King turned to him, slightly confused. "What is it?"
Win leaned back in his chair, his gaze steady. "I'll have to travel next week. It's just for a week, but I wanted to let you know ahead of time."
King blinked, taken aback. "Travel? For work?"
Win nodded slowly. "Yeah. It's a business trip," he said, loosening his sleeves. "I'll be gone for a few days, maybe five, but I won't stay longer than a week."
He looked up at King, his expression firm. "While I'm away, I want you to stay home. Don't go anywhere unless I tell you to. If I don't permit you to go out, then you don't go. Stay at home, understand?"
King's heart sank a little at the command, but he hid it behind a faint smile. "Okay… I understand."
Win gave a short nod, satisfied. "Good."
"I'll be in my room," King said quietly after.
"Go on," Win replied.
