Garron Duskbane had appeared in numerous programs on the Celestial TV network and even starred in a fishing documentary on the Wild Fantasy Channel. As for cooking and core extraction shows, Thane had seen plenty of those. Garron had appeared as the head chef in three episodes of Ten Ways to Cook Monster Eggs!
"Erm... yeah. I did. He taught me a few things, along with my master," Thane replied a bit sheepishly.
The entire group froze.
"You've met Garron Duskbane?!" they all exclaimed in unison.
Josiah's eyes were as wide as saucers. "The greatest adventurer of our age?!" he asked.
Priscilla clasped her hands to her mouth. "The Outdoor Cooking King?!"
Edwin practically fell over. "The walking encyclopedia of the world?!"
"Uh... yeah." Thane rubbed the back of his neck. "I didn't know he was such a big deal," he admitted.
Priscilla suddenly gasped, as if connecting the dots.
"Wait! That goblin stew you made earlier... that was his recipe, wasn't it?"
