Author's point of view (pov)
Elizabeth who is eight years old is sleeping in bed but she is having a nightmare that has been haunting her for some time in the at first she will be beside a handsome man who has black hair and golden eyes who is telling her to run away and not come back and after she runs away she is surrounded by surrounded by some hooded figures who then cast some kind of magic spell and she dies and before taking her last breath in the dream she can hear that man scream her name "Rose"! and then the dream would morph and change and she is pushed down the in a trench and when ever she is pushed down she wakes up has and now Elizabeth who is puzzled and shocked about her repetitive dream that she has been having ever since she turned three has woken up in the morning.The sun has risen but there are still dark clouds outside on the sky. Even though it's the beginning of summer there's a cold chilly wind blowing outside and the weather gives off an ominous feel. Like something bad has happened. She sat up in the bed got off of the bed .And turned to the side of her bed where the side table is and pulled the rope that is hanging from the ceiling. And that sets off the sound of a set of bells ringing. After which her personal maid Emily who has red hair and brown eyes a small but cute face with freckles dotted on hevcheeks and nanny Elise who has brown hair and lilac colored eyes who is fair skinned and has delicate features enter her bedroom. But outside in the palace hallway a flurry of footsteps is heard.
After her personal maid Emily and nanny Elise enter the room she is greeted by them they say
"Good morning princess blessings to the first star of the kingdom".
To which Elizabeth replies
"May lord god bless you both as well ".
And asks "how is my mother"?"Is she awake"? "Dress me up I'm going to have break fast together with her".
They say
"princess that you should talk to his majesty the sun of the kingdom about this".
she says
"Okay then help me change out of my night dress then I will go talk to my father ".
So they help her change her clothes and she is dressed in a sky blue dress with frills then she leaves her bedroom and she is led to the dinning hall where her father is seated and she greets him by saying
"Good morning father blessings to the sun of the kingdom ".
"Father where is mother "?"Isn't she going to have breakfast with us "?
So he tells her with a somber look on his face "That you know your mother has been sick since last month". "She gave birth".
" Birth to your brother the second star and future sun of the kingdom she passed away yesterday night ". And Elizabeth is stunned shocked and then breaks down into sobs. So her father gets up and carries her in his arms. Pats her back slowly and consoles her by saying
"Don't cry Rose my darling child ". "Don't cry before passing away your mother told me that ".
" I should take care of you and your brother killian Smith Valador ".
"Come I'll take you to see him".
So after that they arrive in Killian's nursery where he is being tended by her nanny Elise after feeding killian .Elise places him back in the crib and William puts down Elizabeth .She has stopped crying but she's hiccuping now .She slowly walks up to crib and looks inside she's greeted by tiniest little baby she has ever seen honestly .Killian looks soo cute he has beautiful blonde hair just like her but .
He has her father's green eyes . Where as she has wavy blonde curls that reach her mid back and she has her mother's blue eyes . She looks at killian and says
"Don't worry little brother"."I'll protect you"." I'll always keep you safe "."I promise "."I'm your older sister Elizabeth rose valador and me and our father mother we all love you ".
When she says this she goes and tries to poke killian's cheeks with her finger and when she does that killian starts to giggle and tries to hold her finger .
Which makes Elizabeth laugh .After which her father tells her
"Rose come on let's go have break fast "."You haven't eaten anything yet". "I also need to eat and get to work "."There's a lot of things that need to be dealt with"." We also need to prepare for your mother's funeral come let's go ".
After that they both leave the nursery but before leaving Elizabeth tells her nanny to
"Take care of her little brother ".That
"I will come visit later".
After that she leaves with her father then they both have breakfast after .She is done having breakfast .She bids her father farewell and before leaving she tells her father
"I want to learn swordsmanship ".
So her father tells her
"You can I will tell the royal knights captain .So you can start training now go and attend your other classes first "
.After that she leaves to attend her general studies and etiquette class .First she goes to attend her general studies .Where she met with professor wright who is the headmaster of the imperial scholar academy who has white hair and violet eyes but he is still in his 30's and the youngest headmaster to become the headmaster of the imperial academy.who greets t by saying
"Good morning princess blessings to the first star of the kingdom ".
To which Elizabeth replies
"May lord God bless you as well ".
After which he teaches her language ,politics ,history ,laws geography and other things that a royal should know after that she bids him fare well and goes to attend etiquette class.
Where she is met with countess Aria Escal who has blonde hair pinks eyes is fair skinned and has extremely delicate and soft features and her eyes draw you in like there's nothing else you would rather look at and she gives off a very calming aura about her who greets her by saying
"Good morning princess Blessings to the first star of the kingdom ".
To which Elizabeth replies
"May lord god bless you as well ".
After which she teaches her etiquette, speech manner ,mannerism ,flower arrangement, dancing and embroidery after she attends all her classes.
She goes to see her little brother killian .She enters the nursery and sees that killian is sleeping so she just kisses his forehead tells him
"To have sweet dreams".
and leaves the nursery after that .She goes to see her father in his office and he is busy doing paper work .So she knocks at the door and enters the room greets him
"Good afternoon father blessings to the sun of the kingdom".
And to which he replies
"Good afternoon to you too rose".
" I talked with captain Refan ". " he said "You can attend training from tomorrow morning ".
To which Elizabeth replies
"Okay father goodbye I'll go to my room now I'm feeling a little sleepy".
After which she goes to her room and sleeps. She's woken up in the evening by Emily to eat dinner after that . She eats dinner with her father returns to her room and goes to sleep.
