I watched as my old self blew up her prison. The others old and young were still groggy from the time jump. Some were surely wondering why they ended up here when they could be elsewhere. The place was filled to the max. She had pulled some boxes and some technical devices too. I am guessing it was any and all proof of her existence and ability recorded in time and space. One traveler managed to recover long enough to recognize the situation to scream but not long enough to form a word. She pulled the pin and dropped the grenade as the room had already filled itself with flammable gas. The place was immediately engulfed in flames and that was the end of that. I had a feeling that my ability was top secret in the future so not many people why they could time travel all of sudden. I can imagine the news all over time and space. People have suddenly disappeared without a trace. There will be missing persons posters, pictures on milk cartons and tip lines to help search for these people. But fortunately they will have no answers. When the portal closed and I heard a weird tapping noise. It was a feeler. A robot with spindle like legs and a large camera in the front with no part resembling a head. It said it sensed an anomaly so I waved my hand and erased any trace hoping they would consider it a malfunction.
I quickly ran towards my friend's house and snuck in through the window. I closed it and managed to hide when a tracker came. I heard him say that there was no anomaly. He asked that Fl-1500 be sent to maintenance. Meanwhile the other one said to bring a scanner to find out if anything was out of place. I saw through the cracks that a telescope-like device was brought over and after ten minutes of scanning it said nothing out of the ordinary was here. So they started banging on doors starting with my friend's house. Her mom opened the door to tell us that she is the only one here since she dropped kids at the volunteer center. He asked to search the property and she asked to see a warrant. He tried to push his way in and she reminded him that she is a civil rights lawyer so if he tries anything he is going to lose his badge like every other tracker that harassed her. He apologized before calling a drone. So I snuck out through the backdoor and made my way to the forest. I used my route to get to where I met the future boy. I saw with my own eyes as he disappeared and the body bag sank to the gurney till it was as flat as a sheet. The M.E. turned to see that he was missing and so were his personal effects. I waved my hand to remove any trace of time travel and became one with the crowd. I looked forward and saw an armored vehicle stop a few feet away. They pulled out a huge box. The oldest one opened it and a bunch of frisbees came out and started scanning the crowd. I know for a fact that it can only detect an anomaly if the person is using so I relaxed myself and I stared with boredom.
