Chapter 46 - Chapter 46 He Is In A Bad Mood

Jiang Sui didn't rush to pay the bill with Su Qing for this meal.

Thanks to her smartphone, Su Qing ordered a set meal for two directly on her phone and paid before they even started eating.

Even so, they thought they would go back to their rooms.

But after they finished eating, Su Qing couldn't resist and insisted on taking the English test with Jiang Sui.

Su Qing wanted to refuse, but remembering that the boy had handwritten the questions for her, she nodded and agreed.

The room, already small to begin with, seemed a little cramped with the two of them.

After Su Qing poured herself a glass of water, she also poured one for the young man, under Jiang Sui's watchful gaze.

The two sat at the table, like deskmates.

Su Qing flipped open her notebook. Jiang Sui, resting his head on one hand, looked at her.

"Su Qing, give me two sheets of paper."

Yes, Su Qing had forgotten that the man had come empty-handed. He had taken a picture of the test paper on his phone, but the young man, claiming that staring at his phone was bad for his eyes, insisted on huddling with her to review the handwritten version.

Su Qing had actually done this problem once before, but she quietly tore off two sheets of paper for Jiang Sui and handed him a pen.

Thankfully, they two also began working diligently.

The light shone through the room, revealing the upright figures of the young man and girl, their elegant handwriting a faint rustling sound in the air, bringing a moment of tranquility.

However, this warmth didn't last long before Jiang Sui's phone began to ring.

It was Jiang Chenghua calling.

Jiang Sui rubbed his brows, but still answered the phone.

"Jiang Sui, I'm telling you, don't do anything stupid for me."

"You know what happened with that kid from the Li family? I'm telling you, whether you study or not, I don't care. I also don't care if you don't eat with that girl from the Xu family."

"But, Jiang Sui, I'm telling you, you can't get involved with that girl."

In the quiet room, a loud voice rang out from the other end of the phone. Jiang Sui pulled out his chair and walked to the window.

Thinking that Jiang Chenghua must have thoroughly investigated everything, Jiang Sui's eyes couldn't help but turn cold.

"In six months, I'll be an adult."

Jiang Chenghua knew he couldn't control him, but he couldn't just stand by and watch his child go to hell. The Li family kid had nearly died at the hands of that girl, and Jiang Chenghua wouldn't allow it.

He was furious. He knew exactly what Jiang Sui meant, what he was trying to remind him of.

"I'm telling you, Jiang Sui, no matter how old you are, I'm still your father."

"If you don't want me to go find that girl, then stay away from her."

Jiang Chenghua felt like he had Jiang Sui under his thumb, and his head ached with anger.

"You dare!"

Jiang Sui's words were tinged with coldness, causing Su Qing to turn and look at the boy. His eyes were gloomy, his thin lips devoid of color.

He exuded an air of "keep away from strangers."

"Do you think I dare? You can't even play with a girl like that. I'm telling you, Jiang Sui, get back to Jiangcheng."

Jiang Chenghua knew he couldn't control himself, but he had also heard and investigated a lot of rumors.

That kid from the Li family almost got arrested.

Jiang Sui was his only child, and his veins bulged as he decisively hung up the phone, thinking about how to transfer Jiang Sui to another school.

Jiang Sui listened to the busy tone and put the phone in his pocket expressionlessly.

With a sullen look on his face, he walked over to Su Qing and half-bent down.

"Nannan, your brother Sui is in a bad mood."
