On Avarax's orbit, inside the Ishimura, which had completed its emergency quarantine measures, Marcus was checking new messages on his system panel.

"It's finally over."
Marcus breathed a sigh of relief, looking at the completion of the Wandering Earth World's main mission on the system panel.
Due to the need to transform the entire Earth's environment to be suitable for human survival, the Universal Union spent a long time and great effort to complete this task.
Looking at the Earth's scenery on his RIG terminal after the transformation, now full of birdsong, fragrant flowers, and lush greenery.
Marcus nodded with satisfaction.
the Universal Union invested so much manpower, material resources, and those Titans capable of environmental remaking, not just to complete the mission.
This was also an action with immense propaganda value.
The various worlds currently under the Universal Union's influence, at a minimum, possessed 21st-century technological levels and suffered from significant environmental pollution issues.
the Universal Union could, therefore, showcase the achievements of the Wandering Earth World to the governments of these worlds.
This would further stimulate the motivation of each Alliance member, encouraging them to complete various tasks more effectively and spend Alliance Contribution Points.
Since the mission in the Wandering Earth World was complete, Marcus began to examine the new seven worlds.
[Titanfall Game Universe, Transformers Movie Universe, Alien vs. Predator Movie Universe, StarCraft Game Universe, Starship Troopers Movie Universe, Gears of War Game Universe, Halo Game Universe]
The original Alien had become Alien vs. Predator, Cyberpunk 2077 had become Starship Troopers, and Wandering Earth had become Gears of War.
It could be said that these seven worlds were all formidable.
Except for Gears of War, the other six worlds all possessed interstellar civilizations.
Humans in titanfall, Cybertronians in transformers, Predators in Alien vs. Predator, the three races and the creator god Xel'naga in starcraft, humans and bugs in Starship Troopers, and humans and the Covenant in Halo.
Opening the RIG terminal's communication system, Marcus sent out a message to every Alliance high-ranking official about convening a meeting.
The gathered Alliance high-ranking officials, having already learned of Marcus's intention to choose the next world, immediately joined the online meeting.
As with previous times, Marcus distributed the data for all seven worlds to everyone.
Following this, a heated discussion ensued.
Everyone held different opinions regarding the choice of the next world.
After several hours.
Watching everyone argue for a long time, only for the vote counts for several worlds to be nearly identical, Marcus tapped the table, signaling everyone to quiet down.
"Since you can't decide, then I'll choose."
With such close vote counts, only Marcus had the true power of decision.
Some time later, the leviathan, originally located above Vegast, received new orders from Marcus.
Three hundred fully armed Flesh Tearers warriors, guided by Alliance personnel, arrived at a wilderness area in Vegast.
Before them stood a wormhole.
The other end of the wormhole led to the Universal Union's core planet in the Warhammer World, Avarax.
"What is that!?"
Looking at the wormhole constantly emitting tiny energy lightning, the accompanying Tech-Sergeant, Hicadi, had already cried out in surprise.
He watched with his own eyes as armored vehicles came and went through it, continuously transporting various supplies.
Hicadi rushed forward in one stride and began observing the wormhole, muttering phrases like "machine god above" and "Miracle of the omnessiah."
"What is this!?"
After looking it over several times, Hicadi rushed to the Universal Union personnel leading the team, breathing heavily, and asked.
"Uh."
Looking at the extremely excited Hicadi, the Universal Union personnel reminded him.
"Please do not obstruct the normal passage of the convoy."
Because of Hicadi's actions, many vehicles had stopped and were honking their horns.
Realizing this, Hicadi changed his position to let the vehicles pass, while still staring intently at the wormhole ahead.
"That is a wormhole. It can ignore spatial distance and connect two locations, allowing objects to pass through."
The technical personnel said, then motioned for the Flesh Tearers behind them to board the vehicles and drive towards the wormhole.
"Way!?"
Hearing this brief description, Hicadi immediately thought of the Webway used by the ancient Eldar.
"The two are not the same. wormholes are entirely controlled by the Universal Union and can be mass-produced."
Beside Hicadi, Isaac walked over and explained.
"Mass production, mass production—"
Hicadi's eyes trembled. Unlike ordinary Flesh Tearers, he had studied on Mars and was well-traveled.
He knew perfectly well the immense impact it would have on humanity, and even the entire galaxy, if humanity could mass-produce the "wormholes" Isaac spoke of.
In that instant, Hicadi understood.
Why the great Void Father had chosen the Psion named "Marcus," and this faction named "Alliance," which the Imperium of Man considered heretical.
Looking at Hicadi, who was still brainstorming, Isaac shook his head and immediately jumped into a nearby vehicle.
The former, only realizing after being enveloped by the tall shadow from Tyberos, caught up with the team.
With a complex mood, Hicadi boarded a vehicle and slowly passed through the wormhole.
After a moment of dazzling, kaleidoscopic sights, the team had entered an area completely different from before.
Even the time here was a dark night, not the daytime of Vegast.
Turning his head, the wormhole still stood on the ground.
Scanning the surroundings, Hicadi noticed a giant glowing sign erected on the road ahead of the convoy.
It read in large letters.
"Recidous System, Avarax."
"This is the Recidous system!?"
Looking at the words on the sign, Hicadi couldn't help but exclaim again.
Since returning to the Warband after his repairs on Mars, Hicadi had almost never lost his composure like this.
And ever since he witnessed the various technologies of the Universal Union, this was not the first time he had done so.
In what felt like an instant, they had traversed almost half a sector, a distance of hundreds of light-years.
Hicadi even suspected that even the legendary "Webway" couldn't achieve such speed.
Scanning his surroundings, Hicadi noticed that the Universal Union personnel seemed unfazed by this.
It was clear that within the Universal Union's sphere of influence, using a wormhole to instantly travel such vast distances was quite common.
"Welcome to the heart of the Universal Union."
Isaac rose into the air and landed in front of Hicadi and Tyberos.
He then pulled out a projector with his backhand and threw it to the ground.
Marcus's image was projected before everyone.
The Space Sharks saluted.
"Your mission this time is to go to a new world and clear out the Alien enemies there."
Marcus said briefly, then transmitted a file to Tyberos and the other Space Sharks captains.
"We shall obey your will, and we shall slaughter all Aliens and heretics."
Tyberos said in a deep voice.
Marcus waved his hand.
"Isaac will act with you as the conveyor of my will.
Now, you can go to the spaceport."
With that, the holographic image was turned off.
Isaac put away the device, then led the Space Sharks, who had been in the vehicle, to disembark and walk towards the special train station not far away. Under the efficient planning of the Universal Union, Avarax had completely shed the unique Hive City world landscape of the Imperium of Man.
More and more settlements were established outside the Hive City.
Efficient highways, railways, and flight routes were meticulously planned.
Avarax had gradually deviated from the Warhammer World's depiction.
Boarding the special train built for the Space Sharks, Hicadi looked out the window.
Although he was a Space Shark, Hicadi was, after all, a Tech-Sergeant with faith in the machine god, so he was not as bloodthirsty as his other Warband brothers.
He was accustomed to thinking with rational thought.
And now, rationality told him that under the Universal Union's rule, even a world like Avarax, which was originally in a remote location, could become so prosperous.
This meant that the "Alliance" was indeed superior to the "Imperium of Man."
This thought was so blasphemous.
If the Inquisition knew, they would immediately condemn Hicadi, and even the entire Space Sharks, as excommunicated traitors.
The train sped along, heading towards the spaceport hundreds of kilometers away.
Hicadi also withdrew his gaze and began to check the weapons and equipment of each of his Warband brothers, while appeasing the machine spirit.
Prayers praising the machine god continuously echoed in the train.
Looking at the bloodthirsty aura emanating from the three hundred Space Sharks, Isaac, located at the front of the train, twitched the corner of his mouth.
"This could be considered a death train, couldn't it?"
After a while, the train slowly pulled into the underground station.
Above the platform was a spaceport with over a dozen space elevators.
Hicadi was not surprised by the space elevators.
Such devices were also common in some worlds of the Imperium of Man, though most were inherited from the distant Dark Age of Technology.
Boarding the space elevator, they ascended rapidly.
The Space Sharks did not linger, immediately transferring to several of the Universal Union's Unyielding-class Heavy Frigates and a space carrier, heading towards the world gate.
===
The moment they saw the world gate, even the other usually silent Space Sharks showed expressions of surprise.
And Hicadi, along with several other Tech-Sergeants, was so astonished that he couldn't utter a word.
Even the Webway gates, which the Eldar went to great lengths to conceal and which allowed fleets to pass through, were absolutely not as magnificent as the world gate before them.
The fleet carrying the Space Sharks slowly approached the world gate, beginning to undergo inspection and confirm the world they were to travel to.
"Detecting signal. Navigator confirmed: Isaac Clarke. Passengers: Megalodon Warband. World Coordinates: Warhammer. Destination World: Alien vs. Predator. Detection passed. Access granted. Happy hunting."
Looking at the world gate, which was constantly rippling with blue waves, Hicadi and several Tech-Sergeants forcibly suppressed the urge to rush out and study it.
They still had a mission to complete.
The Space Sharks did not yet know the true purpose of the world gate, only thinking it was a larger wormhole.
And the "world" in Marcus's mouth was subconsciously understood by them as a planet.
Marcus and Isaac had no intention of explaining; it was fine for the Space Sharks to figure out the situation themselves.
The fleet slowly sailed towards the world gate, disappearing into the azure ripples.
===
Alien vs. Predator was the world Marcus ultimately decided upon at a recent meeting.
At that time, the votes for this world and the three worlds of titanfall, starship troopers, and Gears of War were extremely close.
Marcus made this choice out of multiple considerations.
the Universal Union still faced considerable pressure in the Warhammer World, so it was better to avoid worlds with intense warfare as much as possible.
titanfall and starship troopers would inevitably consume a large amount of the Universal Union's manpower and resources.
And Gears of War was confined to a single planet with limited resources, so there was no need to waste a world selection opportunity on it now.
However, a world like Alien vs. Predator was very suitable.
This world was independent of both the Predator series and the Alien series; it was a special world parallel to both.
It contained Aliens, perfect organic lifeforms.
It also contained Predators, a species with high technology and space warships, but whose tradition was individual and small-team hunting of powerful creatures.
"Are we really going to give up on peaceful negotiations with the Predators?"
In the top-floor office of Avarax's Central Hive, Alexia looked at Marcus beside her.
He turned and sat down.
"The Predators are a stubborn and barbaric race; in their world, they are the undisputed hegemonic civilization.
Such a civilization cannot be peacefully negotiated with by the Universal Union from the start.
The only way is to thoroughly beat these guys into submission."
Marcus said flatly.
the Universal Union indeed intended to recruit the Predator civilization as a member, but that would be after the Predators recognized their own strength and position. "Besides, haven't the Space Sharks been hungry for too long?
They need a hunt and a slaughter."
This operation was also a real-world test for the Space Sharks, who had undergone various equipment modifications from the Universal Union.
Let's go back approximately one day earlier, to the edge of the Solar System in the Alien vs. Predator.
A small Predator spaceship was detaching from the giant mothership it was originally attached to, floating in the silent void.
Inside the cabin, which was full of tribal style and adorned with various grotesque skulls, a Predator was dissecting an Alien that had been disemboweled.
The instruments, made of special alloy, were able to resist the corrosive strong acid blood of the Alien.
This Predator was very focused; the opportunity to dissect a recently deceased Alien was rare.
It was this concentration that made him completely unaware that a terrifying, grotesque dark shadow had already arrived behind him.
"Swish!"
The strong internal proboscis instantly pierced through the Predator's chest.
Immediately after, before he could even let out a scream, this Predator was torn into a pile of shattered remains.
A large amount of fluorescent green blood sprayed out, illuminating the cabin.
Bathed in blood, the dark shadow revealed its true form.
It was, in fact, an Alien of massive size and robust build, possessing the characteristics of a Predator!
This was a Predalien, combining the biological features of both the Predator and the Alien!
"Roar!"
The Predalien let out a bloodthirsty roar that instantly echoed throughout the entire spaceship.
If it were a typical Alien, after a successful attack, it would choose to lurk and hide in the shadows to launch further assaults.
However, due to the influence of the Predator genes, the Predalien became more bloodthirsty, cruel, and focused on the victory ritual after a hunt.
In the spaceship's control room, the pilot, hearing the commotion, immediately became alert.
The experience accumulated from years of hunting made him instantly stop piloting, instead grabbing the weapon at hand and heading towards the direction of the disturbance.
After turning a corner, the pilot saw the Predalien thrusting its long tail into the back of another Predator, lifting him high, and then tearing him apart.
The Predalien's facial features, characteristic of a Predator, made the pilot freeze for a moment; clearly, even he, with all his experience, had never seen such a blasphemous creature.
"Roar!"
The Predalien, its face splattered with fluorescent blood, roared and then lunged forward, intending to tear the pilot apart.
In an emergency, the pilot immediately activated the Plasma Shoulder Cannon on his shoulder.
With hardly any aiming, the pilot instinctively fired.
A massive Plasma ball shot towards the Predalien.
"Oh no."
The pilot cursed in his own language, realizing his mistake.
He then saw the Predalien cleverly hook onto the cabin ceiling, dodging the attack.
The unstoppable Plasma ball destroyed everything in its path, crashing directly into the wall at the end of the corridor, and then exploding with a bang.
Even more unfortunately, this Plasma shot just happened to detonate an energy source node, causing a chain explosion.
"Boom!"
A huge burst of fire instantly erupted, the sound reverberating throughout the entire cabin.
Even the pilot and other Predators who had just arrived were engulfed in the flames.
The cunning Predalien, using the fire as cover, disappeared.
Red warnings blared continuously as this small spaceship, whose protective capabilities were not very strong to begin with, was losing control and heading towards Earth.
The smoking spaceship miraculously bypassed the various national satellite surveillance systems in Earth's orbit and crashed into a forest in Colorado.
Inside the damaged spaceship, numerous storage tanks, originally containing Facehugger samples, were destroyed by the crash.
Dozens, even hundreds, of Facehuggers rapidly crawled out and hid in the nearby forest.
A few Facehuggers targeted the spaceship pilot, who had miraculously survived but was severely injured and unable to move.
"Thump! Thump-thump!!"
Several low-power Plasma shots killed these Facehuggers.
Looking at the remaining energy of his Shoulder Cannon displayed on his helmet, and his rapidly declining vital signs.
Knowing he didn't have long to live, the pilot struggled to operate the wrist device on his left hand, sending out a distress signal to his homeworld.
After completing all this, the pilot, before more Facehuggers could attack, aimed his Shoulder Cannon at his own head.
Having witnessed the combat power of the Predalien on the spaceship, he knew that even one such monster was a blasphemy against their entire civilization.
He absolutely could not allow himself to become a breeding ground for Aliens.
"Boom!"
After a bright flash of light, this Predator voluntarily ended his life, his body even blown to smithereens.
This prevented the Predalien, which had been lurking in the shadows behind him, from carrying out its parasitic plan.
Outside the spaceship, an unfortunate father and son who were hunting nearby witnessed the falling spaceship.
"My God, what is that? An alien spaceship?!"
The father, carrying a hunting rifle, immediately raised his gun and became alert.
The frightened son tightly clutched his father's clothes.
"Let's go quickly, we need to inform the people in town."
With the hunting rifle in one hand and pulling his son with the other, the two immediately ran towards the edge of the forest.
After running for an unknown amount of time, the father and son still hadn't escaped the forest.
The spaceship had crashed right in the deepest part of the forest, which normally would take several hours to dimensional travel, as it was easy to get lost.
Seeing his son could no longer run, the father didn't waste words; he immediately picked him up on his back and handed the hunting rifle to his son.
"If you see anything, shoot, just like I taught you before."
After saying that, the father once again quickened his pace, running towards the edge of the forest.
They hadn't run far when strange rustling sounds came from the surrounding bushes.
The next second, a Facehugger leaped high into the air, pouncing towards the father and son.
"Shoot!"
"Bang!"
The son, holding the hunting rifle, immediately fired, knocking the Facehugger out of the air.
Just as the two let out a sigh of relief, a translucent, pale green blood splattered onto the father's left hand.
Immediately, to their horror, it began to burn.
There was no time to remove clothing; the Facehugger's strong acid blood corroded skin, flesh, nerves, and bone.
Until the entire arm was corroded and severed.
Under intense pain, the already exhausted father immediately collapsed.
Meanwhile, several more Facehuggers quickly darted out from the surrounding bushes and latched onto both of their faces.
They then used their strong, powerful tails to constrict the necks of the two, forcing them to open their mouths.
Ovipositors instantly plunged into their mouths, injecting Alien embryos and anesthetic substances.
The father and son immediately fell unconscious.
After an unknown amount of time, the two slowly woke up.
Immediately, a sharp pain shot through their chests.
As if something was about to burst out.
Amidst their screams, the Alien juveniles had already burst through their chests, bathed in dripping blood, letting out eerie howls.
Behind the two now deceased bodies, on a tall tree.
The Predalien, which had been concealed in the shadows, shifted its gaze from its newly born kin below.
Its eyes were fixed on a small town of tens of thousands of people in the distance, beyond the forest.
The instinct in its genes gave it the desire to propagate its species.
"Roar!"
After letting out a roar, the Facehuggers and the two Alien juveniles below all looked up, then prostrated themselves on the ground.
The Predalien, although not an Alien Queen, also possessed the ability to control other Aliens and to lay eggs and reproduce.
The Aliens had already set their sights on the distant town, and the people inside were still unaware that disaster was approaching.
In a distant, binary star system, on the Predator homeworld.
Inside a towering, intricately carved building.
A tall Predator, who had been seated in a complex mechanical console, suddenly received a series of special signals.
The signals came from the spaceship that had crashed on Earth.
After rapid decryption, the signal content was displayed before the Predator known as "Lone Wolf."
"Spaceship crashed, Alien infection at risk of spreading, requesting cleanup."
The content was very brief; the dying spaceship pilot indeed had no more time to elaborate on the situation.
Lone Wolf checked the source of the signal and found it was a hunting ground planet that also harbored intelligent species.
After some thought, Lone Wolf went to his room, which stored a large number of weapons, equipment, and trophies.
He selected a portion of them for the cleanup operation.
After donning his equipment, Lone Wolf began to request his superior, an organization called "Sanctuary."
"This is Lone Wolf, I've received a special distress signal, suspected Alien infection spread."
"Cleanup approved."
Upon receiving permission, Lone Wolf no longer hesitated. He immediately boarded his personal spaceship on the building's rooftop and soared into the sky.
Behind him was the Predator homeworld, with its vast rivers of scorching magma.
After breaking free from gravity's embrace, the spaceship entered warp drive, speeding towards Earth.
Under the power of the mighty warp engine, in just half a day, the spaceship arrived in Earth's orbit.
Lone Wolf rapidly descended in a separate pod, landing precisely in a lake within the forest where the previous spaceship had crashed.
The cold lake water rippled. Lone Wolf slowly rose from the water, scanned his surroundings, confirmed his bearing, then activated his stealth device and walked towards the crashed spaceship's location.
As soon as he stepped into the forest, Lone Wolf keenly picked up the familiar rustling sounds around him.
From the darkness, several Facehuggers suddenly leaped out, attacking Lone Wolf.
"Splat!"
A soft, long whip instantly lashed out. With just one sweep, its alloy sawteeth easily tore all three Facehuggers to shreds.
Putting away his whip, Lone Wolf looked at the Facehugger corpses corroding the ground and realized the gravity of the situation.
This Alien infection incident might be much more serious than he had anticipated.
Continuing deeper into the forest, Lone Wolf constantly eliminated the Facehuggers that sprang out. Soon, he saw the damaged spaceship, still emitting black smoke and flames.
Using the thermal imaging device on his helmet to confirm there were no hidden Aliens nearby, Lone Wolf entered the spaceship and found the shattered Predator corpse, the source of the previous signals.
After performing a unique ritual of mourning, Lone Wolf skillfully picked up the mask that had fallen nearby and put it on.
Through the camera recordings on it, Lone Wolf clearly understood everything that had happened.
The spaceship's crash and the spread of the Alien infection were all caused by that blasphemous Predalien.
Lone Wolf's insect-like mandibles continuously contracted. In his incredibly long hunting career, he had seen this special, blasphemous prey, the Predalien, and he knew how terrifying such a creature was.
This was not a simple cleanup mission, but a critical situation concerning the survival of the intelligent species on this planet.
He alone could not quickly clean up the infection that had already begun to spread.
Lone Wolf immediately transmitted the message back to his homeworld, requesting reinforcements.
After doing all this, Lone Wolf began searching the damaged spaceship for various weapons and equipment, arming himself to the teeth.
Next, Lone Wolf installed and detonated a high-yield annihilation bomb, destroying all traces here.
Lone Wolf then quickly ran towards the small town outside the forest.
The Space Sharks' Alliance fleet slowly emerged from the immense world gate.
This fleet consisted of five Unyielding-class Heavy Frigates and two olympus-class space carriers.
Its combat power was sufficient to sweep across the Earth of the "Alien vs. Predator" World.
Of course, facing a Predator civilization whose strength was unknown, it remained to be seen if it would be enough.
Therefore, the purpose of this fleet was to ascertain the current timeline and specific situation on this Earth.
And to hunt down the Aliens on it, and contain the Predators.
Only about ten minutes had passed since the world gate's deployment; currently, the human government on Earth had not yet reacted.
The fleet quickly sailed towards Earth, then docked into orbit.
The powerful shipboard AI swiftly infiltrated the internet via orbital satellites and determined the current time.
It also captured recent mentions of some residents of Gunnison Town, Colorado, witnessing an unidentified flying object crashing into the forest.
Inside one of the Space Carriers, Isaac immediately sent this report through the world gate to the Universal Union analysis department located in the Warhammer World.
"Spaceship crash? Is it the timeline of that terrible movie, Alien vs. Predator 2?"
Marcus rubbed his chin. When he watched that movie, everything was so dark he couldn't see anything, so his memory of the plot was very vague.
However, Marcus remembered one thing clearly: the Alien infection would spread very quickly.
By the end of the plot, the number of Aliens in the entire town was in the thousands.
Based on the information provided by Marcus, the current timeline of this world was being rapidly confirmed.
A detailed battle plan was also finalized.
This time, the Universal Union's course of action was to first use the fleet to deter the human government on Earth.
And then directly air-drop the Space Sharks to the target location to sweep away the Alien infection that was about to spread or had already spread.
And to seize the opportunity to capture the elite Predator known as "Lone Wolf."
Inside a specially modified Space Carrier.
Three hundred Space Sharks gathered, performing a brief pre-battle ritual.
Tyberos activated Hunger and Slaughter, saying in a deep voice:
"In the name of the Void Father!
Bring damnation upon the filthy Aliens!"
The remaining Space Sharks all raised their weapons in response.
The Battle Group Chaplain then began a pre-battle prayer, providing psychological preparation for every Space Shark.
And beside the Space Sharks, other Alliance combat units were not idle.
soldiers wearing CMC armor and Type 5-4 armor had already boarded transport planes, exited the hangar, and were flying towards the surface.
The Space Sharks, having completed all preparation procedures, boarded orbital drop pods and descended at lightning speed.
The Space Sharks chose one of their most familiar tactics: orbital assault.
At this time, the unfortunate town was in the middle of the night.
Countless residents, who were originally sleeping, were suddenly attacked by Facehuggers and implanted with Alien embryos.
A continuous stream of Alien juveniles burst out of chests accompanied by screams, rapidly growing in dark corners.
The town's hospital, once a place for healing the sick and wounded,
had now become a bloody slaughterhouse and a filthy nest for Aliens to breed.
At the entrance of the hospital, the guards who were originally armed had been attacked by Aliens in the darkness and implanted with Alien embryos.
Furthermore, under the control of the Predalien, all remaining Facehuggers gathered inside the hospital and began to use the immobilized patients for hatching.
The Predalien itself could directly inject its ovipositor into living organisms, thereby hatching multiple Alien young at once.
More and more Aliens also secreted a black substance, which, after weathering, would turn into a paint black chitinous carapace, forming the walls of this nest and creating a dark environment for the Aliens.
Using this as a stronghold, the Aliens were rapidly spreading their infection.
This once peaceful town was quickly turning into hell.
The Aliens lurked in the shadows, constantly hunting unarmed civilians and using them as breeding grounds.
Only a very small number of residents who were lucky enough to possess firearms and were located in well-lit areas escaped the initial Alien attack.
But then, more Aliens would swarm them and tear them to shreds.
It wasn't until more than half of the town had fallen, and the number of Aliens had exceeded a thousand, that the police station in the town center reacted.
They began to organize manpower to rescue surviving residents in the well-lit areas.
A National Guard unit stationed in the town, relatively well-equipped, also drove armored vehicles onto the streets to begin patrols.
But even now, they still didn't know what exactly had happened.
Only the continuous screams and the fragmented descriptions of black monsters from survivors who had luckily escaped from the outer areas of the town reminded these people.
They were being targeted.
The Aliens' first large-scale attack came without warning.
While most police and National Guard focused their attention and efforts on rescuing survivors, hundreds of Aliens, under the cover of night, launched a stealthy assault.
In an instant, dozens of people screamed, then were dragged into the darkness.
The sound of limbs being torn apart and screams echoed through the night sky, immediately awakening the remaining survivors.
"Fire! Fire!!!"
The Commander of the police and National Guard continuously roared, simultaneously turning on all vehicle lights to illuminate the surrounding area.
It was only at this moment that they clearly saw the appearance of the creatures constantly attacking them in the darkness.
Black carapaces, streamlined bodies, and ferocious mouths, along with sharp claws.
No matter how they looked, these could not possibly be creatures conceived on Earth.
Under the illumination of the lights, the rescue team suddenly discovered that many Aliens had stealthily approached them, preparing to launch an attack.
In terror, the panicked crowd immediately opened fire.
Gunshots continuously rang out, and small-caliber bullets struck the bodies of the Aliens, but could only create tiny wounds.
Instead, the green blood gushing from the wounds corroded everything around them.
Some unlucky individuals who couldn't dodge were brutally corroded and died in agony.
Firearms designed for humans were so powerless when facing Aliens.
Those police and soldiers who were still armed were no match for the Aliens, and more than half of them were lost in an instant.
As for the unarmed civilians, there was even less to say; they immediately fled in terror.
But these people were merely sent into the mouths of the Aliens, becoming nothing more than breeding grounds.
Some residents who neither dared to pick up discarded weapons to fight nor chose to flee, took advantage of the chaos to hide in various corners of the surroundings and began to pray devoutly.
"God, save us."
When people are on the verge of death, they always tend to believe in something ethereal.
There are no so-called gods in this world, and of course, no angels of God would come to save these civilians who were about to perish at the hands of Aliens.
But today, there would be a small change.
What descended before them were the Angels of Death from the Emperor, from the Universal Union—the Space Sharks!
"Bang! Boom!"
The orbital drop pod streaked across the dark night sky, trailing dazzling exhaust flames, and crashed onto this small plaza.
For a moment, even the Aliens, who were furiously attacking the survivors, stopped their movements and all looked towards the cloud of smoke created by the impact.
The creatures' instincts told the Aliens that something dangerous was appearing.
Although the heavily wounded survivors were also unclear about the situation, they immediately reacted, began to reorganize their defenses, gathered everyone, and aimed their guns at the Aliens and the smoky area.
Once any movement occurred, the battle that had just ceased would be reignited.
"Thump! Thump!! Thump!!!"
From within the smoke, a heavy sound of iron boots treading on the ground reached everyone's ears.
It was as if some colossal creature was emerging from it.
The next second, dozens of tall figures stepped out from the dust.
The Space Sharks had descended upon this battlefield!
"In the name of the Void Father! Purge the Aliens!!!"
After a battle cry, the Space Sharks swiftly raised the Plasma guns and Hot-melt Rifles in their hands.
Unleashing their fury upon the surrounding Aliens.
The blue Plasma light and the orange-red Hot-melt Rifle light instantly illuminated the entire battlefield.
The Alien carapaces, which could resist small-caliber bullets, were like paper in the face of Plasma and Hot-melt Rifle.
In just an instant, nearly a hundred Aliens perished at the hands of the Space Sharks.
Flashes of fire continuously exploded, and even the Alien's strong acid blood was evaporated.
Due to the strong acid blood characteristics of the Aliens, the Universal Union specifically replaced the more commonly used Bolter for every Space Shark in this operation.
The Bolter is called a Bolter because the Bolter it fires explodes upon hitting its target; when facing Aliens, this attack method would instead cause friendly fire.
Plasma rifles and Hot-melt Rifles, capable of instantly melting flesh and steel, were more suitable for clearing Aliens.
This sudden scene instantly left the survivors, who had been on high alert, fearing that some other monster would emerge from the smoke, standing dumbfounded.
Compared to the Aliens, the Space Sharks, although tall, possessed a normal human form and were clearly on the side of humanity.
"Hahaha!"
A devout believer let out a surprised cry.
"Angels, those are angels sent by God to save us!"
However, few paid attention to such raving.
Most people still picked up their weapons and rejoined the battle, starting to fiercely attack the Aliens.
The Space Sharks who arrived at this plaza were from the First and Second Squads of the Third Company.
A total of twenty Space Sharks, all wearing MarkX power armor.
Taiwan Novel Network has a large collection of books, lukarn.com, where you can read freely.
All members of the First Squad were armed with Plasma Rifles, connected to power packs on their backs, making them standard Hellblasters.
The Second Squad had half its members armed with Hot-melt Rifles, and the other half with Chainswords and plasma pistols, making them Eradicators and Assault Intercessors, respectively.
The strength of these two squads was enough to sweep through hundreds of Aliens in the plaza.
Plasma and Hot-melt Rifle blasts roared continuously, and Chainswords, coated with a special layer to resist Alien blood corrosion, swung relentlessly.
Every second, a detestable Alien was reduced to ashes or dismembered by a Chainsword.
The Space Sharks' movements were silent, like cold killing machines.
The Aliens shrieked and screamed.
The boundless killing intent emanating from the Space Sharks made the Aliens, who should have been perfect organisms, genuinely feel fear.
If an Alien Queen or a Predalien had been present, they might have been able to control these Aliens and suppress their biological instinct to flee.
Unfortunately, the former did not exist in the town.
And the latter: was currently busy playing a hunting game with the Predator "Wolf" and expanding the Alien infection in other areas.
The biological instinct for survival ultimately overrode the orders the Predalien had given the Aliens not long ago.
More and more Aliens began to flee into the shadows and darkness, attempting to escape the ferocious Space Sharks.
"Pursue."
The squad Commander said curtly.
Immediately, most of the Space Sharks went to the drop pods they had arrived in and quickly began to change their equipment.
The heavy power packs for their weapons were removed and replaced with lighter jump packs, which allowed the Space Sharks to briefly become airborne and dimensional travel various obstacles.
In just a moment, the Space Sharks transformed their roles.
From heavy fire support units, they became jump pack assault troops.
"Buzz~"
The jump packs hummed, and then scorching exhaust flames shot out from both sides.
The Space Sharks briefly hovered, observing the hiding movements of most of the Aliens.
Whether Space Sharks using the Raven Guard gene-seed.
Or Space Sharks using the Night Lords gene-seed.
Both specialized in fighting and killing in the dark.
The Aliens' movements could not escape their eyes.
The presence of any vile Alien filled them with rage.
Without another word, the Space Sharks immediately swooped down and began their pursuit.
In the plaza, the survivors all breathed a sigh of relief.
But then, endless questions flooded their minds.
What exactly were those terrifying black monsters?
And who were those tall, grey-armored warriors?
Could they be secret soldiers of the government?
However, time was limited, and most people did not delve deeper.
Those who had survived the Alien onslaught began to gather together spontaneously, but they didn't know what to do next.
The terrifying Aliens had left a deep fear in their hearts; they dared not leave the brightly lit area to rescue other survivors in the town.
Both the police chief and the National Guard Commander had unfortunately died in the recent Alien attack.
No one dared to make decisions or command others anymore.
The survivors could only hide in this small safe area.
Many people were injured in the recent attack, and some had tragically lost their loved ones.
Painful groans and sobs continuously echoed.
The few Space Sharks remaining on guard, of course, paid no heed to these mortals.
They stayed there only to guard against the possibility of the Aliens launching a counterattack.
Sure enough, a few minutes later, a rustling sound came from the darkness again.
Several Aliens indeed crawled out from sewers and similar places, attempting to attack again.
But in an even darker spot, the Space Sharks slowly emerged.
The next second, combat knives were drawn, instantly dismembering these few Aliens.
The Space Sharks then once again vanished into the darkness.
Aliens hunt humans, using them as breeding grounds.
Space Sharks slaughter Aliens, unleashing the wrath of the Void Father.
"What should we do now?"
Looking at the dark surroundings, a portion of the survivors gathered together, beginning to discuss their next steps.
For some reason, there was no network signal in the town at this time, so they couldn't contact the outside world through their devices.
They now had two choices: one was to stay here and wait for potential rescue teams.
The second was to leave, board the armored vehicles left by the National Guard, and drive out of town.
Most people supported the first option.
Someone voiced a conjecture.
"How do we know if other places outside the town have also seen those monsters? Maybe all of America, or even the whole world, has already been overrun by monsters!"
Unable to contact the outside world, this terrifying conjecture continued to take root and grow among the crowd.
More and more survivors couldn't help but let their imaginations run wild.
Some bolder individuals looked towards the Space Sharks in the shadows, tentatively asking questions, hoping to get information from these grey-armored giants.
Of course, they didn't get any answers.
Just as the survivors were in a dilemma.
In the dark night sky, several streaks of light appeared again.
They were much brighter and larger than the orbital drop pods the Space Sharks had used.
Those were the troop transports carrying the main Alliance forces.
One of the troop transports flew directly towards this plaza and then landed not far away.
To the astonishment of the survivors, the spaceship's searchlights were fully activated, illuminating an area of a hundred meters around it with dazzling brightness.
Immediately after, the hatch slowly opened.
Many fully armed Alliance Soldiers emerged, quickly taking up defensive positions around them.
Under the protection of the soldiers, Alliance medical emergency personnel quickly ran out.
They began treating the injured survivors.
Advanced biochemical agents could heal most external injuries in an instant.
Some survivors whose hands and feet had been corroded off by Alien blood were carried onto the spaceship to receive further treatment.
Since acquiring the Precursor Civilization's biotechnology in the "Pacific Rim" world, regrowing limbs for people was no longer too difficult for the Universal Union.
A portion of the soldiers approached the Space Sharks to conduct a mission handover.
Seeing this, the Space Sharks immediately changed their equipment and leaped into the darkness, beginning to hunt the Aliens that were hiding.
With highly efficient speed, the Universal Union began to take over everything in this area.
"Who exactly are you? What were those monsters just now?"
Seeing that the Universal Union personnel seemed much easier to communicate with than the grey-armored giants, the survivors quickly asked the questions that concerned them most.
The sewers near the town hospital.
This place had already become the Aliens' second nest.
Dark and damp, hundreds of Aliens moved constantly through it, their sharp claws hooked with many bloody animal carcasses.
On the walls of the sewers, there were also many town residents, captured by the Aliens, their faces covered by Facehuggers.
More and more Alien embryos were gestating within their bodies.
And in the darkest corners of the sewers, those Alien juveniles that had already burst out of chests were gathered.
The adult Aliens continuously threw down the animal carcasses in their hands, providing the energy needed for these juveniles to grow.
This place had already become the darkest and most bloody hell on earth.
An ordinary person would faint immediately just by looking at it.
Of course, all of this was merely the norm in the long hunting career of the Predator, Lone Wolf, a seasoned hunter.
The number of Aliens killed by him had long exceeded four digits.
Even powerful Alien Queens, and even the blasphemous hybrid Predalien, Lone Wolf had hunted them before.
At this moment, Lone Wolf had already arrived at the entrance of the sewers.
Even without going deep, Lone Wolf could clearly smell the Alien scent permeating the air.
The thermal imaging device on his mask clearly showed the chaotic Alien footprints around him.
One pair of huge footprints was the most obvious; they were the traces left by a Predalien.
With his bladed whip drawn, Lone Wolf stepped into the sewer area.
Although he had already sent a distress signal to his homeworld, he had to control the spread of the Alien infection as much as possible before the main force arrived.
Destroying an Alien nest was the best solution.
After only walking a few dozen meters, Lone Wolf keenly detected the sound of limbs rubbing in the darkness.
Evidently, the Aliens had already discovered Lone Wolf, this uninvited guest.
The next second, the long whip swiftly lashed out, creating a sharp whooshing sound.
In the darkness, an Alien was entangled by the whip and dragged before Lone Wolf.
As the whip began to retract automatically, its sharp blades quickly cut the Alien into pieces.
This strike seemed like a switch, and in the sewers, more and more Aliens swarmed forward.
In just an instant, several Aliens pounced from all directions, attempting to capture Lone Wolf and use his body to incubate another terrifying Predalien.
"Swish!"
The alloy shuriken instantly unsheathed, and after just one rotation, the pouncing Aliens were cut in half.
A large amount of green strong acid blood sprayed out, splattering on the ground, making corrosive sounds.
The experienced Lone Wolf naturally wouldn't be harmed by mere acid blood.
Even before the wounds were inflicted, he had already dodged sideways and casually threw out two laser trap generators.
The generators landed, immediately projecting two red laser nets in front of and behind Lone Wolf.
Any Alien attempting to pass through the laser nets was instantly cut into pieces.
After suffering a dozen casualties, the Aliens finally stopped, continuously circling the laser nets, trying to find a loophole.
Lone Wolf, meanwhile, opened his insect-like mandibles and let out a special roar.
This was a special battle cry before hunting.
Within this small area enclosed by the laser traps, there wasn't just Lone Wolf.
There were also four or five Aliens.
Putting away his long whip, the alloy claws on Lone Wolf's arm guard instantly unsheathed, and then he fearlessly pounced towards the Aliens.
Waving his double claws continuously, Lone Wolf seemed to be dancing on the edge of death, each attack tearing through an Alien's carapace.
And he precisely dodged all of the Aliens' various attacks.
Whether it was their sharp claws, long tails, or insidious inner jaws, none could even graze Lone Wolf.
In just half a minute, Lone Wolf had cleared the four or five Aliens around him, yet he himself was unharmed.
Predators originally had a habit of collecting parts of their prey as trophies.
But for Lone Wolf, hunting such ordinary Aliens no longer brought honor, and naturally, they were not worthy as trophies.
On the entire Earth, only that Predalien was worthy of being Lone Wolf's opponent.
At least, that's what Lone Wolf himself thought.
After operating the control panel on his left arm, one of the laser traps opened and then closed.
Instantly, seven or eight more Aliens were let in.
Even an elite hunter like Lone Wolf couldn't single-handedly face more than a dozen Aliens at once.
This kind of segmented, round-robin battle, where an area was sectioned off, was most advantageous for Lone Wolf.
And it could also attract more Aliens to this location, slowing down the spread of the Alien infection.
After repeatedly clearing dozens of Aliens in the same manner, Lone Wolf also began to feel a bit of fatigue.
In this environment, any physical abnormality was fatal.
Lone Wolf immediately increased the power of the two surrounding laser traps, then took out a bottle of combat potion from his body and drank it.
The feeling of fatigue instantly vanished.
At the same time, Lone Wolf also noticed a faint sound coming from above his head.
Looking up, Lone Wolf saw that the concrete layer above was trembling slightly.
The unique corrosive sound of Alien blood entered his ears.
Clearly, the Aliens were using the wounds of their injured comrades to covertly corrode the earth layer above Lone Wolf's head, attempting to launch an attack from above.
Scanning the surroundings, over a hundred Aliens had already gathered around the sewers, only to be blocked by the laser traps.
Seeing that the number gathered was sufficient, Lone Wolf activated his shoulder cannon, adjusted its power, and fired a Plasma blast upwards.
The earth layer, already largely corroded by Alien blood, was instantly pierced through, and the Aliens above were also instantly melted.
Lone Wolf leaped up, climbing along the gap.
And he deactivated the two laser traps.
Hundreds of Aliens immediately swarmed forward, chasing after Lone Wolf.
Looking back, Lone Wolf immediately pressed the detonation button.
The high-explosive bombs, which had been set up beforehand, instantly exploded, destroying everything in the sewers.
Whether it was the Aliens or the unfortunate parasitic residents, all were completely annihilated.
Lone Wolf never forgot that his mission was to control the Alien infection and hunt that Predalien.
He didn't intend to waste too much time on these ordinary Aliens.
Moreover, Lone Wolf was also very certain that the Predalien could not be killed so easily by a bomb.
After tidying up his equipment, just as Lone Wolf was about to search the area again to hunt the Predalien...
A huge commotion suddenly came from above his head.
Alertly looking up, Lone Wolf discovered that a meteor-like object was rapidly falling towards his location.
But the detection system in his mask told Lone Wolf that it was not just a meteor.
After a moment of thought, Lone Wolf chose not to leave, but instead remained standing in place.
"Boom! Crash!"
The orbital drop pod spewed out its exhaust flames, slowing its descent.
The hatch slowly opened, and a magnificent figure, over four meters tall, stepped out.
This entire specialized orbital drop pod was built for the mako chapter master, Tyberos, the Red Wake.
Without a word, the moment Tyberos stepped out of the hatch, he activated hunger and slaughter on his arm guard and charged towards Lone Wolf.
At the same time, Punisher Grenades continuously blasted out, striking around Lone Wolf, and as they exploded, they created gravitational warp reactions, successfully slowing down Lone Wolf's movements.
Tyberos had only one mission: to capture Lone Wolf, the Predator.
But before that, Tyberos would thoroughly unleash his bloodthirsty rage upon Lone Wolf.
The moment Tyberos appeared, the battle-hardened Lone Wolf sensed the undisguised, mountain-of-corpses-and-sea-of-blood aura emanating from him.
Even the Lone Wolf, who had been hunting for hundreds of years, felt an unprecedented fear in the face of this aura.
Not even the elders who had lived for over a thousand years in various tribes had ever put such pressure on the Lone Wolf.
The Lone Wolf's biological instincts screamed at him to flee; the gray-armored giant opposite him could easily crush him.
But the pride of a Predator made the Lone Wolf forcibly suppress his biological survival instincts.
Blades drawn, shoulder cannon preheating.
No matter the opponent, a Predator never retreats in cowardice.
After a roar, the Lone Wolf instead charged head-on towards Tyberos.
His heart began to pound violently, and blood accelerated its flow.
Every cell in his body trembled at the prospect of facing a formidable enemy.
Since the Lone Wolf completed his first hunt, he had never been in this state again.
Although affected by the gravity-warping effect of the stun grenade, the Lone Wolf's speed was somewhat reduced.
Yet his movements were still incredibly swift; at least to ordinary people, only blurry afterimages could be caught.
Even a powerful Predalien would be torn to shreds by those alloy claws.
Unfortunately, in the eyes of Tyberos, who possessed ten thousand years of combat experience, the Lone Wolf's movements were no different from a snail's.
With just a single pass of hunger and slaughter, the Lone Wolf was directly flung away.
Had Tyberos not remembered that the Universal Union wanted him alive, and thus not activated the disintegration field, the Lone Wolf would have already been a pile of shattered fragments.
The flung Lone Wolf, like a cannonball, instantly crashed into and toppled a nearby large tree.
A mouthful of glowing blood splattered out.
The Lone Wolf's eyes were filled with terror.
He had hunted creatures larger than Tyberos before, and had even withstood the charges of those giant beasts head-on.
But no opponent had ever inflicted such severe injuries on the Lone Wolf.
All the various medical agents he carried were injected into his body at once, and the Lone Wolf's injuries were rapidly recovering.
However, even the most advanced medicine takes time to work.
And Tyberos clearly would not give the Lone Wolf that opportunity.
The bloodthirsty gray shadow had already used the darkness to arrive before the temporarily incapacitated Lone Wolf.
Just as Tyberos was about to reach out and sever the Lone Wolf's limbs, the shoulder cannon on the latter's shoulder had finished charging.
The Lone Wolf had adjusted the power to the maximum within a range that wouldn't kill himself; its power was enough to collapse a ten-meter-tall building.
"Whirr~"
Bright blue light rapidly condensed, then shot out towards Tyberos at an extremely close range.
Even a proper small spacecraft would be heavily damaged by this shot.
The Lone Wolf did not believe that this dangerous opponent could withstand such an attack.
But before the Lone Wolf's confidence could rise for a few seconds, his insect-like mandibles gaped open in astonishment, and his eyes revealed shock.
An invisible shield stood before Tyberos, suspending the high-energy Plasma in mid-air.
The vortex shield, installed on the terminator armour by the Universal Union's top scientists and engineers, was taking effect.
Under the action of the vortex shield, the destructive Plasma was rapidly dissipating until it vanished without a trace.
"Hiss, hiss, roar—"
The Lone Wolf's mandibles continuously opened and closed, emitting unique sounds.
Tyberos, of course, did not want to, nor would he, ponder what the alien in front of him was saying.
A heavy iron boot stomped on the Lone Wolf's chest, pressing him forcibly into the soil.
A little glowing blood oozed from the Lone Wolf's mask, staining the gray terminator armour.
Tyberos extended his hands, using almost no force, and slowly began to break the Lone Wolf's limbs.
During this process, the Lone Wolf constantly let out painful wails.
But his dignity still prevented him from uttering any words of surrender; instead, it ignited the Lone Wolf's suicidal resolve.
The Lone Wolf wailed, attracting Tyberos's attention, while using his flexible mandibles to operate various devices inside his mask.
The Lone Wolf intended to activate the super-powerful bomb he carried, to perish together with the enemy before him.
Before the Lone Wolf could formally activate the bomb, Tyberos's intuition detected a faint sense of crisis.
The hunger instantly activated, smashing towards the Lone Wolf's already broken left arm.
Shredded flesh and blood flew everywhere, and amidst the Lone Wolf's screams, the bomb embedded in his left arm was crushed into powder.
Seeing that even the hope of mutual destruction was completely shattered, coupled with the truly severe injuries and excessive blood loss, the Lone Wolf simply passed out.
Tyberos, of course, would not relax his guard so easily, and continued to break the Lone Wolf's legs.
Only after confirming that he had truly lost consciousness did he slowly rise.
"Lord Tyberos, your actions truly are—"
Around Tyberos, some Alliance Soldiers were already rushing over.
The leading Commander looked at the Lone Wolf, who had been brutally abused into a unrecognizable pulp, and slowly uttered two words.
"Efficient."
Tyberos tossed the Lone Wolf onto the ground like a piece of rags.
"Where is that special alien?"
"We are still searching; currently, we can only confirm the target is still within the town."
The Commander shook his head, and at the same time, motioned for the people behind him to drag the unconscious Lone Wolf onto the spaceship for treatment.
This guy still had a use; he couldn't just die like this.
Hearing the answer, Tyberos did not ask anything further, turning and walking towards the nearby hospital.
The aliens there were also being slaughtered by the Space Sharks.
As a chapter master, Tyberos couldn't afford to be idle.
Watching Tyberos's departing figure, the squad Commander couldn't help but feel a chill.
Although the other party was an allied unit, his methods were a bit too brutal.
Truly deserving of the name "Space Sharks."
"Hold this position, don't let the aliens escape this area."
After giving the order, the Commander quickly walked towards a medical spaceship nearby.
The Lone Wolf was receiving treatment inside.
Looking at the unrecognizable Lone Wolf, who was almost turned into a human-pig.
Even the Commander, who had seen many storms and fought ork and tyranids, felt his stomach churn with a physiological reaction.
"Can he still survive?"
The medical personnel responsible for treatment immediately replied.
"Although the injuries appear severe, Lord Tyberos intentionally avoided all vital areas.
Moreover, the Predator's physical constitution is far superior to humans, so survival is not an issue."
"That's good. Oh, and remember not to let this guy wake up and cause trouble for now."
After receiving a satisfactory answer, the Commander did not linger.
He immediately reported the situation here to higher command.
At this moment, hundreds of Maneaters were sweeping through the town like a grey whirlwind, eradicating the Aliens at an extremely fast pace.
Whether it was a Facehugger, an Alien larva, or an adult Alien.
These monsters were met with ruthless yet scorching Plasma, Melta, and roaring chainaxes.
As for those unfortunate residents who had been parasitized but whose Alien larvae had not yet burst from their chests, the Space Sharks naturally wouldn't waste time on them.
Alliance medical personnel following behind them would urgently take these individuals and attempt to surgically remove the Alien larvae from their bodies.
For the Universal Union, performing open-chest surgery on a person was not difficult.
The challenge was how to remove the Alien larva without stimulating it to contract defensively or spray acidic blood.
After several attempts, a potent special anesthetic was utilized.
This anesthetic could directly anesthetize the entire Alien larva through respiration, causing it to fall into a completely unconscious state.
At this point, medical personnel could easily remove it and then store it in a special container.
Through this method, hundreds of people had already been rescued.
The spread of Alien infection was also effectively contained.
At this rate, by dawn, the Space Sharks would be able to completely clear the town of Aliens.
The town's sewer network was extremely complex.
Although Lone Wolf had previously destroyed the area beneath the hospital, a large number of Aliens were still hiding there, constantly engaging in their nefarious reproduction.
In a dark corner, a Predalien, noticeably more robust than other common Aliens, was emitting a unique hiss.
Green acidic blood was continuously dripping from the Predalien's body.
On its left side, there was a huge laceration.
That was a unique wound caused by a chainaxe.
This was the masterpiece of Shaar, the Maneaters Third Captain, who utilized the World Eaters' gene-seed.
At this moment, this enraged Space Sharks was continuously charging through the sewers, annihilating all the filthy Aliens in his path with the fury of the World Eaters.
No Alien could survive even a single blow from Shaar's chainaxe.
Under the Predalien's forceful command, more and more Aliens rushed towards Shaar, who had separated from his team.
They attempted to stop this grey-armored giant.
Driven by the instinct for survival, the Predalien ultimately abandoned its innate desires for reproduction and combat.
The Predalien's intelligence was actually very high; after merging the genes of both the Predator and Alien, its intelligence had already reached, and even surpassed, the level of an average human.
Therefore, the Predalien clearly knew that the grey-armored giants rampaging on the surface, frantically slaughtering its offspring, were not something it could contend with.
A plan to escape was brewing, and the Predalien had already set its sights beyond the town; it intended to spread the infection into true human society.
"Hiss-hiss-hiss~ Roar!"
The Predalien's mouth continuously opened and closed, and the "dreadlocks" on either side of its head, clearly inherited from the Predator and composed of black carapace, also began to fly.
Sound waves containing unique commands traveled through the sewers, quickly spreading throughout the entire town.
Most of the Aliens in the town were spawned by the Predalien; this was a mandatory call from their bloodline.
All the Aliens still being hunted and slaughtered by the Space Sharks in the town immediately entered a berserk state.
They furiously attacked the Space Sharks and began to move towards the Predalien's location.
Although in the face of the cold and ruthless Space Sharks, this so-called "berserk" state was more like a small death throe, quickly extinguished.
But a small number of Aliens, using the deaths of their kind, managed to ambush and reach the Predalien's side.
With a single command, most of the Aliens were forcibly ordered to charge towards the Space Sharks who had entered the sewers.
Utilizing the complex sewer terrain, the Predalien and its nearly hundred remaining Aliens began to flee towards the outskirts of the town.
This intention, of course, could not escape the Universal Union's detection.
The temporary command post established on the surface immediately contacted Tyberos, informing him that the Aliens were fleeing outside the town.
On the other end of the communicator, Tyberos wielded hunger and slaughter, instantly tearing two berserk Aliens to shreds, then said in a deep voice.
"Received."
Through the built-in communication and command system, Tyberos issued new orders to a portion of the Space Sharks, instructing them to intercept the fleeing Aliens.
Tyberos himself, meanwhile, silently increased his killing speed.
It only took a few minutes for him and the Space Sharks at his side to wipe out all hundreds of Aliens in the hospital.
Then, the group of Space Sharks quickly boarded vehicles such as the nearby Land Raider and Predator tanks.
They sped towards the direction where the Predalien was fleeing.
Utilizing the vehicles' ultra-high mobility, Tyberos successfully caught up with the Alien horde that had just escaped the sewer network and was fleeing through the dense forest.
He clearly locked onto the Predalien as a special target.
The Land Raider and Predator tanks simultaneously crushed the bushes and trees in their path while roaring open fire.
Facing targets like Aliens, there was naturally no need for heavy firepower like Hunter-Killer Missiles or Lascannon arrays.
The vehicle-mounted Bolters continuously fired, and with each roar, an Alien would be shattered and fall to the ground, incapacitated.
A Predator tank suddenly accelerated, swung its tail, and blocked the Aliens' path forward.
Tyberos leaped from the vehicle, standing like a giant before the Aliens.
hunger and slaughter glowed with a terrifying disintegration field.
Lightning Claws and Chainfists began to roar.
At this moment, it was not the nearly hundred Aliens surrounding Tyberos.
Rather, it was Tyberos alone, sweeping through all the Aliens.
Everything in his path was torn apart and crushed.
The dying wails and hisses of Aliens continuously echoed through the air.
The other Space Sharks also jumped from their vehicles, forming a encirclement to contain all the Aliens and prevent their escape.
