JAY'S POV
I was finally sleeping so peacefully after days but no, the real world had to bang my peace away. Literally!!
The first thing I heard in the morning was loud banging and shouting on my door.
" hey lovebirds, wake up already. It's 9 am, everyone's waiting downstairs. "
"come quick or there will be no food left for u".
Ugh!! Why does the world hate my beauty sleep😫
Jay: ok we're up, now stop with the banging and shouting already.
" ok. Come quick Jay, ur kuya is starting to get mad again ".
I reluctantly got up and went to the bathroom to freshen up. Then I came out and saw keifer still sleeping. So I decided to wake him up.
Jay: Keifer, wake up it's late already. If u don't then u won't get any breakfast.
Keifer: mm. I don't need food when I have my wifey😏
Jay: seriously. Get up already. And stop with the teasing, it's too early for that.
Keifer: didn't u just say it's late and now ur saying it's too early. Make up ur mind wifey.
Jay: ur face is the wifey. Now get up or else I'm going downstairs without u.
Keifer: ok ok I'm up.
Jay: good. Now go freshen up. I'm going downstairs first, if we go together they'll ask too many questions and tease us a lot and I can't deal with them right now.
Keifer: u know they'll do it either way right. It's section e we're talking about.
Jay: plus the team makes a deadly combo. And kuya will bury us alive with his glare. Uff, I'm not ready for that.
Keifer: don't worry wifey. I'll handle him.
Jay: how? By being ur usual self. Pls don't do that. U'll only feed the beast. And don't call me wifey in front of them. Who knows what they might do.
Keifer: ok fine.
I went downstairs while he went into the bathroom.
Robin: well well well, look who decided to bless us with her presence.
Jay: shut up.
Zia( teasing ): soooo how was the night jay😏
Jay: it was fine. And Ik what u r thinking. Stop it. Nothing happened ok. We just enjoyed our meal together that's all.
Tony( fake cough ): that's what she said.
Ci-n: wait, did u and keifer go on a date yesterday😲
Blaster: is that why u both couldn't come for dinner yesterday.
Kent: EXACTLY!!
Jay: Kent!
Kent: what I'm just telling the truth here.
And queue the endless teasing and chaos ladies and gentleman.
Felix( teasing ): soo how was it jay😏
Eman: did u guys really just have dinner or.....

And as if some how summoned by these ulupongs, there king appeared just in time.
Kit: Keifer u look tired.
Mayo: must have had a lot to do last night.
Jay: shut up u gagos. Nothing happened ok.
Keifer on the other hand just sat down beside me, smirking while sipping his coffee.
Kuya angelo: Jay, what did u two do😡
Jay: nothing kuya. Really. We just had dinner together, that's all.
Kuya angelo: it better be all or else u know what will happen to u.
Tita gema: calm down Angelo. They r still young, let them live a little. I hope u enjoyed ur date Jay.
Jay: it was really nice tita. We hadn't gone on a date in a while so it was good.
Zia: uh hello, shouldn't we get the credits for that?
Mj: yeah, we all helped.
Mason: we were the ones who did all the hard work.
Robin: and u guys got to reap the profits. That's unfair.
Tripp: yeah we want our fair share of the fun too.
Jay: what r u guys suggesting then.🧐
Robin: hmm🤔 how about a movie night with lots of snacks and they better be expensive.
Jay: ok fine deal.
Zia: yesss I'm soo in for that.
Ci-n: me too.
Freya: us too.
Ren: us too.
Jay: ok so it's settled then. We will have a movie night tonight but we can't stay up too late, we have to go to school for our results tomorrow.
David: fine by me.
Mica: fine by us too.
We finished our breakfast after that.
Me and the team went to the boxing room to finalize and train some members. And after a long debate, section e tagged along as well.
It was a long list consisting of all members of the league that were eligible for this fight, that we had to go through and select the best ones.
The first competition was of boxing. Me and the team sat around the boxing ring looking at the members fighting style and technique and seeing who won the match while section e was hooting, cheering and betting behind us.
After that we went to the shooting range. To test there shooting skills.
After that was lunch time so we went to eat lunch and then continued with our work.
And then lastly we went to the gym to test there endurance and there strengths and to find there weaknesses.
After a long day of being a judge we were able to find the best members for the fight. And were going to start there training from tomorrow.
By the time we were done it was already night time. So we ate our dinner first and then made our way to the movie theatre.
I had already ordered a lot if snacks and drinks in advance. We sat on our seats and watched a funny movie.
After a long, busy day this was just what we needed to relax. After the movie ended we went back to our rooms.
Me and keifer went upstairs to my second room. We freshened up and changed into our comfy clothes and slept hugging each other.
The Next Day( Result Day ):-
Keifer woke me up early to get ready for school and eat breakfast so that we could leave on time.
We both freshened up and changed into our uniforms and then went downstairs to eat breakfast.
Everyone was already at the dining table. Some eating without a care in the world and some clearly dripping with anxiety.
Jay: good morning.
Keifer: good morning.
" good morning Jay. Good morning Keifer ".
Kuya angelo: Jay and Aries ready to see ur results.
Aries: yes kuya.
Jay: yes kuya.
Kuya angelo: good. Tell me ur marks when u get back ok.
" ok kuya ", me and Aries said at the same time.
We ate our food and were about to leave when mj stopped me.
Mj: Jay wait, I have something to tell u.
Jay: what is it?
Mj: not here. Come with me.
We went to the corner of the hall where the team was already standing in a circle.
Jay: what is it guys?
Mj: I found Roy's hideout.
Jay: what? Really.
Mj: yeah. I just found it.
Jay: so what r u guys doing here. Go there and catch him.
Thyme: yeah we r about to go do that. We just wanted u to know that's all.
Jay: ok. Then let's go.
Ren: that traitor friend of urs isn't joining u?
Jay: oh I forgot. I have already told him to change into his uniform. He will be coming in separate car. It's for his own safety.
Mason: speak of the bastard....
He said looking at the stairs.
Robin: and he shall appear.
Jay: ok let's go now.
We went outside where the others were waiting.
They turned to look at me but then there expressions darkened when they saw drew with me.
Keifer: Jay what is he doing here?
Jay: he's also in the school and it's his result day too. So I told him to come.
Kuya angelo: what? R u insane Jay.
Aries: r u really trusting him again.
Jay: relax. He has tight security around him at all times and he will be coming in a separate car. He isn't even in contact with them anymore.
David: is this really happening.
Jay: yes it is. Just get in the car we'll be late.
They all got in the car but not before shooting one last glare at drew who just kept his head down and accepted everything.
We reached school soon and went to our respective classes.
In section e, drew sat in the front and everyone kept a distance from him and ignored him. Keifer protectively held my hand the whole time.
Soon sir Alvin came and told us that the results had been posted on the main building and the class ended.
We made our way to downstairs towards the bulletin board where the results were posted. There was a huge crowd but as soon as they saw us they all stepped away and started whispering among themselves.
I nervously checked my score.
95.6°/.
What? Me? 95.6°/.
I rubbed my eyes and double checked to see if I was truly seeing my score only. And umyes it was my score. Wow I guess keifer's teachings really paid off.
Keifer: Jay how much did u get?
Jay: surprisingly, I got 95.6°/. How much did u get?
Keifer: 99.9°/.
Jay: wow. My genius boyfriend. Show off.
I said crossing my arms.
Keifer: u did really good too Jay. I'm proud of u. And don't sulk my cute little baby, I'm all yours so my scores r urs too. How about we go get some ice cream to celebrate.
Jay: REALLY 😀 ok let's go.
We were about to leave when section e, Aries and the girls came to us.
Aries: Jay how much did u get?
Jay: 95.6°/. U?
Aries: 98.8°/. U did good this time.
Jay: Ik. What about u all. How much did u get.
Mica: 97.5°/.
Rakki: 96°/.
Grace: 93°/.
Freya: 98.5°/.

Wow they all really smart.
Keifer: me and Jay r going to celebrate with ice cream. Why don't u all join us.
Aries: ok.

We were almost at the parking lot when I got a call. I checked to see robin calling me.
I picked it up.
Robin: Jay, where r u right now.
Jay: I'm still at the school. Why?
Robin: stay close to ur bodyguards and friends, we're coming there now.
Jay: why? What happened?
Robin: the place was empty when we got there. Just the burner phone which he used was left behind. With an unsent message.
Jay: what r u trying to say robin?
Robin: it was a trap Jay. The message said that he is on his way to ur school right now. Get yourself and the others out of there now.
Jay: ok we're leav-...
I said turning around only to see that bastard Roy's smug face at the school entrance.
Robin: Jay? What's wrong?
Jay: get here NOW!! he is already here.
I said and cut the call.
Jay: Keifer, Aries, everyone get in the cars now. James it's code blue.( code blue means alert all the bodyguards and send a message to the base soon, enemy is nearby )
Keifer: what's wrong Jay?
Jay: just get in the car NOW! all of u MOVE!
Roy( smiling ): well well well, trying to run away so fast Jay. At least let me meet them first. Oh and sorry cyrus couldn't be here today to join in on the fun.
I stepped in between my friends and Roy.
Jay: don't u dare do anything Roy. I'm warning u.
Roy: relax. The fun's just getting started jaybird.
Jay: don't call me that.
Roy: why? U used to like it when I called u that. Have u changed that much while I was away.
Jay: why did u come back. U should have stayed where u were.
Roy: I came back here to take back what is mine. What u and ur stupid godfather stole from me and my dad. I'm simply here to take back my rights.
Jay: u have no rights. U never did. Not over the league or anything related to it.
Roy: my family founded the league until ur godfather came and stole it from us.
Jay: he didn't steal it, he earned it. U and I both know that.
Roy: just give me back what belongs to me or I'll take what belongs to u, jaybird.
Jay: that's not happening.
He chuckled and then leaned closer so that only i could hear what he was saying.
Roy: I think u forgot what I can do. If u don't obey me, the first person u'll loose will be ur precious little boyfriend.
Jay: if u even dare lay a hand on him, I swear Roy I'll end what I couldn't back then.
Roy: u r really testing my patience now Jay. How can u be so brave without ur back up. Fine let me give u a demo then u decide.
He said and waved his hand.
A series of bullets came from the front of the school.
I immediately hid behind a car and took out my gun to fight back. James had already sent the signal while I was stalling him so my men helped fight them off too. After a few minutes the team arrived as well and helped us defeat the shooters.
Roy: I'll wait for ur answer Jay.
He said and vanished again.
The team came running towards me.
Robin: Jay r u ok.
Jay: yeah I'm fine. I was able to hide in time.
James: that's bcz they weren't shooting at u head.
Jay: what do u mean?
James: I mean this.
He Said pointing behind the car next to me.
I moved closer and saw some of my friends and keifer hurt.
Jay: omg Keifer r u ok.
I said and knelt before him.
Keifer: I'm fine. I just didn't move away in time and got hit on my left arm. U shouldn't come near us it might trigger ur blood trauma.
Jay: I'm not the one u need to worry about right now. What about u all. R u guys ok?
Ci-n: well the girls didn't get hurt. And I'm fine too. We all just got some small scratches and scraps that's all.
Aries: speak for yourself u little brat.
He said groaning in pain.
I looked around and saw Aries hit on the right arm, Josh on his left thigh, drew on his right thigh and David on his left side.
Jay: aries r u ok?
Aries: I'm fine.
Jay: josh, drew how u holding up?
Josh: fine till now.
Drew: but worse than before, that's for sure.
Jay: David r u ok?
David: yeah Jay. It's just a graze. It's not bleeding that much.
Mason: but the others clearly r.
Denzel: we need to take them to the hospital.
Jay: no. Not the hospital. Too public, easily attachable. Let's take them back to the base. The doctors there r specialists, they can treat them there. For now let's just get out of here.
I ignored the scent of fresh blood and helped Keifer get in the car while my team and bodyguards helped the others get in. They were turning a bit pale from blood loss so we wrapped some cloth around there wound to stop the bleeding and got out of there.

( don't worry guys everything is going to be ok and jay is going to take care of keifer as well and there will be teasing and jayfer moments in the upcoming chapter. I have already written the next two chapters but am still making some changes to it to make it perfect. Also I need some ideas for there prom, I'm thinking that section e and the team decides to make keifer jealous and tease him so they keep on stealing jay from him, some jayfer intimate moments but they don't completely cross the line, maybe jay meets with yuri, maybe some other interference again, the boys ask the girls to go to prom with them on prom day itself with a big surprise and much more.
