The world has changed. If one was to compare earth of this time to old earth they would be dumbfounded by the difference.
Many decades ago an energy type called essence flowed into the planet earth unnaturally.

All that was known was that planet earth changed that day. Essence swept through everything,With it came abundant vitality nourishing the wildlife on earth. Plants growed unnaturally. Trees reached the heights of skyscrapers and had such thickness that it would take 5 men to cover the full circumference of the tree. Animals mutated bringing about powerful creatures Thet had the strength to slice buildings in two.
Another change that came around was the appearance of elements

Water
Wind
Earth
Lightning
Ice
Wood
Plant

It was also worth mentioning that the coming of essence also caused great increase in the size of earth. The planet was now around the same size as Saturn.
Ofcourse this change was unexpected and caused disasters for the human race. To Humans it was the beginning of an apocalypse.
Tectonic plates shifting and major terra forming was caused by the increase in size of earth leading to Alot of natural disasters that claimed many life's. Also the animals that had mutated now called beast couldn't be contained by humans anymore. Beast rampages could be described as common on the planet at that time. It was a disastrous time for humans but the essence benefited humans to giving them the elements fore mentioned. Then began the era of cultivation. It was the evolution of humans and cultivation stages had been formed namely

There were more but 5 is okay for now after a few years of continuous harassment from the beast and improving cultivation on the human race side talents started to emerge fighting the beast and trying to regain humans rulership over earth as the main race. It took a years of fighting before humans finally emerged victorious and regain authority over earth.
After a few more years humans solidify their selves and could focus on science and improving their current technology. During those post war times humans finally ventured outer space and landed on All the planets in the solar system. Many technology was developed due to the aid of elements and essence but humans have never found one answer they have been looking for..... what is the source of essence??

Chaos ensued after the appearance of the massive object. A large shock wave spread out and Kaelon was hit. He spat a mouthful of blood and was sent flying meters backward. As his figure was closing on the ground his eyes fluttered

At that exact moment he saw an ethereal figure leaving the large object in the sky. He could barely see the blurry ethereal figure and before he could react the figure dashed into him
