Eighteen years ago, the Blood Creek Pack was attacked by a neighboring pack and lost half the lives of its members.

 

Xavier, the current Alpha of Blood Creek Pack, was six years old when this attack took place. He lost his family and close friends along with his best friend, Daphne, who he thinks died in the attack.

 

What happened when he goes back for revenge and finds out that Daphne is still very much alive? Also, she happens to be his mate and he just killed her adoptive father.

It was afternoon already, the day seemed to have passed by fastly since we got back from the event yesterday. I'd really wish I never went with him in the first place.


"Does your feet still hurt badly, or should I get the balm so it can be massaged for the second time?" 


"How do you feel now, Miss Zara?" The maid who was sent to tend to my needs asked.


"You mean the third time?" I corrected her while I raised my leg up slightly to take a look at the part of the feet that was hit. She had helped to massage my feet more times than I could count now. 


"Are you certain it's okay now? I want to be sure that it won't get any worse or painful." She added, her eyes still fixed on my legs.


I sighed before standing up from the bed I was seated on to take a walk around the room. 


"I'm fine, there's no need to be worried. It's just a little pain, there's no need to be bothered about my feet any more." I turned my face swiftly to look at her.
