Chapter 133: Minato shows up and I expose the Third Hokage's lies to his face
The Nine-Tails let out roars, and the entire sealing space trembled. "Noisy." A cold voice suddenly echoed behind Naruto. Naruto turned around and saw that his teacher, Uchiha Akira, was already standing behind him. Teacher! It's Teacher! He's here.
"Hmm?" The Nine-Tails behind the iron bars let out a low growl of surprise. Its beast eyes stared intently at the figure that had suddenly appeared. "This Chakra... another Uchiha..."
The Nine-Tails' memories were instantly pulled back decades. The man wearing a strange mask, the humiliation, and the anger of being controlled once again plunged the Nine-Tails into a rage.
"Roar—!!!! Uchiha brat! It's you again! It's those damned eyes again! Never! You will never control me with your despicable ocular jutsu again! I will never become your puppet again!" The violent Chakra transformed into a tangible crimson storm, frantically impacting the iron bars of the seal and producing deafening roars. The entire sealing space trembled violently.
Naruto's face turned pale with fright, and he instinctively clutched Akira's sleeve. "I'm not interested in controlling you either." Akira did not argue further with the Nine-Tails, and the Mangekyō in his eyes gradually faded. In their place were a pair of pale purple eyes, covered in mysterious ripple-like patterns.
"This is..." The Nine-Tails' roar stopped abruptly. Shock and horror filled its gaze. "These... these eyes... the Six Paths old man's... Rinnegan?!" How is that possible! How could anyone from the Uchiha Clan awaken these legendary eyes!
Akira no longer paid attention to the Nine-Tails. He raised his hand, reaching out towards the sealing tag that Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, had set with his life. The Nine-Tails' pupils contracted sharply. What is he going to do?! Could it be... he's going to...
Akira's hand touched the yellow tag. Powerful and intricate sealing jutsu Chakra flowed on it. "Stop!" The Nine-Tails finally recovered from the shock of the Rinnegan and let out a roar filled with anger and alarm. "Are you crazy?! If you tear it open, I'll get out! This brat's body can't withstand my Chakra at all, he'll die!"
Although it hated humans and its sealed fate, it did not want to perish with this jinchūriki even more. Most importantly, it couldn't determine what this man with the Rinnegan truly intended to do. This feeling of being completely controlled and unable to even guess the other party's intentions drove it crazy.
Akira ignored the Nine-Tails' roar. His fingers gripped a corner of the tag. Then, he gently pulled. "Rip—" A soft sound. The sealing tag was torn halfway by Akira from the edge, stopping in the very center.
Boom—!!!!
A surge of red Chakra, 10 times larger than before, filled with ominousness and savagery, poured out wildly from the opening like a bursting flood! Just then, a golden figure suddenly appeared in front of Naruto and Akira, blocking the torrent of Chakra. It was a man wearing the Fourth Hokage's ceremonial robe, with brilliant golden hair. It was indeed the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze. He looked at Akira with caution.
"Your Excellency... why do you wish to break the seal?" However, when Minato's gaze fell upon Naruto behind Akira, his entire body froze. "Naru... Naruto?" Minato's voice trembled.
Naruto also stared blankly at the man who had suddenly appeared. This face... it was identical to the statue on the Hokage Rock. "You... are..."
"I am your father." Minato smiled gently. Father? Naruto's brain buzzed, and he went blank. He stared blankly at the golden-haired man in front of him. This is... my father? Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze? The great hero who saved the village?
"Naruto... you've grown up." Minato looked at Naruto, his eyes filled with guilt and tenderness. "I'm sorry... your mother and I couldn't be by your side. These past years... you must have suffered a lot, haven't you?"
Tears could no longer be held back. Naruto burst into tears with a "waah" and rushed forward. "Dad... Daddy..." Naruto cried his heart out. He had too many questions to ask, too many grievances to express. Akira stood quietly to the side, not disturbing the father and son.
Minato comforted him for a long time before Naruto's emotions gradually calmed down. Minato stood up, turned his head, and looked at Akira again. This time, the caution in his eyes was much less. He bowed deeply to Akira. "Your Excellency... thank you for letting me see Naruto again. I can feel that Naruto is doing very well now. Presumably, Your Excellency has been looking after him, right?"
"My name is Uchiha Akira," Akira spoke calmly. "The Fifth Generation Hokage of Konoha now. Naruto is my disciple."
Minato's pupils suddenly constricted. Fifth Generation? Then what about Third Hokage...
Akira seemed to see through Minato's thoughts. "A lot has happened since your death. You hoped the villagers would view Naruto as a hero, but your most trusted Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, sealed off information about Naruto." Minato's face changed instantly.
"He allowed rumors to spread, causing the entire village to view Naruto as the Nine-Tails' incarnation. Your son, in these past years, drank expired milk and ate food from the trash can." Minato's figure swayed imperceptibly.
"He suffered everyone's cold gazes, curses, and endless isolation and bullying. He longed for friends, for love, but what responded to him were only cold stones. He didn't even know who his parents were." The gentleness on Minato's face had long disappeared. In its place was disbelief, then anger, and self-blame. He remembered how, before his death, he had naively believed in the Third Hokage, and believed in the villagers of Konoha.
Hero? What a ridiculous word. "Third Hokage..." Minato clenched his fists, his body trembling slightly with anger.
"You were a great Hokage," Akira looked at Minato and commented calmly. "But you were not a qualified father. You entrusted everything to vague trust and will, but you failed to leave any substantial protection for your only son."
These words completely shattered Minato's last psychological defense. Yes. What kind of father am I? I personally pushed my son into hell. Minato closed his eyes, and 2 lines of clear tears, formed by Chakra, slowly slid down. "Naruto... I'm sorry."
