Chapter 60 - Chapter 60 - Full Feathered Madness

The whistle shrieked, and Kageyama's serve cut through the air like a sniper's bullet. THWAP! The ball smacked the floor untouched.

14–6 Karasuno.

Aya's stream chat: "THE KING JUST EXECUTED SOMEONE." Izume's laughter rattled the phone mic.

Next serve — Seijoh actually managed to receive, but the moment their setter tried to run a quick, Tsukishima's hand came down like the Grim Reaper's scythe. The ball died on their side. Kei smirked and adjusted his glasses with a slow, exaggerated flourish.

15–6 Karasuno.

On the bench, Yamaguchi was crying laughing. "He's doing the villain pose again!"

Serve to Seijoh. This time, they tried a back attack. Bad idea. Noya was already there, flipping backward into a perfect one-handed dig. The ball arced perfectly to Kageyama, who — without looking — flung it to Akira.

BAM!

16–6 Karasuno.

From the stands, Bokuto's voice boomed, "AKIRA IS ILLEGAL!" and Konoha tried to physically pull him back into his seat.

Seijoh finally scraped one back with a quick push past Hinata's outstretched hands. 16–7.

But then the Looney Tunes switch flipped.

Next serve came in hot, but Tanaka dived, rolling so far he accidentally slid between the legs of the line judge, popping the ball into the air as he shouted, "DON'T MIND, DON'T MIND!" Kageyama didn't miss a beat — a set straight to Hinata, who mid-jump turned his head and winked at the libero before slamming the ball down.

17–7 Karasuno.

Aya's livestream chat: "HINATA JUST FLIRT-SPIKED???"

Serve to Karasuno again. This time, Kageyama went for a sneaky short serve, clipping the tape. The ball dribbled over, hit the floor, and Oikawa's face went from smug to murder in 0.5 seconds.

18–7 Karasuno.

The Seijoh captain tried to answer with a laser of his own, but Noya dug it so aggressively the ball almost hit the ceiling. Akira sprinted, set from outside the court, and Asahi blew a hole through Seijoh's block.

19–7 Karasuno.

From the top row, Ushijima was watching with quiet intensity. Tendō, however, was doubled over laughing. "They're making a mockery of this!"

Seijoh got a point back off a rare Karasuno misread. 19–8.

But then Kei Tsukishima took the stage again. Seijoh went for a cross shot, and Kei's block shut it down instantly. Instead of celebrating, he leaned across the net and deadpanned, "Was that supposed to be scary?"

20–8 Karasuno.

The crowd screamed. Aya's camera zoomed right on Kei's smug face.

Oikawa, clearly trying to salvage dignity, put everything into his serve. It blasted across — and Hinata headbutted the receive by accident. The ball popped perfectly to Kageyama. Kageyama snorted, set to Hinata anyway, and the ball detonated into the floor.

21–8 Karasuno.

Izume in the stream: "HE RECEIVED WITH HIS FOREHEAD. THIS IS A CARTOON."

Serve — Seijoh shanked the receive, Karasuno swarmed the free ball, and Akira ran a lightning pipe from the back row.

22–8 Karasuno.

The gym was now one giant party. People were stomping, singing, and waving banners. A random section started doing the wave.

Seijoh grabbed another point with a line shot. 22–9.

But chaos answered immediately. Karasuno ran a triple fake — Tanaka jumped, then Hinata, then Asahi — but it was actually Tsukishima tipping the ball gently into the empty middle.

23–9 Karasuno.

The crowd lost its mind. Bokuto fell off his seat. Kuroo, watching from his phone somewhere, texted "These idiots are terrifying" to Akaashi.

Seijoh scraped two points from a lucky net touch and a soft block deflection. 23–11.

But Karasuno wasn't about to let the set drag. Kageyama's serve forced a shank, Noya kept it alive mid-dive, and Hinata streaked in for the kill.

24–11 Karasuno.

Match point. The entire arena went silent in anticipation — and then Karasuno ran the purest, dumbest chaos play yet. Akira pretended to trip over his own foot mid-approach, but in doing so, slid perfectly into position for Kageyama's set, launching from the floor in a single smooth motion and spiking crosscourt so hard it ricocheted into the stands.

25–11 Karasuno. Set won.

The whistle vanished under the roar of thousands. Aya and Izume were screaming into their livestream, the chat a tsunami of emojis and all-caps declarations of love for the "CHAOS CROWS." The stands looked like a festival — and Karasuno jogged off the court with grins that could burn holes in the floor.
