It felt like she was having a staring competition withheld wolves. Her legs gave in and she fell on the ground.
"Hi!!! She waved at the wolves smiling with fear all over her body.

"I know running will be bad for me and you guys haven't ate me yet, so can we be friends?
She kept observing them seeing if there was any aggressive language to signal her to run but they were chilled.
Rosie boldly crawled towards the little wolf and started caressing his fur. It seemed he enjoyed it and wanted more.
The rest joined them and she shared her hands caressing them.
It was time to sleep, one offered for her to use his body as pillow, it took her a while for her to understand but she did.
It was hard for sleep to come by. Thinking she enjoyed her company with wolves to that man is disturbing.
They were warm and to think the haunt for fun and yet didn't touch her was crazier.
King slept well with no worries, they understood his body language well and knew not to touch her, he just wanted to put her in her place.
Rosie woke up to the wolves clinging to her, she didn't know what to do.
You guys are supposed to be wild animals not the version of dogs. Rosie said while pouting.
She sat up too, turned her head to seeing the wolf in same position, it warmed her heart.
"Hey cutie". She stroked his fur.
She surprisingly love them.
"They love you, good for you".
Rosie flinched as she heard a cold voice.
She turned her attention to the wolves pretending not to see him.
"Let's go:.

"You love it here?"
"Yes, I can't believe I prefer a wild animal to you".
"Stand up right or you will regret not standing for the rest of your life".
Hearing his cold command, she immediately stood up and followed him but the wolves starting whimpering and making low howls.
"You know how to make an impression".
"What?" Rosie was confused.
"They like you, they don't want you to leave".
"Awwwn, I will visit often okay?"
With that, she stroked them one more time before leaving with him.
When they got to the gate, Rosie kept looking forward, towards the other side, trying to figure out the road.
"If you are having any foolish thoughts in your head, you rather discard it".
Rosie heard him warn her coldly. She immediately turned her face and entered inside with him.
"Go take your bathe you reek of dirt".
Rosie felt wronged. She was practically left in the forest for hours and he is judging her.
She decided not say anything to avoid another episode of him showing her how heartless he is.
Rosie went to her room, showered and slept off immediately her body hit the bed.

"Sir, we were able to locate the truck". The assistant said after he was signaled to speak.
"And?"
"They..... He couldn't say what he saw
"Speak".
"The truck was destroyed and burnt beyond retrieval".
The mayor almost had a heart attack when he heard what his assistant just said.
"Who dares to touch my property?"
"It was executed with no trace left. With your logo on the items no body would dare to touch it expect...." He trailed his words so the mayor can complete it.
"That bastard!! How dare he touch something that belongs to me? Call his office and let them know I demand an audience with him".
"Ok sir, I will do that right away".
"He should come over here immediately".
The mayor was loosing his breath, he spent half of his fortune to get those machines, only for this crazy and unruly boy to destroy it.
He is definitely going to revenge this.

The assistant opened the door when he heard a response from a cold voice.

The mayor office called, the requested a meeting with you and the mayor immediately in his office.
Hmmm. King sighed.
I don't take orders from crockroaches. Tell him I'm booked and busy, he should book a meeting with my secretary.
The assistant didn't know what to do, he was certain that his boss meant every words he said but how can he call them back and relay the message.
Can I help you? King asked when he saw he wasn't moving.

King frowned when he heard his phone ring. His frowned deepened when he saw who was calling.

"You know, you really do know how to make a statement. I just finished speaking with the mayor and guess what I heard".
"I'm hanging up Rowell".
"Wait! You destroyed and set his whole machine on fire.You did that to a man that trained you, you Ingrate".
"Listen brother, when I make rules everybody must adhere to it, be it ghost, devil or the man that trained me".
"You don't know what's coming for you, do you?"
"I don't have time for ass lickers".
King hanged up after finishing his last sentence. He doesn't have time to waste on leeches.

"You came back just in time to have dinner with us".
Helen the mayor's wife said when she saw him come in.
"Not interested". Gabriel "the mayor" answered uninteresting.
"Dad please join us, it's been a while we ate together".
Gabriel couldn't say no to his precious daughter, so he decided to join them.
Clara has been observing her father's face and she could clearly see something was up. She decided to ask after they were done with dinner.
"Dad, what's with the long face and absent minded eating?"
"It's nothing".
"What's nothing? I'm no longer a kid, it's time you start sharing your burdens with us".
"Hmmm... If you must know. King destroyed everything I shipped from outside the country".
"What?!! It was Helen that exclaimed in shock.
"King did what?" Clara couldn't believe her hears. She knows that King answers to no one and does things as he wishes but destroying her father's property was crazy.
"I will go shower now". Gabriel was in no mood to answer or entertain their curiosity.
"The deed is done, you can only go speak to King and ask him to come apologize to your father and pay for compensation".
Helen advised her daughter after her husband left.

"King will be the last person on this planet to listen to the word of my mouth. Mum do you know ever since I came back, he hasn't called or texted".
"Maybe he isn't aware that you are back". Helen defended softly. She is aware how in love she is with King.
"Nonsense!! That's a big fat lie, I directly told his assistant to relay the message to him immediately I landed".
"Pay him a visit then. His office is a no go area, then visit him in his house".
"I will go tomorrow and also try talking about father.
