Chapter 264 - Chapter 264

"Bro~~~ I give up!"

Steve nearly cried.

At a time like this… Saitama was still playing video games?

"Saitama… do you seriously have the mood to be gaming?"

Natasha was speechless.

"Wanna play together?" Saitama asked.

"How? Ugh… Jarvis, check for nearby weaknesses."

Tony sighed.

Before he could finish, the air beside him warped—

A hand reached out, grabbed him, and yanked him through space.

The next moment Tony was standing inside Saitama's VIP cell.

"Come on, I picked the game already."

For once, the bald hero's face showed anticipation. Back in his own world, he was crushed by King in gaming, and he had trained ever since on King's borrowed console. Now, he was ready to show off against Tony.

"Space…? Space ability?"

Steve's jaw dropped.

Natasha swallowed. "Does that mean… Saitama can leave whenever he wants?"

Everyone was dumbfounded.

Yes—Saitama could walk out any time. Even a nuclear bomb wouldn't hold him.

[Absorption: Space]

After absorbing 25% of the Tesseract's power, Saitama rarely used it—but now he casually warped Tony over for gaming.

Air-conditioning, free food, free drinks, regular lights out—it wasn't so bad. For a homebody, prison was practically ideal.

Tony was shaken—it was his first time being forcibly dragged through space. Staring at his old cell, he almost thought he was dreaming.

"Sir, please enjoy your game with Lord Saitama. Others are already moving to resolve the crisis."

Jarvis's voice rang out.

"Already?" Tony was stunned, but one look at the calm Saitama and he couldn't help but grin, picking up the controller.

Natasha: "…"

Steve: "They're insane."

Hawkeye: "Everyone's gone nuts…"

Peter: "I didn't see anything. I don't know anything."

Half a month passed quickly in the prison.

Outside, nothing dramatic happened—but the Mark armors had gone public.

At $100,000 each, countless civilians bought them.

Sales brought in rivers of cash, plus maintenance fees—filling the Secretary's coffers endlessly.

But while the people enjoyed their new toys, Congress was in upheaval.

The President, Edward, sat at one end of the table.

At the other end—Secretary John.

"Apologies, Mr. President. With majority support, your term ends today. I'll lead the nation to greater prosperity."

John smiled as he rose.

Two-thirds of Congress backed him. Edward, humiliated, realized why:

The Mark Armors.

Three days earlier, John's Mark army had crushed the traditional military in a simulation exercise.

Combined with his cash flow and Hydra infiltration, John had the government in his pocket.

From SHIELD to the Presidency itself, Hydra now controlled nearly everything.

Edward, bitter, signed his resignation with a shaky hand.

"Whatever you do… just put the nation first."

Guards escorted him out.

Inside, the remaining senators exchanged knowing looks.

Then, together—even John—they raised their hands in a chilling salute:

"Hail Hydra."

But suddenly—

"Oh? Cut off one head, two more grow back? Looks like the only solution is to kill them all."

A graceful, cold voice rang out.

From the shadows, a figure in sleek black armor emerged—curves suggesting a perfect body beneath.

Saturday Sale.

This mysterious woman rarely appeared before the world.

"Who are you?!"

"Seize her!"

"You're dead!"

Senators whipped out pistols. John slammed a button.

Outside, steel tides roared to life.

Millions of Mark II armors surged forth, both civilian and military.

John sneered.

"Even if you're strong, you can't kill innocents. Heroes are bound by morals. With all these civilians in suits… Saitama himself wouldn't dare!"

Saturday Sale only smiled.

"Yes, heroes hesitate. But some… don't."

A cube appeared in her hand.

Inside, a grinning figure stirred, long imprisoned, now almost fully recovered.

The time had come to unleash him.
