Chapter 292 - Chapter 295 Striving to survive is an instinct, whether for a scumbag like Constantine or a half-demon half-human like Hellboy.

Because of the immense temporal power within them, Time Lords were always the Weeping Angels' primary targets.

But that wasn't the case now.

"Then I will follow the primary order: Daleks are born to destroy! To conquer!"

"Why? Do you still not understand? It's all gone! Your race, the things you stood for."

The Doctor spoke as he broke free from Damico's control and walked over.

Constantine, holding a stone, dragged Tony away.

Tony wasn't hurt, just a bit shell-shocked.

"Then what... should I do?"

"Well then, if you want orders, follow this one."

The Doctor looked at the Dalek before him, speaking somewhat hurriedly.

He wanted to deal with the Dalek, then deal with the time rift.

Even though he understood the thing he was about to face would bring him pain.

"Kill yourself."

The Doctor said it. Beside him, Nimue's body trembled violently.

She knew the Doctor wasn't just saying that to the Dalek; he was saying it to her, too.

Nimue glanced at Excalibur stuck in the ground, her expression a mix of sorrow and relief.

She would wait a little longer before doing it. She hadn't properly said goodbye to the Doctor yet.

"Daleks must live!"

The Dalek roared. Its words drew the attention of everyone except the Ancient One and Odin.

Striving to survive is an instinct, whether for a scumbag like Constantine or a half-demon half-human like Hellboy.

"The Dalek race has failed. Why don't you just let the Daleks go extinct? Return a clean place to the universe. Why don't you just die!"

The Doctor lost control of his emotions again, thinking of so much more.

The Doctor gave an imperceptible shake of his head in Nimue's direction, then continued to stare dead at the Dalek.

Rose wanted to question the Doctor, but Nimue grabbed her arm and gagged her with a mass of magical energy.

"You... could be a good Dalek."

The Dalek said strangely.

Wait.

The Dalek's words did not make the Doctor realize that his anger and hatred made him no different from a Dalek.

A Doctor like this would be among the first to be corrupted when facing the Hell Lords they had seen earlier.

"I've had enough!"

Hellboy flipped up from the ground. His massive body was about twice the height of the Dalek.

Daleks are incredibly powerful, but their height is quite mediocre. If Daleks didn't have consciousness, they would actually look quite cute.

Holding the broken half of the Stone Sword, he walked up to the Dalek.

The Crown of Fire between his horns was burning fiercely.

Hellboy, having acquired Zarathos's authority, could now call himself a Hell Lord.

With his emotional fluctuations, the passage between Hell and the Human Realm began to widen again.

In Hell, the Hell Lords Mephisto and Satanis, struggling to repair their bodies, screamed in despair!

Opening the Hell passage would make them face those Barbarians again. They wanted to close the passage completely, but they couldn't do it right now.

Just then, a graceful female figure appeared before the two.

"Are you guys getting mobbed? Cyttorak?"

Her voice wasn't very pleasant, sounding as if she hadn't spoken in a long time.

"Help! Help close the passage to Hell!"

Mephisto shouted loudly for help from the person before him.

"I just got here. I don't have any power."

The figure said with a smile.

However, at this moment, the Hell Lord Mephisto (Prime Evil version) appeared in Hell.

He used the sudden expansion of the passage to reach Hell, evading the attention of Imperius and Bul-Kathos.

In his hand, he held the tip of the Stone Sword. He stabbed it into the body of a small demon and threw the demon back into the Human Realm.

Power from Hell surged rapidly into his body. The Hell Lord Mephisto's body flew uncontrollably toward the Prime Evil Mephisto.

This body was obtained after Prime Evil Mephisto took over that unfortunate clone!

This body meant he could devour the fool who shared his name!

The Prime Evil had arrived in Hell. In this world, there would only be one Mephisto!

The small demon, carrying the half-broken Stone Sword, smashed through the ground and appeared in St. Paul's Cathedral. The sword tip in its body landed in front of Hellboy.

"Anung Un Rama. You can let go of the Stone Sword now. That also means you forfeit the qualification to be King."

Constantine said casually, looking at the Stone Sword. To him, the demons in Hell returning this piece of the sword was foreseeable.

He knew what Barbarians did in Hell from last time. That Satan who almost knelt directly left a deep impression on him.

Then Constantine continued to look at the Dalek, which looked as miserable as a groundhog.

Hellboy held the Stone Sword in his hand, looked at the broken tip nearby, and then released the half he was holding.

Hellboy strode toward the Dalek. He pulled out the Excalibur left by Bul-Kathos, and before the Doctor could react, he decapitated Nimue.

Or perhaps the Doctor was already prepared, just not expecting it at this exact moment.

Having done this, Hellboy threw Excalibur with full force at the Dalek, piercing directly through the lower half of the pitiful pepper pot.

He raised both hands, grabbed his own horns, and with a roar, snapped them off. The Crown of Fire vanished along with the broken demon horns.

"That's it. It can all end now!"

Hellboy handed the horns to Constantine. This was the gift he had promised.

A Hell Lord's horns were far more powerful than a common demon's. This was a hefty gift, especially for Constantine.

Following Hellboy's actions, the passages connecting to Hell began to heal.

The moment the passages closed, Imperius's holy fire rushed toward the silent Anderson.

This was the Archangel of Valor's reward for his subordinate.

He was very satisfied with Anderson's actions. Some inconsequential power was a fitting reward.

Nimue's death released Rose from her restraints. She rushed to the Dalek, observing it closely, her eyes filled with pity.

Her kindness wasn't without limits, but clearly, Rose Tyler's threshold for kindness was very low.

She was the type who would even offer forgiveness on behalf of others, but her kindness was entirely genuine.

It was just... just too cheap.

She didn't even glance at the beheaded Nimue. Honestly, Rose wasn't a particularly likable person.

Aside from the Doctor, no one present felt any personal pain regarding the Dalek.

The Doctor caught Nimue's head, cradling it carefully in his arms.

Then, he took one last look at the Last Dalek.

He simply stood there, holding Nimue's head without saying a word.

"I am contaminated!"

The Dalek shouted loudly.

Facing Hellboy's form, it remembered Azmodan from before.

Fear appeared in the Dalek's mind.

It shouldn't feel fear.

Nor should it cower.

This Dalek hadn't been hurt in its main body yet, but its will was completely crushed by fear.

The Dalek's main body existed in the upper half of the pepper pot.

"Doctor, what use are your feelings? Watching your beloved die in your arms, what can your feelings do?"

Sunlight pierced through the wreckage of St. Paul's Cathedral, casting light onto the Dalek.

The Dalek opened its armor. The transformation frightened Rose, who hurriedly ran back to the Doctor's side.

The Dalek released its soft, octopus-like main body. The entire creature was exposed to the sunlight.

"Why do we live..."

The Dalek asked. Then, it was hit by a stone flickering with green brilliance.

Dark green light exploded, and the Dalek's main body turned into a puddle of pus. Only the foul-smelling pepper pot remained.

"You don't have to think about that if you're dead."

Constantine dusted off his hands.

Constantine might not be kind, facing everyone with malice.

But he was a hero who would strangle danger in the cradle.

Constantine had seen too many monsters that bewitched hearts. Although the Dalek seemed to pose no threat, he decided to send it on its way himself.

"I thought you'd let him finish."

Tony stood up unsteadily, looking at the remaining empty pepper pot with a strange tone.

"I probably saved you, and left you a research subject. How much money do you think is enough to pay me off?"

Constantine smiled, not looking at the dazed Doctor.

He knew the Doctor was special, even if he appeared to be just a man with vital signs far better than average.

But Constantine didn't plan to deal with this person.

He sensed an aura similar to his own from the Doctor—that feeling of a "Lone Star of Misfortune."

What happens when two "calamity magnets" team up? Who curses the other to death first?

Constantine decided it wasn't necessary. Not interacting was the best course of action.

The sound of engines came from mid-air. The blue police box appeared in this place once again.

The Doctor looked up at his TARDIS, then walked over, holding Nimue's head in his arms.

A girl who loved him madly dying in front of him, turning into a mad witch... it was already a tragic template.

Leaving here with her head wouldn't change anything. Next, he would use the TARDIS to repair the time rift.

As for the Weeping Angels and The Silence, the Doctor felt the people of this world were capable enough to face them.

The people here had already demonstrated the use of Time; solving the Weeping Angels wouldn't be difficult.

Especially since, once the time rift disappeared, the Weeping Angels would leave, chasing the next rift.

"Let's go, Rose."

The Doctor glanced at Constantine, then silently turned and boarded the TARDIS.

With the sound of engines, the Doctor left this world.

On the other side, another TARDIS appeared.

Bul-Kathos looked at the box before him with a strange expression.

This wasn't flown into this world by a Time Lord; it was carried over by the three Ancients after they opened a portal.

"Hey! Bul-Kathos! Look what we brought back! A gift for you from the people of that planet called Curry-something!"

Cassius walked up to Bul-Kathos, shouting loudly while snatching half a bottle of spirits from Bul-Kathos's hand and chugging it.

Madawc sat on the ground cursing, getting into a scuffle with Korlic.

"Is this... a Rule?"

Bul-Kathos walked thoughtfully to the front of the TARDIS and reached out his hand. He felt a familiar sensation from the box.

It felt like the legendary power of In-geom being activated.

Then, the TARDIS turned into a ball of golden light and rushed into Bul-Kathos's body, transforming into a clock-shaped tattoo over his heart.

A gift from the Time Lords to Bul-Kathos: a fragment of the Rule of Time.

They called it the Heart of the TARDIS.

Although, like the Devour Rule, it couldn't be fully mastered, even its passive effect allowed Bul-Kathos to ignore damage from Time abilities.

This could be understood as having maxed-out Resistance.

"Those guys are so cool! Can you believe some people can travel through the River of Time? If I had that ability, I'd definitely go back to when I was alive and beat up my past self, tell him not to attack Olongus and get thrashed!"

Cassius spoke excitedly of his experiences.

Meanwhile, the time rift completely vanished.

"Madawc, your heir ran into a bit of trouble. Want to go take a look?"

Bul-Kathos mentioned casually.

It was rare for the Ancients to manifest physically; might as well let them find something to do.

"What did that idiot Luke do now?"

"Seems he got into a fight with a vampire. Demons all deserve to die, but what category do vampires fall into?"

Bul-Kathos recalled Dracula, whom he had met earlier, and found it hard to distinguish.

But everything was considered over.

Next time they met a Hell Lord, it wouldn't be as easy to find their main body as it was this time.

As for worldly matters, that wasn't for him to consider.

Someone would handle all of this. He was ready to welcome more people seeking power.

Just in time—Imperius was here. Bul-Kathos remembered that Imperius seemed to have the training methods for Crusaders.
