Adrian Yusof's Past
Calvin sat alone in his home office, eyes fixed on a laptop screen filled with black-and-white documents and articles. Adrian Yusof—former business tycoon, vanished from public view six years ago after a scandal in Singapore.
He had once been engaged to Fini, in an arranged deal between two powerful families.
But then he disappeared.
Ran away from the limelight.
And now… he was back.
> "What do you want from us?" Calvin whispered to himself, fists clenched.

Fini's Secret
Later that evening, in the privacy of their bedroom, Fini sat at the edge of the bed, twisting her wedding ring slowly.
> "I never told you why I ended my engagement with Adrian," she said softly.
Calvin looked up, calm but curious.
> "It wasn't because I didn't love him. I did. In some quiet, innocent way. But he was always… distant. Mysterious. I caught him once… crying in the middle of the night. He said he wasn't the man I thought he was. That one day he'd ruin me."
She paused.
> "He walked out on our engagement two weeks before the ceremony. I never saw him again. Until now."
Calvin was quiet for a moment.
> "You still love him?"
Fini looked at him with sad eyes.
> "No. I mourned that love long ago. What I have now… is real."

A Shadow in the Mansion
At midnight, Arora walked down the hallway with a glass of milk in her hand.
Suddenly—a noise.
A creak by the back balcony.
She turned sharply.
A tall man stood in the shadows, looking out at the garden.
> "Who's there?!" she shouted, startled.
The man turned slowly.
When their eyes met—time froze.
Adrian Yusof.
He froze too.
She dropped her glass.
> "You…" Arora whispered.
Adrian stepped forward.
His voice was low, gentle, full of disbelief.
> "You're the girl… from that night… the club in Tokyo."
Arora's mind spun, memories flooding in—her solo trip to Japan, the drinks, the dance, the way he had kissed her behind the neon-lit rooftop bar.
> "You… you're the father?"
Adrian gave a small nod.
> "I didn't know. Until now."
---
No Arguments. No Hatred. Just Shock.
There were no fights.
No tears.
Just two souls, slowly piecing together a forgotten night that changed both their lives.
Arora sat on the floor, stunned, her eyes locked on Adrian's.
> "Caled Junior… your son."
Adrian knelt beside her.
> "I never stopped thinking about you. I thought I'd never see you again. I didn't even know your name."
He showed her his wallet—a photo, slightly worn, of the two of them at that rooftop bar.
> "You kept this?"
> "Always."
And Arora… smiled. Just a little. Just enough.

Liora's Desperation
Across the city, in a small apartment hidden between abandoned buildings, Liora stared at the news on her cracked phone screen.
> "Fini Aulianna—Still Loved Despite Scandal."
Her lips curled into a bitter smile.
> "You think you've won?"
She turned to her daughter, Lilith, now asleep.
Then to the table—covered in papers, old photos, and one small object.
A vial.
> "One drop… and your perfect world will burn."
She wasn't done yet.
Not until they all paid.

Back at the Mansion…
Calvin received an urgent call from one of his staff.
> "Sir… Adrian Yusof is here."
Calvin's heart dropped.
And when he came downstairs…
He saw Arora, standing beside Adrian, her expression blank but calm.
> "We need to talk," she said softly.
