The young woman's voice was too low, thick with heavy breathing, and it came through the earphones, muffled by the microphone.
The sound reached Jiang Sui's earphones, and the young man's eyes narrowed, staring into the distance.
"Qing Qing, are you secretly calling me from under the covers?"
Su Qing's expression was startled, clearly not expecting Jiang Sui to know. She bit her lip and hummed softly.
Like a cat tickling someone, Su Qing soon heard laugh sound from another side of call.
"Mom's already asleep."
It sounded like an explanation to the boy, and Jiang Sui didn't understand for a moment.
"Qing Qing, let's make our house soundproof from now on. You can scream as loud as you want then."
The young man's voice, rich and deep in the night, carried a faint effervescent quality. Su Qing's cheeks, already feeling a bit hot, instantly heated up. Jiang Sui's chuckle was especially telling, and the meaning was self-evident.
She had read some novels before, and had been curious. For a moment, she felt lost for words and tugged at her fingers.

Jiang Sui's already slow pace faltered.
The boy didn't care whether Su Qing understood his underlying meaning or not; he just wanted to hug her tightly.
"Do you know what you're saying?"
His voice was hoarse and low, tinged with a hint of immature sexiness, a tinge of electricity piercing through her, and Su Qing blushed.
"Jiang Sui, are you going to tell me or not? If you don't, I'm hanging up!"
Her growl was a bit evasive, like that of a small animal, but to Jiang Sui, it felt like a tickle.
"Looking for a place to live these next two days."

"Aren't you coming tomorrow? How can Brother Sui just take my baby to the hotel?"
The word "baby" burned her so deeply.
