"There will come a time for us to track down that person," Gideon continued.

Norton clenched his fist tightly, then nodded in agreement with what Gideon said. The man was still holding the bullet projectile as if he felt guilty that the technology of war from Gideon's world had ended up being used by the people of this era to fight wars.

That was what Gideon had always feared. Lucky! That person only handed over the M17. If they let Luthe analyze the M4A1, then everything would be destroyed.

There had been no 5.56mm projectiles used in this war, and it was highly likely they would not be used because they simply did not exist here.

There was a certain limit to the speed of a 9mm projectile compared to larger calibers.
