Chapter 516 - Chapter 516: Master of Time Management

With his mother subdued, Naruto and Sasuke defeated, and the Tailed Beast each finding their new homes, Hagoromo now understood that his spiritual form had reached its time to vanish.

After casting a deep, lingering glance at Anya, Hagoromo sighed, saying, "Time's up. I must depart now. Anya, you are unlike any person in this world. It seems my earlier feeling wasn't wrong—you don't belong to this world. Yet you've ushered in a new era, one destined to surpass all before it. The future lies in your hands."

Having spoken these words, Hagoromo took one final look at Kaguya before vanishing into the air.

Seeing that everything had ended, Tsunade finally could speak with Anya. Many questions burned in her heart. Taking two steps forward, she watched as Anya pressed his palms together, forming hand seals.

The space around them twisted and everyone else vanished, leaving only Anya standing there.

"What about them?"

Before Tsunade could finish her question, she found herself wrapped in Anya's arms.

Whispering into her ear, Anya said, "Don't think about the others. We haven't been alone together like this in such a long time. Today, this place is just for us two—nobody else."

A long-forgotten warmth surged within her, and Tsunade realized her mistake. Indeed, why did she always have so many worries, fearing Anya might do something terrible? Now the war was over, a new era had begun, and even the Five Kages agreed with Anya's actions. What exactly was she thinking?

Still holding her, Anya kissed Tsunade lightly on the forehead and asked, "Do you remember that day?"

Her face flushed red with a dazed look, Tsunade playfully countered, "Which day?"

"The day I made so many promises to you. Although you never brought it up afterward, I've always remembered."

Anya waved his hand, and light filled the surroundings.

Looking at the nearby houses and the emblem of the Senju Clan carved on the wall, childhood memories flooded back to Tsunade.

"This is the ruins of the Senju Clan."

"Yes. I promised you we'd hold our wedding here. I've kept you waiting long enough."

Tsunade's eyes moistened with emotion. She whispered seductively in Anya's ear, "Take me."

A familiar scene played out in Kiri.

One moment she had been on the battlefield, the next, Terumi Mei found herself back in the village. In the distance, Anya stood smiling at her.

"Hmph!" Mei huffed and marched forward to confront him. "Don't you have something you want to say to me?"

"I do. So many things. I want to spend my entire life talking to you," Anya replied, his words instantly cooling Mei's anger like a bucket of cold water.

Taking her hand, he looked at her seriously and said, "I've just brought you back to the village. Right now, it's only us two here. Do you remember how we met? I lied to you back then. When we parted ways, I told you I'd never regret marrying you. Now, I have fulfilled my dreams, done what I wanted to do. I'm just me now, no other identity. So tell me, what about you?"

"Terumi Mei," Anya whispered, her voice carrying the weight of a promise etched in memory. "On that day in the future, you will be yourself, and I will be myself. I will come for you, whether you want me to or not. That's a promise only a man could make."

Was this the moment of fulfillment? Terumi Mei's thoughts now revolved solely around Anya, leaving no room for anything else.

"Of course I feel the same."

"Then let's have our wedding once again. This time, I sincerely propose to you."

As he spoke, Anya kissed Terumi Mei's right hand, knelt on one knee, and revealed a diamond ring radiating brilliant light.

Terumi Mei covered her mouth in disbelief, gazing at the scene as if caught in a dream. After a moment, she nodded firmly in agreement.

In Kumogakure, Anya stood with Samiu at the highest point, overlooking the entire village. The cold wind howled through the clouds, whipping their hair about in the air.

Samiu gazed at Anya, as if staring at a god—entranced for a moment.

Anya turned around and gently brushed aside strands of her disheveled hair. "Our union initially contained elements of convenience. But since you're now my woman, I want to give you a wedding. Samiu, will you marry me?"

Samiu was silent for a moment and didn't answer directly. Instead, she recalled a memory.

"I've always been cold toward others. After I started school, everyone made friends. I wanted to make friends too, but my personality didn't fit in, so few people wanted to play with me. Eventually, I grew to dislike those classmates." Samiu's eyes shimmered with recollection. "One day, a new student walked right up and introduced himself, then smiled at me. That sunny smile, I still remember vividly to this day. His name was Yunbai."

A name long forgotten by Anya—until Samiu brought it up again. He suddenly remembered once assuming the name Yunbai when infiltrating Kumogakure, where he'd studied Killer Bee—the legendary swordsman—drawing inspiration for his sword techniques and eventually developing the Dance of the Blade.

"When your marriage introduction flyer arrived at Kumogakure back then, for some reason, I felt the person described was you at first glance. Finally, I accepted the Raikage's mission, went to Konoha, and met you."

Listening to Samiu's story, Anya smiled after a moment of surprise and asked, "After meeting me, what did you think? Was I the same as you'd imagined?"

"Not at all. I thought Yunbai would be an outgoing, radiant person. Later, I realized that was merely a fantasy I'd created. Yunbai never really existed, and you were only ever Anya—the person I chose to pursue." Samiu's usually cold face softened into a smile. "I told you all this because I want you to know, my pursuit wasn't entirely for the village. It was because I truly like you."

"Thank you for liking me," Anya said sincerely. "That means a lot to me. So, let's hold our wedding today."

"Okay."

"Oh, by the way, I left a seed inside you."

"A seed?" Samiu asked, placing a hand on her abdomen. "Will it be a boy or a girl?"

Anya had a sweatdrop, clearly at a loss for words. "Where did your mind go? I'm talking about the seed of natural energy, similar to Sage Art. What I gave you is a lightning seed. Once you fully master it and blossom the lightning flower, you'll freely control the power of lightning in nature, greatly enhancing your combat power."

After the nine Tailed Beasts had been assigned, Hakuto noticed three people were missing and couldn't help but ask, "Dad, where did they go?"

"I transported them to parallel dimensions using Space–Time Ninjutsu," Anya patted Hakuto's shoulder. "Dad is getting married today, and I need your help."

"Getting married again?" Hakuto, already used to this, sighed. "Who with this time?"

Anya whispered, "The three people missing just now. Use the Rinnegan to bring Tobirama and Hashirama to the ruins of the Senju Clan. Oh, and I also need his help—find another person for me."

"Three times?" Surprised, Hakuto opened her mouth wide. "You combined Mangekyō's temporal technique with the Rinnegan's spatial ability to create three different timelines—just to get married three times? Dad, I don't know whether to call you devoted or a playboy."

"Isn't ability meant to be used? Hurry up, or I'll take back your little kitty."

"Damn it, fine, I'll go," Hakuto muttered, furious but with a nagging feeling she'd forgotten something important.
