The mobile on the table beside Flux's bed buzzed again.
Mobile: "Good morning. Wake up. Good morning. Wake up."
With a groggy groan, the boy stirred.
Flux: "Ugh... it's already morning? Aah... umm..."
Mom (from downstairs): "Flux, are you awake?"
Flux: Yawning "Ah, yes Mom!"
Mom: "Okay, breakfast is ready. Come down and eat!"
Flux: "Okay, but first I'm getting a shower, alright Mom?"
Mom: "Alright, but don't take too long! Your breakfast will get cold."
Flux: "Okay!"
The sound of water running echoes in the bathroom.
Shower: Shhhhhhhhhh...
Flux (relaxed): "Ahhh... it feels so good."
Moments later, Flux walks down the stairs and sits on the chair at the dining table.
Flux: "Hmm... Mama, my milk?"
Mom: "Oh! Your milk is ready. Here."
Flux: "Thanks, Mom."

Flux entered his classroom and sat next to his friend.
Friend: "Yo, Flux."
Flux: "Yo, Mike."
Before they could continue their chat—
BOOOOOM!!!
A thunderous explosion roared outside the school.
Mike: "W-What was that explosion?!"
Flux: "I... I don't know!"
They both turned to the window, their eyes widening. A mysterious figure stood outside... completely unfazed.
Stranger (outside): "Hmm... Pretty weak explosion, huh."
Mike: "What's happening?!"
Flux: "I don't know... but let's go check it out!"
Flux and Mike rushed downstairs and reached the bottom floor, running straight to the source of the explosion.
Flux (confronting the stranger): "Hmm… Who are you?"
The stranger didn't respond right away. He only smirked.
Flux (more serious): "Who are you to show up with an explosion like that? I'm pretty sure... you're not human."
