Chapter Twenty-Nine.
June.
Aito was laying in his bed a couple days after his match with Daigo... his hands and body has the worse feeling... he's heard that Daigo apparently has giving up boxing to move to be a doctor of some sorts.
Lucas: "hey Aito you still feeling okay?"
Renjiro: "yeah we can call Kimiyo over to your dorm."
Lucas: "yeah that'd wake him up."
Renjiro: "hehe. Hehehe."
Renjiro ran away.
Lucas: "heh. Haha. Hehe."
Lucas ran away after renjiro.
After a bit Aito went for a walk...
Kimiyo: "your next opponent seems easy. A brawler who wins by KO. Just make sure to duck his swings and throw uppercuts."
Kimiyo said demonstrating.
Aito: "that'll be easy. But I have a question."
Kimiyo: "yeah?"
Aito: "how do you learn the dempsey roll."
Kimiyo: "why?"
Aito: "I wanna use it again yoten in our spar."
Kimiyo: "oh yeah! Yoten said he'd spar you today... but only for two, one minute rounds."
Aito: "that gives barely any time!"
Kimiyo: "(thats the point idiot.)"
Aito: "ah. Nevermind I'll have to meet him."
Kimiyo: "it'll be at Dantes new gym."
Aito: "coach Dante has a gym?"
Kimiyo: "yes he does. (That's what I just said.)"
Aito: "alright. Well I'll be going."
Kimiyo: "alright bye. (I didn't even explain the dempsey roll)"
Aito Ran off, and yoten walk out from behind a tree.
Yoten: "so why does he wanna learn the dempsey roll."
Kimiyo: "I don't know."
Yoten: "...Of course after all your not on my side anymore are you."
Kimiyo: "I was never."
Yoten: "I don't know why I let you talk me into a spar."
Yoten said walking away.
Kimiyo: "Yoten. Watch out for aito."
Yoten: "..."
Yoten walked away.
Later in Fumio gym.
Aito was wrapping his hands and practicing by shadow boxing while renjiro and Lucas watched.
Lucas: "wow I haven't seen him so pumped up since his match with yoten."
Aito: "that's the thing I'm gonna spar him today!"
Renjiro: "what!? You and Yoten are gonna spar!?"
Coach fumio: "I've allowed it."
Aito walked into the ring shadow boxing.
Yoten walked in.
Yoten: "I've allowed it too. Father doesn't need to know."
Coach fumio: "you mean coach takizawa?"
Aito: "that's his dad!?"
Kimiyo: "focus numbskull. Brother isn't gonna go easy on you."
Kimiyo said looking to the side with distain.
Aito: "Kimiyo. Okay."
Aito put on gloves and headgear.
Yoten: "just like the original rules. 2 rounds 3 minutes each."
Yoten said pulling on gloves aswell.
Aito: "yeah."
Aito said putting his mouth piece in and facing his corner.
Yoten: "ready?"
Yoten asked putting his mouth piece in.
Aito: "yeah."
Aito said as they both took their shirts off.
Yoten: "go."
Yoten said turning around his traps are huge, but Aito's legs are thick now like a heavyweight.
Aito: "just cause my record is 4-0-1. And yours is higher doesn't mean anything."
Aito said dashing in.
Yoten: "pop him back."
Yoten threw a couple jabs then dashed to the side of Aito and threw a couple more quick jabs.
Kimiyo: "(Dang it aito. Why did you have to challenge Yoten.)"
Kimiyo said angry.
Aito started rolling Yoten's jabs as he would get in close and then yoten would dash back and to the side and throw a couple more jabs at Aito.
Aito: "(I can't catch him he's like Hayabashi.)"
Aito threw a stray overhanded right.
Yoten: "(is he really that desperate?)"
Yoten asked as he didn't even have to move out the way he was already gone.
Aito: "(he's stuck in Auto dodge or something. Because he's only simply hitting me with jabs and he won't throw a combination)"
Aito dashed in and caught yoten on the ropes.
Yoten: "hmph."
Yoten clenched Aito.
Aito: "(I didn't even get a chance to throw a punch.)"
Aito was pushed back as Yoten dashed behind aito and then back.
Aito: "(crap. How am I gonna beat him in B or A class.)"
Aito said as he dashed after Yoten.
Yoten stayed back throwing the jab then aito threw a quick left hook but yoten without even looking stepped back and threw a right straight into Aito's face.
Yoten: "(did he really think I'd fall for that?)"
Yoten asked as he dashed to the left.
Aito dashed in and stuck his left arm out stopping yoten from dashing, but yoten just ducked under Aito's extended left hand and he threw a overhand right countering Aito.
Aito: "(good to know you kept your counters)"
Aito went to dash but instead fell frontwards and caught himself with his hands.
Aito: "what!?"
Coach fumio: "one! Two! Three!"
Aito: "I fell down?"
Aito said getting up.
Coach fumio: "four! Five! Six!"
Aito: "im good."
Coach fumio: "box!"
Right as aito went to step in the bell rang. And yoten walked back to his corner... but Aito's legs were buckled they weren't moving as he took big steps back to his corner.
