"HAAA!"
"Take THIS!"
Amazing Dyna and Lady Saber, fresh from conquering the G1 February Stakes and Tokyo Grand Prix, earned their Dubai tickets. Once, the world stage felt too grand for them—out of reach. Not anymore.
"Damn, you're fired up!" Rampage grins.
"Made it this far, gotta be!" Dyna shouts.
"To fight as the Dust Knight!" Saber adds.
They're here with purpose: to win the Dubai World Cup, a pinnacle of dirt racing.
"Impressive duo," Eric remarks.
"Even to your eyes?" Sue-chan asks.
"Yup. They'd shine in American dirt races," Eric says.
Eric, seasoned in U.S. racing, sees their caliber. Japan's dirt scene, often overshadowed by turf, birthed these stars.
"They stalled till Ran-chan hit dirt. Japan's scene held them back," Sue-chan explains.
Dyna and Saber had potential but lacked a spark. Japan's insular racing, with dirt races starting on turf, stifled them. Rampage's disruption ignited their talent, landing them in Dubai.
"If Rampage wins…" Eric starts.
"Earthquake," Sue-chan finishes.
Even without a win, she's a singularity—pushing dirt Triple Crowns and Dream Trophy leagues.
"Not bad, Dyna! Another?" Rampage calls.
"Hell yeah! One more!" Dyna roars.
"No way I'm out!" Saber adds.
"Race on!" they shout in unison.
"Useless data," a trainer mutters, glaring at her tablet.
Beside her, Stahl Armekoa watches Dyna and Saber. The trainer, her childhood friend, fumes over inaccurate Japanese reports. They underestimated these two.
"Saber's forward-leaning style—barely balanced, maximizing stride. Dyna's straight-line speed is unreal, despite weak curves. Garbage intel!" the trainer snaps, deleting it.
Stahl offers a drink. "Quit whining. How's Rampage?"
"Not just the Tyrant. Dust Knight and Sand Express are threats," she replies.
Others nearby curse at phones, their data on Dyna and Saber useless. Rampage's info is accurate—reputable publishers nail it, unbiased and thorough. But Dyna and Saber? Barely covered, only tagged to Rampage's February Stakes or Emperor's Cup.
"'In the Tyrant's shadow'? They're equals! Trash sources—I'm done with them!" the trainer rages.
"Chill, you're supposed to calm me," Stahl says.
Accurate Rampage data exists; dirt's sparse but reliable. Dyna and Saber's scarcity frustrates. The trainer's source, shunned by Rampage, overhypes her and skews others. Race footage would be better.
"No slacking—huh, Al!?" the trainer gasps.
Stahl bolts toward the Tyrant trio.
"Yo, Tyrant, spar?" Stahl asks.
"Me too!" Lynx chimes.
"Uh, English!?" Dyna panics.
"Rampage, they—" Saber stammers.
"They wanna run. I'm streaming later—join?" Rampage translates, inviting Arc-en-ciel and Lynx.
"No issue," Arc-en-ciel nods.
"Hell yeah!" Lynx cheers.
"Count me in," Irene adds.
"Don't forget me!" Stahl growls.
Dyna and Saber agree, hyped. Another Uma Musume hugs Rampage.
"Run with me! Stream too! And Pokémon battle Speed-san!" Bunny chirps.
"Attribute overload, huh? Game stream it is," Rampage laughs.
"Join, Hyupe!" Bunny urges.
"Pass," Hyperion scoffs.
Later, the stream starts—
"Ohakonharochao♪" they chant perfectly.
Eric, guarding and translating, says, "Ohakonharochao's a universal greeting in America."
"Really? Credit's to Nanjamo, not me," Rampage quips, sparking another legend.
