In the clan of Crimson blood clan there is a festival going on, and that festival is of awakening for children to see whether they have talent or not. People in the mind of festival are walking around and enjoying.
Many stalls have been placed in designated places and people standing behind those stalls are selling all kinds of things. Cultivation techniques, pills, foods , games and many more exciting things are being sold.
At an orphan villa, currently a teacher is advising the kids that they will be taken to see whether they have talent or not. In the middle of the children there is a boy holding his best friend's hand and attentively listening to the teacher.
The teacher explains further on what are the ranks of cultivation there are. "First there will be qi stage for cultivator. There are 9 levels in qi stage. You remain mortal in the qi stage but after the qi stages you become mortal to true cultivator.
There are another 5 stages which are known as the wood stage, iron stage, bronze stage, silver stage and finally the golden stage. In each stage there are 9 levels. So when anyone who has become wood stage is the time they truly become cultivator."
"You will be guided to the awakening hall and there you will be shown whether you have any talent to become cultivators. In their you will be given an orb which will show what your talent is. Whether you become mage, swords man or any weapon user, alchemist, blacksmith, formation master and so and so forth."
"There are many chances that you are not any of them and remain not talented. And so you will only remain untalented cultivator and you won't be able to cultivate. You will remain mortal and die as a mortal.
"Teacher if you are not talented can you still cultivate?" asked a student.
"That is a good question. And to answer that question I will have to say yes you can but not as fast as the talented cultivators. But that is for only people who has talent in strong body. If you cultivate your body, you can become body cultivator. Then you can become a soldiers in the kingdom."
"Whether if you become spiritual cultivator or body cultivator, you can increase your cultivation and your chances of living more will also rise. Such as the qi stage cultivator who are mortal can live up to 100 years, but wood stage cultivators can live up to 150 years."
"Your talents are graded as well, which is A to F grade. They could be F grade which is the worst and they could be A grade being the best. There is beyond A grade talent that is S grade but that is super rare."
After the teacher done with his lecture, he said "There are 30 minutes before you guys can go with me to the awakening hall. So prepare yourself and get ready to go everyone."
The boy who is holding his hand with best friend is Drake Walker. He has black hair and brown eyes with handsome face. He was currently wearing blue t-shirts and black jeans. And beside him is his best friend Elena Morgan, who has blue eyes and beautiful and cheerful face. She is wearing a dress of white color. They are both orphan like the other children.
In this orphan house many of them are abandoned, some of their parents died and some were sold here and many more reasons.
Drake was inside a basket when he was found by the owner of the orphan house. Elena's parents have abandoned her here, since she was a child of a maid and a baron.
Drake said to Elena, "If I become cultivator, I will take care of you whether you are mortal or a cultivator."
To which Elena smiled and replied, "I will do the same."

Finally after half an hour all of them were taken to the awakening hall where an elder name Rex is waiting for them. He introduced himself and then he told all the details that the teacher has explained to them with more details.
There were at least 300 children there and everyone is waiting there turn. So it started with Royal children first.
"A grade swords man, well done your highness Rell you will become an excellent swordsman like your father."
"B grade spears man, that is pretty good your highness Grey, you can become strong spear user."
There were about 5 to 10 more children who were Royal and they had the chance to eat a pill that can grew their chances of becoming a cultivator of highest percentage chance. And all of them are either A or B grade.
So till now there are few great swords man, weapon user, and mages. There are some rare alchemists, blacksmith and formation master of Royal batches.
Now it was time for the people who are not that privilege like the royal but they were noble level and they didn't get any high level pill like the royal's did but they did got pill of advance level. And thus there were many of A to D grade talents of each category."
Finally it was for normal and under privileged children turn. Many went and tried their luck most of them return as untalented as is no chance of becoming cultivator again and few of them becoming a cultivator of D to F grade.
It was Drake's turn and when he went and tried his luck, it was shown that he was also a untalented. Drake looked at it for a second and become sour and left.
Now it was Elena's turn and when she went and touched the orb, it showed S grade talent of ice mage. It shocked everyone in the hallway of awakening.
Everyone got shocked and then all the royals went in to make friends with her and all. But then Elder Rex silent everyone and said "Everyone go back, we will give you chance to talk with lady Elena later. But lady Elena will first meet our King before she gets to talk with you."
Then Elder Rex called out a lady who is a maid of the kingdom and order her to take Elena to king immediately.
Then many more children who were left tried their luck and was send out. No one get the chance in becoming someone like Elena. Everything was back to normal which showed mortal to D grade talent.
Drake was happy for Elena, but he was also sad that he has no luck in becoming cultivator like her.
