Chapter 201 - Chapter 201 Knight's Princess 1

Those blushing words had stopped.

But Su Qing's face remained flushed.

At the entrance of the amusement park, the two of them were enjoying themselves for a rare occasion.

"This is my first time here." Su Qing said, a little timidly. She pursed her lips, unsure what to do as she stood behind Jiang Sui, watching the surging crowd, mostly children.

Jiang Sui squeezed Su Qing's palm, seeming to instantly read the worry in the girl's eyes.

"Don't be afraid. This isn't just for kids. There are plenty of adults too. Look over there."

Su Qing looked where the boy pointed and saw a young couple kissing.

Su Qing was stunned...

This was a public place...

She felt shy and tried to look away.

Her cheeks felt slightly warm.

Su Qing's face flushed immediately, and as the boy left, she quickly lowered her head.

"Qing Qing, wait here for me. I'll go buy the tickets."

He led the dazed girl, Su Qing, blushing, to a nearby bench. After placing a tissue under her and letting her sit quietly, the boy went to buy the tickets.

He was incredibly considerate.

His attentiveness left Su Qing dazed. Only then did she muster the courage to watch the boy retreat. He always stood out in the crowd, the people's gaze lingering on him for several seconds.

Because of his handsomeness.

The boy was in a good mood today, his eyes soft and gentle. He clutched two tickets as he strode towards Su Qing.

Su Qing could feel her heart pounding inside her chest like a drum, relentlessly beating.

She felt a certain ungraspable discomfort and pleasure.

Her eyelashes fluttered, her pure eyes watching the boy pinch her fingers.

"Qing Qing, I've bought the tickets. I bought them for a couple. You don't mind, do you?"

The boy's lips curved slightly, his eyes fixed on Su Qing, clearly a deliberate question.

Su Qing bit her lip, remained silent, and simply shook her head.

The boy squeezed her fingers even harder.

"I knew my Nannan wouldn't mind."

When Jiang Sui called out the words "my Nannan", it always made her blush and her hearts beat faster. Su Qing pursed her lips and pinched Jiang Sui's fingertips in return.

"Don't call me random outside."

She whispered, her words soft and coquettish, very pleasant to the ear, and very pleasing to Jiang Sui's ears.

"Okay, got it."

Jiang Sui saw the slightly flushed face and knew Su Qing was a sensitive person, so he stopped talking.

The combination of a handsome man and a beautiful woman always attracts attention.

He was incredibly handsome.

"Qing Qing, you're so beautiful! Look, everyone looking at you."

Jiang Sui seemed oblivious to how handsome he was; all his attention was on Su Qing.

Su Qing pursed her lips, feeling that Jiang Sui's words were nonsense.

"Don't talk nonsense! Everyone clearly looking at you."

She spoke with such sincerity and genuineness that it seemed as if she was truly just saying this.

The young man's brow furrowed slightly. "Qing Qing, everyone looking at me, but you're not. You've been staring at the ground. Is the ground prettier than me?"

Jiang Sui spoke, a gentle smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. He had red lips and white teeth, and rarely smiled. When he did, everything in the world lost its color, as if he was the only one in the world covered in a riot of color.

So beautiful.

Su Qing was instantly captivated, staring blankly at Jiang Sui, motionless, letting the young man hold her finger.

"Students back there, hurry up and line up to get in."

"That handsome boy and beautiful girl couple in the back, talking to you both. Hey!"

The ticket inspector's voice called out several times before Su Qing came back to her senses. For the first time, she found beauty so irresistible.

She clearly saw the satisfied smile on the boy's face.

Blushing, she walked to the ticket machine and heard the inspector's teasing.

"Girl, your boyfriend is so handsome, you should go home and see him. Everyone will be envious if you see him like that."

Su Qing bit her lip, her face flushing. She didn't dare say a word. She simply checked her ticket quickly and passed through.

She walked through first and stood in the cool, dark place, waiting for Jiang Sui.

The boy saw Su Qing looking at him, and for once, a smile crept into his face.

It was completely intentional, causing Su Qing to turn her head and look to the side.

"Qing Qing, you're not looking at me again. Now you're not looking at the ground, you're looking at the sky." The boy's voice was a little plaintive.

Su Qing took his hand and said, "You're very handsome, very handsome."

As if words couldn't express her feelings, Su Qing pursed her lips and said again, "Jiang Sui, you're really handsome. I think you're very handsome."

At this moment, her heart seemed to be filled with something called sweetness.

Jiang Sui seemed to be pleased by her as well, his smile widening even more, his entire body radiant.

"Smile more! I love seeing you smile, and I want Jiang Sui to be happy too."

These were the words Jiang Sui had spoken to Su Qing that morning. At that moment, Su Qing, for some reason, felt a stirring in her heart, and she returned those words, some of them intact, like offering a gift to a Buddha to Jiang Sui.

"Okay."

The young man's palm was warm and wide, clasping all of Su Qing's fingers.

"Qing Qing, then please, my princess, accompany me for a leisurely stroll through the amusement park today."

Su Qing found it hard to imagine a young man bending down so gentlemanly, his eyes pious, raising his head slightly, extending a hand, and then looking at her.

Many tourists were gazing at the scene.

"Wow, so handsome!"

"I'm so envious of the young lady."

"What a perfect match."

For the first time, the world was filled with such kindness and warmth that Su Qing's eyes lit up brightly.

She reached out her hand and placed it in Jiang Sui's hand. She was so nervous the first time, it felt like a thin layer of sweat had formed on her back.

The moment Jiang Sui took Su Qing's finger, he pulled the girl into his arms and hugged her.

"Qing Qing, your knight is also visiting amusement park for the first time."

His voice, in a moment of clarity, seemed to dispel all the thick fog.

Su Qing looked dazed as the boy held her. Then she reached out and gently patted his back, as if to give him strength.

She knew it; she seemed to have heard it before.

He had lost his mother.

This realization brought a touch of tenderness and sadness to Su Qing's heart.
