Akagi Shinji grinned as the system's voice slithered through his mind.

Finally.

Every proper transmigrator needed a cheat. And his? A goddamn curse.

By sheer accident, he'd woken up mid-ritual—the Jashin cult's twisted "Advent Ceremony," a butcher's farce masquerading as divine favor. His body had died. Revived. Gifted him a half-assed immortality and, more importantly, activated the system.

Too bad the thing was batshit insane.

The activation condition? Get cursed at least once.

Lucky him—Jashin's brand of madness counted. Otherwise, he'd have been screwed.

Not that the ritual was anything holy. Just another blood-soaked experiment by fanatics. The Naruto world shouldn't have a Jashin deity. But if the system acknowledged it? Fine. He wasn't about to look a gift horse in the mouth—not when the alternative was being toothless in a world full of wolves.

Hell, if Death Gods existed, why not a few extra pests?

But the system's bullshit didn't stop there.

A newbie pack that slapped him with another curse. Quests worded like a drunk scribe's rant. And the kicker? Zero penalties for failure. Do it or don't. The system's reasoning? "Can't have the host becoming a puppet."

Fucking brilliant.

If he'd had a choice, he'd have ripped the thing out of his skull and set it on fire.

But he didn't.

So here he was—after weeks of grinding through this nightmare, finally cashing in.

"System," he snarled. "Open my status."

PS: "Gege hurts me, but I still love gege~"

"Fuck that."

When this quest first dropped, Shinji had tried playing nice. Hidan was a monster—a walking glitch with [Immortality] and [Curse Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood].

Jōnin? Cannon fodder.

Kage-level? If he draws your blood, you're dead in minutes.

No training. No effort. Just pure, unadulterated bullshit.

A partner like that? Worth his weight in corpses.

If you could stomach the bastard's mouth.

Which he couldn't.

Hidan hated him on sight. No bonding. No teamwork. If they didn't try to gut each other within five minutes, it was a miracle.

So fuck diplomacy.

Licking boots? Never. He'd carve his own path.

That sappy "Gege hurts me, but I still love gege" nonsense?

Reverse it.

He'd mold Hidan into his weapon.

Itachi would've called it professional. A tap on the forehead. A smile sharp enough to draw blood.

Shinji could play that game.

In theory.

Execution was a bitch.

A month of needling the psycho, and he'd barely scraped 100 Bond Points. Pathetic.

But he wasn't quitting.

He'd learned Hidan's triggers. Knew which taunts made him snap. Soon, he'd have him dancing on strings.

And the rewards?

Worth every drop of blood.

Shinji pushed aside the curses (useless, for now) and focused on [Blood Manipulation].

A Cursed Technique—power born from bloodline and malice, fueled by the rot of human emotion.

[Cursed Energy] was hate given form. Mix it with innate talent, and you got atrocities like [Death Controlling Possessed Blood].

Kill yourself to kill your enemy.

Or [Blood Manipulation], his new toy.

The Kamo clan's legacy. Weakest of the Jujutsu Kaisen big three, but still lethal.

Not that he could afford to be picky.

Beggars didn't get choices.

And this?

This was his fucking lifeline.

Because—

(Author's Note: Cursed Energy = Chakra's edgier cousin. Argue, and I'll feed you to a Special Grade.)
