As the carriage rumbled on, the students grew more and more desperate. They had been traveling for hours, with no clear destination in sight. The sun had long since set, casting a dark and foreboding shadow over the landscape.
The carriage's commander, a gruff-looking man with thick beared, instructed the driver to stop for the night. The carriage creaked to a halt, and the students looked around, taking in their surroundings.
They found themselves in a dense, misty forest, the trees towering above them like skeletal fingers. A faded sign creaked in the wind, reading "Ruin's Forest".
"This is not our destination," one of the students whispered, looking around nervously.
[The Commander grunted]
"We'll rest here for the night. We'll continue in the morning."
As the students settled in for the night, a strange, flickering light appeared in the distance. The light grew brighter, illuminating the forest, and the students felt a strange energy building in the air.
Suddenly, the carriage's door creaked open on its own, and a warm, golden light spilled out. The students shielded their eyes, and when they opened them again, a tall, wise-looking wizard stood before them.
"Ah, Ivandoe Horntail," the wizard said, his eyes twinkling with ancient wisdom.
"I have been searching for you".
Ivandoe looked up at the wizard, his heart pounding with excitement.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"I'm Lucas Camelous, a wizard of the ancient order," the wizard replied. "And you Ivandoe, are the saviour of our realms, worlds and the universe ".
The students gasped, looking at Ivandoe in awe. Narissa, however, looked at him with a curious expression, as if she knew something the others didn't.
[Camelous turned to Narissa.]
"And you, Narissa Vandel, will guide Ivandoe on his path. You will teach him the ways of magic, and help hime unlock his true potential."
[Narissa nodded, a small smile playing on her lips.]
"I will do as you say, Camelous."
Camelous nodded, his eyes shining with approval.
"Then let us begin. But first, we must escape this place."
With a wave of his hand, Camelous dispelled the Imuzers around the students' necks. The devices clattered to the ground, useless.
"Now, go!" Camelous shouted, as the carriage's door burst open.
"Escape into the forest! You have only a short time before the guards realize what's happening!"
The students poured out of the carriage, stumbling and running into the darkness of the forest. Ivandoe and Narissa led the way, Camelous's words echoing in their minds.
As they ran, the sounds of shouting and pursuit grew louder. The students were being chased by the guards, who were determined to recapture them.
But Ivandoe, Narissa, and 13 other students managed to evade their captors, disappearing into the depths of Ruin's Forest.
They had escaped slavery, but their journey was only just beginning. What lay ahead for them? Only time would tell.
