The Viking Warriors were busy building warships, and the members of the Dragon Knight Squad had already gathered here; everyone was present except for a few Dragon Knights guarding the Dragon Jail.
"Roar~!"
Night Fury, completely unaware of the seriousness of the situation, thought these Dragon Knights were preparing to welcome him, so he let out a proud Dragon roar and landed, believing it to be a perfect entrance.
He arrogantly raised his head as if waiting for applause from these people.
Hiccup awkwardly dismounted from Night Fury's back, then casually walked up to Stoick and said, "Father! Add all of these things!"
"Alright!" Stoick nodded without saying much, but gave him a thoughtful look, as if waiting for him to explain his tardiness.
Hiccup calmly said, "Today's training content is..."
"Roar! Roar! Roar!"
Before he could finish speaking, roars of Dragons suddenly came from the horizon, and the Dragons beside our Dragon Knights also roared in response.
"Roar!"
Hiccup heard clearly; it was a challenging roar, just like humans preparing for a revenge duel!
It seemed these Dragons had no intention of a sneak attack; they were arrogantly preparing for a head-on confrontation.
Hiccup flipped onto Night Fury's back and shouted to the Viking Warriors below, who were building warships, "Everyone hide!"
Although there were spare Dragons now, untrained Viking Warriors could not become Dragon Knights, so they could only be told to hide and wait for the right moment.
Then, Hiccup said to Stoick, "Father! Bring people to prepare the stone nets! Capture these Dragons alive!"
With that, Hiccup, riding Night Fury, charged out first, and Night Fury directly spat several blue-purple fireballs at the oncoming Dragons.
"Bang! Bang! Bang!"
Instantly, three Dragons were shot down and fell onto Bok Island.
Hiccup waved his hand at the Dragon Knights behind him and said, "Attack!"
After hearing the command, all the Dragon Knights ordered their Dragons to fly quickly while spitting fireballs!
What Hiccup wanted to do was lead the Dragon Knights to enrage these Dragons, make them completely lose their minds, and then lead them into the trap!
The Viking Warriors below, hiding under the unfinished warships, were curious about the battle above and eager to join the fight.
However, the number of Dragons in the sky was simply too many; looking around, the entire sky seemed to be enveloped by this group of Dragons.
As a leader, how could Stoick lead the warlike Vikings to hide? Now it was just to avoid accidental injury, but that didn't mean they would stay put.
So, Stoick rolled over, picked up a horn nearby, and blew it with all his might!
"Buzz~~~~~ !"
A sound like a cow's moo instantly resounded over the entire Bok Island; the villagers in the village, hearing the horn, put on their weapons and rushed towards Crow Ridge.
Gobber even pushed a small cart directly, loaded with Dragon-slaying weapons, all new ones forged from the gronckle iron from yesterday.
This was a good opportunity to show off the new weapons forged by the Blacksmith Shop and also sell them for a good price.
The villagers stood on Bok Island and could see the Dragons circling above Crow Ridge.
So, both male and female Viking Warriors, carrying stone nets, maces, and other weapons, ran quickly.
Hiccup, riding Night Fury, weaved back and forth among the Dragon swarm, simultaneously shooting down several Dragons, making them fall onto Bok Island, waiting to be captured by the Viking Warriors.
"Retreat!"
Hiccup shouted 'retreat,' but only Night Fury could hear him; the rest of the Dragon Knights were fighting fiercely.
"Roar~!"
So, Night Fury had to issue the command on behalf of Hiccup; after a Dragon roar, he directly headed towards yesterday's trap.
The Dragons on Bok Island, hearing Night Fury's command, quickly led their Knights to break away from the Dragons in front of them and rapidly headed towards the trap.
Their retreat looked like a panicked escape, which made the attacking Dragons even angrier!
In their eyes, retreating after only a short fight, and without a clear winner, was an insult to them, which made them even angrier. So they chased without thinking.
They continuously spewed fireballs along the way, as if to shoot down all the Dragon Knights in front of them. However, they all dodged them one by one.
"Speed up! Hide!"
"Roar~!"
Night Fury issued the command on behalf of Hiccup, and all the Dragon Knights immediately dispersed and hid within Crow Ridge.
Fortunately, when they collected timber, they did not cut down all the forests directly, so there were still hiding places.
However, those Dragons had just arrived on Bok Island and were completely unfamiliar with the terrain here; they had only one goal: revenge!
Because, in the eyes of these Dragons, after their Dragon eggs were taken back, they must have been eaten.
And when these Dragons saw the Dragon Knights scatter, they also focused on their respective targets and dispersed directly.
Stoick watched as the Dragons flew away, then quickly led the Viking Warriors out and commanded in an orderly manner, "First, capture those Dragons to prevent them from burning down the village!"
"Everyone immediately go back and prepare weapons! Then gather here!"
The Viking Warriors immediately rushed back to get their weapons at top speed; seeing this scene, Stoick couldn't help but rub his forehead.
And he shook his head, saying disappointedly, "These guys, when will they be as disciplined as the Dragon Knights, and stop running around like they are now!"
At this moment, those Dragons chasing the Dragon Knights saw the traps on the ground, and also saw the Dragon eggs in the center of the traps.
Upon seeing the Dragon eggs, these Dragons wouldn't care about anything else; out of instinct, they would directly land on the traps.
"Whoosh~!"
These traps were extremely sensitive and specifically designed for these Dragons; as long as a Dragon entered the trap, the steel net would immediately bind them.
When the steel net contracted, it made a whooshing sound as it whipped through the air.
And no matter how these Dragons spewed flames, they only burned through a few steel wires, creating a few gaps, but their massive size prevented them from breaking free.
The steel wires that could be burned through were intentionally left for them to burn, acting as a decorative element; the true trap had avoided all angles from which they could spew flames.
If they were facing traps designed by Vikings, the Dragons could have escaped using fire long ago, but unfortunately, they encountered Hiccup!
