between happiness and embarrassment. She probably knew this was a weird as hell situation, but at the same time, these were the words she wanted to hear.
Eventually, her mind settled on an answer.
"I-is that so? W-wow, I knew you were bold, but not this bold Hakari-kun! You aren't just supposed to blurt out those kinds of stuff. B-but you liked it that much huh?"
I nodded sagely, like a pilgrim being asked about what he had learnt on his journey.
"Definitely."
Saying that while looking her in the eyes seemed to inflict a critical hit on her as she stuttered and tried to speak before doing another punch to my chest.
"Geez, I just said you aren't supposed to blurt out that kinda stuff. But girls like to hear about how pretty they are, so you get a pass, Hakari-kun." I'm very glad her happiness over getting seen made her completely forget about me peeking at her.
"S-so, Hakari-kun-"
Ping!
Hakagure's words were cut off in the middle when my phone suddenly pinged with a message, making her freeze up, and I remembered the fact that Mina had, in fact, invited me out to eat with Toga and Kirishima.
"Hey, Toru-chan, sorry for cutting off here like this, but I was going to go out with Mina, Kirishima and the others. Would you like to join us?"
Her eyes darted around at my words before speaking with an unusual tone I couldn't quite make out.
"Umm, actually, I think I'll be... busy! Yep, busy, I'll catch you later Hakari-kun, see you! Bye!"
With that, the invisible hurriedly sprinted out of the room, making me furrow my brows in confusion.
You'd think that with my plethora of experience, I'd have gained some insight into the mind of a woman. But in truth, the only insight I gained was that I was never going to understand the mind of a woman.
Shaking my head, I walked out of the classroom and towards the rendezvous spot. But after a few minutes of walking, I got a notification from the Gacha.

Lying on the bed, I put my hands behind my head and let out a sigh. Today was exhausting, and after that outing with Mina and others, my belly was full too; the only thing on my mind right now was really just sleeping it all off.
Well, that was until a cute little bloodsucking thing crawled into my blanket and plopped herself down on my chest with frankly a cute as hell smile. Before coming to this world, I never thought I'd think Toga would be so cute, especially since she wasn't trying to stab me. And her hair being down looked quite nice too.
Snuggling up to my chest further, Toga posed a rather odd question in a rather casual manner.
"So, Hakari-kun, what are your plans with Momo, Toru and Mina-chan?"
"What do you mean?"
She drew circles on my chest with her index finger and giggled.
"I mean, you totally want to make them yours, don't you? I can recognise that look on you, you know?"
I froze in place. Your girlfriend/wife/stalker asking you about other girls was never a good thing. Even if I did have the trait [What is Monogamy?] I wanted to tread carefully. But I could at least see from Toga's expression that she was not upset.
Still, I had no idea what exactly it was that she was referring to.
"What do you mean, Toga-chan? You kinda lost me here."
Toga pouted and poked me in the lips.
"So you aren't trying to make them your girlfriends? Really? But they are such wonderful girls, and you can't tell me you don't just want to eat them up because I know that look in our eyes verrry well~!"
"Wait, hold up. What do you mean by building a harem?"
It was time for Toga to furrow her brows.
"Hmm? You aren't trying to build a harem? But there hasn't been a single girl in class you haven't flirted with."
...That's just my natural setting to be honest. I don't even think about it, the flirting just naturally happens. Like a reflex.
Is it any wonder how that led to my death?
"Not really? I just flirt on instinct?"
Toga smirked knowingly.
"Really~? Are you really sure you don't want to build a harem? All of our classmates are wonderful girls, and sexy too. Can you really~ say you aren't tempted, Hakari-kun? I'm sure you could do it, you are you after all, who wouldn't want to become yours?" I feel like that statement was somewhat biased.
But... what she said really made me think. Sure, I've slept around with multiple girls at once before, with almost none of them to really amicable results, and a lot of stitches. I hadn't even really considered having an actual harem, despite having a trait that literally let me do so.
Well, I was chosen for the Chaos Gacha, trying to have a harem might not be expected, but hell. The world was my egg, and I was going to fertilise it.
I closed my eyes and took a moment to imagine the scene, of the 1-A girls in sexy bunny girl outfits...
...I think I quite like that scene.
Opening my eyes I looked at Toga who was smiling at me sweetly.
"You know, you are awfully enthusiastic about this whole thing."
After all, the trait only made it so that the fact was natural to them. Not that they would be enthusiastic about it. But Toga looked like this was her dream or something.
"Why wouldn't I? It will be great! We will be like sisters, like one big family! We all like the same boy after all, we will have so much to bond over. I always wanted sisters."
If that's the case...
"Why not?"
There is no way this could possibly end badly.
