The Petrosapien punched the ground in the direction of the retreating Arrancar, ground reverberated as pale green diamond spikes rose and created a barrier. The crystal wall separated the two groups.
"Ok what the heck was that for?! We were making good progress!" The young man vocalized his confusion and frustration. Neither alien gave him an answer, instead the Florauna raised his hands, his fingers extended and grabbed Ben by the waist as his two front tendrils smashed the floor underneath them.
"Tell ya later first let's ditch this joint!" The plant man told his human counterpart as he led together with him into the newly created hole, Diamondhead followed suit.
After a few moments of blasting the crystal wall with a barrage of Ceros from himself and his soldiers. Rudbornn destroyed the wall. It took a bit longer than expected to do it though, which impressed him slightly. Naturally occurring diamond was a trifling thing for the more powerful Hollows let alone Arrancar to destroy. However the diamond created by that creature made him exert actual effort!
"Could he be a new type of soldier developed by Soul Society? That would explain the plant man too, is the human really a human or he meant to grab our attention while the others dealt with our defenses." The executioner of Las Noches shook his head.
"No matter there's three of them so sensing them out is not a concern." The Arrancar closed his eyes, his spiritual senses sifted through the ones he was familiar with; his objective was to find the three intruders.
"What the-?!" Rubornn could not make sense of it to the extent he eyes behind the bull skull shot open.
"They-they disappeared?!" And so the bull skulled Arrancar was baffeled, he was not unfamiliar with beings able to hide the spiritual energy, however a basic rule was that spiritual energy lingered. However he didn't sense the other two creatures as if they disappeared into nothingness.
"Wait..now that I think about it the three of them all gave off a spiritual energy that felt the same yet different like me?" Rudbornn's ability was the power to spawn an endless amount of soldiers that all had his reitsu, he could only make a few of them in his current state but the number skyrocketed once he entered his released state. Another aspect of his ability was the fact he could give his soldiers portions of reitsu, for example he could specifically choose a soldier to have a quarter of his overall reitsu or spiritual energy. Meaning that soldier could fight at what would be a quarter of his capacity.
This ability and its versatility in combat was endless; it did not matter if Rudbornn had the highest amount of spiritual energy if he could plan and time it properly one especially strong strike is all it would take to kill an opponent.
"Oi, bull face! What the hell happened here!?" The voice of a young man came from behind Rudbornn, who turned his head to see who it was.
"Oh, Vega, what a surprise." The owner of the voice was Ggio Vega, a slim young man with scruffy black hair and a short braided pony tail. The young man had a youthful, feminine face with golden eyes; the remains of a hollow mask on his head resembled the skull of a saber-tooth tiger. His Arrancar uniform was customized to resemble traditional mandarin martial art training garbs.
"Yeah, hey to you and everything, but answer the question, what the hell happened?" The young man's head turned every which way to scan the area, stopping multiple times at the two holes in opposite walls and the remains of plant vines and diamonds.
"Intruder or intruders, I have yet to come to a clear answer on the numbers, however that's the gist of it." The bull skull bearing Arrancar answered in a matter of fact tone.
"An intruder could be Soul Reapers, but doesn't matter, his majesty told me to fetch you. We have a mission to the north of the castle. Aizen's orders." The young man put heavy emphasis on his last two words.
"A mission from Lord Aizen himself?! Why did you not start with that? Let's go immediately." The older Arrancar spoke and quickly took his leave.
"I'm curious from time to time, bastard." Ggio muttered he gave the hole in the floor a glance before following behind the executioner.
...
Ben found himself walking down a dark hallway lined with metal panels and glowing lights, he recombined with his other two clones. The benefit of cloning for someone like Ben was that each clone could be as tricky of a fighter as him, he can decide which aliens each clone has access to. So for enemies to plane ahead for his usuals is nearly impossible. The down sides are that he would lose access to those aliens as well as have his personality be split apart.
The best way to use clones was in the heat of battle to help create-
"My, oh my, and who might you be?" Ben jumped out of fright as a voice pierced the quiet of the dark hallway.
The green eyed young man whipped his head around and saw a tall, thin youthful man with silver hair, closed eyes and a arrogant smile like the tone of his voice.
He wore white and black like the skeletons he faced, he had robes instead with a narrow 'v' down to his waist. Ben created distance between himself and the man by jumping backwards, his legs moving on instinct as he caught sight of the hilt of the man's sword. The hilt stuck out from the opening by the man's waist.
"Whoever you are, I don't want to fight." Ben raised his left hand exposing the black and white omnitrix.
The other man stopped and dramatically shrugged. "That's fine, honestly I didn't want to fight you either."
"Crap, I didn't want it to come down to-what the heck did you just say?" Ben was ready to slam down his hand onto the omnitrix, but stopped just shy.
"I. do. not. want. to. fight. you." The thin man made sure Ben heard every word properly as he spoke with his ever present smile.
"Ok, ok I get it. Um..thanks, uh..." Ben extended his left hand towards the man who closed the distance and shook his hand. Ben noted his sharp facial features which reminded him of a snake.
"Gin you can call me Gin. Mind sharing yours?" The now named Gin asked Ben.
"Ben, I think I'm kind of lost." Ben spoke as the two stopped shaking hands.
Gin placed his right hand to his chin as he spoke: "Well Ben you're in luck! I just so happen to be really good friends with the smartest man in this place and I'm sure he would be thrilled to meet you. And I'm sure he would even forgive you for the destruction you caused." Gin spoke with an air of enthusiasm as he then took Ben by the hand and began dragging him off to where only Gin knew as the green eyed young man shouted.
"Wait, how do you know about that?!"
...
Ben stared deadpanned as he thought: 'The snake lied to me. Who would have guessed?'
Ben currently stood in a meeting room with several individuals inside seated at an ivory white table with high back chairs. Gin the snake man stood at the right of who Ben assumed was the leader of the castle.
The atmosphere was oppressive as several pairs of eyes focused on him, it reminded him of when he had to introduce himself in front of the class. The words left Ben's mouth without his input.
"Um..sorry about the hole in your floor and the sand guy and the skeleton guys." Ben awkwardly said.
The room was quit until a chuckle came from the end of the table, it was charming.
"My apologies, Gin told me a little bit about you while you waited outside. I simply wanted to see how you would react. My name is Sousuke Aizen and I am the ruler of this castle and the surrounding territory. And who might you be." Ben grew more weary as Aizen spoke his tone of voice to the average person that warm and charming tone would be all they needed to trust the man, but not Ben.
This man reminded Ben of someone else, Michael Morningstar, but he knew playing himself off as an idiot was the best way to approach this kind of person.
"Well, I'm pretty sure Gin told you my name is Ben, Ben Tennyson. But most people call me Ben or Ben 10."
"10?! There's only one person here who owns that number and that's me Espada Diez!" A gruff voice made itself known.
"Ooo, seems like we have someone here to take Yammy's spot. At least he's not as big of a fool as him, hope you're here to stay you definitely got my vote. Haha!" Another voice rang out clearly not friendly towards the first.
"Szayaleaporro, let us allow our guest to finish what he was saying. The stage is yours Tennyson." Sousuke Aizen, his slicked back brown hair, sharp eyes and demeanor were dangerous.
"Thanks, well to continue I come from Earth and ever since I was ten years old I have been a superhero who protects it and its people. Thanks to this baby, the omnitrix."
Everyone's eyes were attracted to watch on Ben's wrist. It had a white and grey color scheme broken by the green hourglass. There appeared to be a fingerless glove that came from the watch that wrapped around Ben's hand. Everyone looked at the watch with dubious expressions showing doubt on their faces.
"Hmm, mind giving us a demonstration if you could, Ben." Gin said in a friendly tone which resulted in Ben's eyes having a dangerous glint as in the very next second a green light filled the room and forced some of the inhabitants to close their eyes.
"What the-?!"
"Fascinating!"
"Hmm."
"Crap!"
A variety of responses shot out as everyone laid eyes on Ben's transformation.
