As in the world of "Oracle" the earth had undergone a mutation which resulted in the emergence of mana or in scientific terms Psion or aethric energy [A.E] for short.
The emergence of mana resulted in mutated flora and fauna which resulted in formation of monster beasts with mana cores. Which cantained their life essence and heavy condensed energy used to make 'mana flow weapon' or to ascend to higher ranks.
Due to emergence of this new energy, dimensional tear's or dungeons started to emerge ranging from "E- SSS RANKS".
people started awakening their powers which resonated with their mana cores as such that a person could only awaken one affinity at a time but in the "psionic generation" or the mc's generation people started awakening more than one elements.
Which also resulted in more dimensional tear's and intrusion of cosmic hostile species known as "Solborn revenants" which feeds of the corrupted energies or anti-mana.
Their primary food source were the 'Demon race' due to their similarity with anti-mana, And from what i remeber from the novel they started their invasion in the end of sixth arc.
Till now there are 6 main families:
Silvercrest: known for their moonlight spectrum or hybrid between moon psions and storm psions. Arianne silvercrest the sole daughter of Solomon silvercrest and Marie silvercrest. With her moonlit hair and blood ember eyes she is the undoubtedly the most beautiful character in "oracle". Currently went to second year in Nexus.And my favourite character in novel.
Vaelthorne: known for their strict discipline and known to be aether- blooded their bonding with man is only second to the elves.
Drazmere family: known for their outstanding mastery in weaponry's and martial art's, proud warlords.
Irelith family: the choosen heirs of the "sacred flames" with impeccable firepower and technomages (blend of magic with technology).
Corvax family: the best spymasters and shadow operatives choosen by darkness itself. Specialising in assassination and intel gathering.
Dragonborne family: undoubtedly the most powerful family after Silvercrest, with their dargon lineage and mastery of all the elements and sub elements like lightning, voidfire and frostfire. Lucas Dragonborne," Oracle's " mc, i am certainly jealous about him.
