Hana wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth and checked on baby Kiba. She saw that Kiba had suffered serious fractures in both his legs and arms, meaning he was now a crippled child with his future as a ninja gone.
She could only cry with her one open eye after seeing that the ninja had drawn their blades, meaning they would die.

The Root operatives noticed that Megumi wasn't responding or reacting, and they took it as an insult to Danzo's name.
They were about to attack Megumi when they noticed that he had just ripped off their masks without them knowing.
