I'm not sure how I ended up here, but right now, I'm surrounded by several people my age.
We're in a white space that seems endless, with no signs of change or any visible boundaries, no matter how far I look.
Just like me, the others are confused about what's happening. Let's come up with some theories, ideas, and opinions on our current situation.
First, let's consider the most common conclusion if this were to happen to others:
1. We have died and are about to arrive in hell, where we will face punishment for the sins we committed throughout our lives.
2. It's also possible that this is nothing but a high-budget prank being played on us. If that's the case, just how rich are the people behind it? I don't know much about pranks, but with this level of effort, those orchestrating it must have significant resources.
3. The most hopeful conclusion I can think of is that this is just a dream, one that I'll forget as soon as I wake up and stretch my arms.
4. Lastly, there's the scenario that everyone hopes for: a cliché moment where a god from another world accidentally kills people from Earth and then arrives to say something like, "Sorry for accidentally killing you all."
Each of these ideas has its own merit, and it's hard to know which one, if any, is true. But please let it be 3.
"Nope!"
A sudden voice appeared as I hoped for the choices I wanted. As soon as I heard it, I knew what was about to happen.
"Sorry buddy, but it's not the third option." The voice continued on, looking at the others and seeing them look around, I was sure I wasn't the only one hearing the voice now.
As everyone looked around, the voice continued on. Then when we all faced in the same direction, a cloud suddenly appeared.
With a gentle "boop" sound, the cloud popped like a balloon, and someone crashed into the floor before everyone.
I don't think I need to continue this but I know that we all know what's happening now, so I crossed my arms and waited for the person to give out an explanation.
"Well! This is embarrassing..." The man, no God, said, dusting himself off as he stood up.
"Well then everyone, I hope you all didn't get bored waiting for me all this time. Which is ten minutes only." God said to everyone in the space.
Everyone answered nicely to God... Leaches.
God cleared his throat before saying, "Someone here already knows what I was about to say, so I'll change it." God cleared his throat again.
"Sorry for suddenly taking your lives in your world."
That's the same thing I thought of.
"No, it's not!" God said to me pointing his fingers at me like a gun. Everyone looked at me as God continued to shoot his invisible guns at me.
"Anyway, each and every single one of you should already know what's going on so let's cut to the topic. Called out your status window now."
"Status window." A red-haired man said, followed by a blond boy, a pink-haired girl, and finally an athletic man with black hair like mine.
Seeing them look at their status, I called out mine too.

"Hmmm, defense, endurance, stamina, and HP, being two-digit is amazing for someone living on Earth," God said behind my ears making me jump.
"When did you sneak behind me?" I scream pointing at him.
"Forget about that," God said waving his hand to me. "Although those stats of yours are high, compared to others who already have exceptional skills except for the ones I gave, you're kinda lacking."
God smirked and continued on. "Not only that, you only have 1 mana point, if we exclude the (+100) I gave to all of you. I know this is rude but do you think you can survive for a month with that kind of mana points?"
Hearing his words, my breath came to a pause. I didn't properly understand my Status window since I was a slow reader. But hearing that I only have 1 mana point in total without the one he gave, I already started to worry about my future.
I gulp down my worry and answer him with pure confidence. "Don't worry about that, if I knew myself. I will definitely survive on my own."
God smiled hearing my words. "Is that so? Well, I give this to you, though; your luck stats are the lowest among everyone here."
"The hell! Shouldn't you be praising me or something!" I yelled out to him, only for him to laugh.
"Hahaha, you thought I was about to say something good about your luck stats huh? Sorry, but the average points are between 9 and 13, while those who are considered a God's child would have 14 and 20. So yours is 7, which only made me interested in you."
I looked at him till he let out his last laugh before asking him. "Can I ask a favor then?"
"What kind?"
"Give me another 'card' to make things fair. Like you said, the others already have skills that you didn't give, and their mana should be higher than mine as well, right?"
"That's right, everyone else's mana points are 300 to 500 points even without the (+100) I gave, but what will you give to me for another 'card' hmm?"
"Random spawn point. How about it? Give me another one, and I'll have my spawn point at a random location."
"A random spawn point?" God question.
"That's right, I already read and watch enough media to know the beginning of this plot, the moment you put us in your world, we are either inside a town or near a town. So I give up that privilege and let myself spawn in a random location, how about it?"
Everyone looked at me like a madman, seeing their faces, they probably think I'll die in weeks. But I didn't care about their opinion about me, right now I'm making a deal with God to increase my survival.
God flew in the air, gesturing like he was thinking for minutes, finally, after half an hour, he flew down and raised his hand towards me.
"Deal, I give you another card, but you won't be inside a town when you arrive in this world."
an
I took his hand and shook it to seal the deal. "The pleasure is all mine.
Looking at the others I finally saw their faces. A while ago, all their faces were covered in mist, making it hard to see them. Now that I see them, I finally realize why they already had skills on their own.
They are the three accepted asian races. Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, not only that, each and every single one of them looked like a main character on their own.
While the athletic man appears to be American, I quietly whisper, "appraisal." I did not notice anything about their status except for this.
[Title: Otherworlder, Main character]
The three had this on their status, making the two of us the only ones, not a main character.
With a sudden clap, the ground before us opened up and showed the planet we were about to live on.
I looked back at God, with his mushroom hair and fox-like eyes, before turning to the others, I made sure to remember their faces and details, in case we meet again in this new world.
As a portal opened before us, I yelled out to them. "GOOD LUCK!"
