A burst of green light appeared, and Topaz's brows knit together as her hands suddenly sped up.

In the blink of an eye, amid bursts of metal scraping sounds, all five trash cans were opened at once.

She then closed her eyes and stopped looking altogether.

When the dazzling light faded, Topaz shifted her gaze to the five Curios placed on the counter.

Staring at the five items of varying shapes, her heart filled with curiosity.

Especially the sheet in the middle that looked like a formula.

According to her investigations, this type of item might not necessarily reach the purple tier, but it would never be useless.

If it really were a formula for an elixir or a design blueprint, its value would absolutely be considerable!

For the IPC, something capable of generating enormous profit could very well be better than a slightly weaker purple Curio.

After all, assisting Qlipoth in building walls had long surpassed what could be described with astronomical figures—it was a number on the scale of microscopic physics!

So, although a complete set of relics was more appealing to her, this kind of item could just as easily spark her interest.

Sylvester, meanwhile, looked thoughtfully at the five items.

[Bamboo-copter:Place it on the head to achieve flight through mental control.]

[Size Pills:A black-and-white pair. Consume the black pill to grow tenfold, consume the white pill to shrink tenfold.]

[Flaming Essential Oil Formula:A potion formula that increases affinity with the fire element. After use, increases the user's Fire-type damage by 25% for 300 seconds.]

[Delicious Pet Feed:A nutritionally balanced pet feed. Though ordinary in appearance, the scent it emits is exceptionally attractive to animals. A great aid for owners trying to tame wild creatures.]

[Used Poké Ball:A small red-and-white sphere capable of capturing animals, though this one has already been used.]

Seeing Sylvester deep in thought and silent for a long while, Topaz took the initiative. "Shopkeeper Sylvester, what exactly are these items? I'll have to trouble you to explain them one by one."

"Oh, my apologies." Sylvester chuckled softly. "The first item is a [Bamboo-copter]. Wear it on your head, and it allows flight. It's controlled entirely by thought—simple and efficient. It can fly at a speed of eighty kilometers per hour for up to eight hours. Once its energy is depleted, it only needs to sit idle for twenty hours to fully recharge."

"Though small in size, its capabilities are anything but small. You can keep it in your pocket and use it anytime."

"Mmm~ off to a great start!"

Topaz narrowed her eyes and nodded with a smile.

This was far better than the [Classic SoulGlad] or [Mung Bean Soda]—those common green-tier Curios she had expected.

"When I first saw it was green, it really startled me."

She picked up the [Bamboo-copter] and placed it upright on Numby's head.

"Mm? Grrl." Numby felt as though it had formed some kind of special connection with the little gadget.

The rotor blades of the [Bamboo-copter] began spinning rapidly, lifting its chubby body as it slowly rose off the ground and into the air.

"Mm!" Numby was startled as its body rose higher and higher along with the spinning [Bamboo-copter].

It raised a front hoof and touched its small head. This floating sensation in midair actually felt rather comfortable.

"Oink-oink." Its limbs swayed gently, its mood clearly excellent.

With a shift in thought, the [Bamboo-copter] carried it freely flying around the room.

"Mm, it's a pretty decent item," Jade said.

Watching the 'little pig' flying back and forth indoors felt to her like a fairy tale being told by children from an orphanage.

Her mood relaxed along with the scene.

"Alright, Numby, come back!" Topaz waved at Numby.

It immediately changed direction and obediently flew back toward its partner.

When the distance closed to just one meter, the [Bamboo-copter] stopped spinning, and Numby flew by inertia straight into Topaz's arms.

"Snrr-snrr." Numby let out two happy sounds.

"Still want to play? Alright then—go play outside for now. I need to finish my business first."

Topaz tossed it out through the doorway. Borrowing that momentum, Numby flew straight up into the treetops.

This overly free-spirited Warp Trotter immediately drew plenty of attention from passersby on the street.

"My heavens, look at that—what is it?" A frail-looking young male Foxian with sunken eyes patted his Xianzhou native companion on the shoulder, then excitedly pointed toward the sky.

"What's the big deal? Why are you making such a fuss—what could it possibly b— I—!"

His companion had been dismissive at first, but upon seeing Numby flying alongside a flock of sparrows, his eyes flew wide open. "W-what am I seeing? A pig flying in the sky? And it's chasing sparrows! My god—it actually caught one!"

Watching Numby pin a sparrow against a tree, his jaw nearly dropped.

He began to wonder whether he had stayed up too late last night and was starting to hallucinate.

"Hey! Buddy, this is amazing!" The Foxian man laughed loudly, patting his shoulder twice before pulling out his Jade Abacus to start recording, speaking excitedly. "Yesterday I confessed to Lili. She said she'd only agree if pigs could climb trees. Hahaha! Now pigs aren't just climbing trees—they're flying! Truly, the Reignbow Arbiter has opened THEIR eyes!"

The Xianzhou passerby, still shocked by the flying pig, turned to him with a face full of disbelief. "Don't blaspheme the Reignbow Arbiter's wisdom! Someone like you who changes girlfriends thirty times a month—THEY wouldn't bless you at all!"

After letting out a sigh, he turned his gaze toward the trash can shop not far away.

Though he couldn't be certain, when something this unreasonable happened, it was most likely that shop had opened yet another bizarre new Curio.

"Even pigs can fly now…"

He looked enviously at Numby soaring freely through the sky, then reached into his pocket.

In the end, he still shook his head. His wife only gave him two thousand Credits a month for allowance, while a single trash can cost one million.

By the time he saved up enough, he'd probably be around to see his grandchild born…

"Shopkeeper Sylvester, what do these pills do? Are they another kind of powerful healing elixir?" Topaz asked, picking up the transparent case containing three sets of black-and-white pills.

She knew that items like Resurrection Elixirs had appeared here before, hence the question.

But Sylvester shook his head. "No. These are pills that allow the user to grow or shrink by a factor of ten after consumption. White shrinks, black enlarges. However, they only affect the physical body and do not enhance Path power."

"This was invented by a werewolf from another world. He once tried to use it to cross a fence protecting sheep and hunt them. Unfortunately, the sheep ate the growth pill and stomped him into a meat patty."

"Uh… that's a truly unfortunate story," Topaz said, her brow twitching slightly.

What was wrong with that werewolf? Smart enough to invent such a strange pill, yet dumb enough to let it end up in a sheep's mouth.

Why did his intelligence fluctuate so wildly?

Still, it had nothing to do with her. Since these pills didn't increase combat strength, growing bigger or smaller was interesting but of little practical value.

She could hand them over to the Intelligentsia Guild and see if those people could research something useful out of them.

"Then what about this one?" She pointed to the blueprint she had been most looking forward to, asking with anticipation on her face.

"Oh, this?" Sylvester spread the paper open, nodded, and smiled. "This item is indeed extremely suitable for Ms. Topaz. And it can be mass-produced—the profits it can bring are practically limitless!"

"It's the [Flaming Essential Oil Formula]! After use, it increases Fire-type damage by 25%! Simple, direct, and extremely effective!"
