Chapter 245 — Killer B Is Captured
"The ability your grandmother had? I've never heard Tsunade mention anything like that," Yusuke said, looking at Nawaki with a puzzled expression.
"Nee-san doesn't know," Nawaki replied with a bitter smile. "When I was little, I got seriously injured because I was too reckless. Tsunade-nee was away on a mission at the time. Grandma asked me to bite her… and my injuries healed instantly. But she told me never to tell anyone about it."
"I see…" Yusuke murmured, nodding slowly as he glanced at Karin. "So my assumption was wrong. Your healing ability isn't some mutation—it's a pure, inherited trait from the Uzumaki main bloodline. No wonder."
"You know something, Yusuke-nii?" Nawaki asked curiously.
"It's nothing, kid. Don't pry too much," Yusuke said calmly.
Hearing that tone, Nawaki shut his mouth immediately. He knew very well that if he annoyed his brother-in-law, he might get tossed off from the sky. Even if he survived the fall, it would definitely hurt like hell.
Meanwhile, Sasuke—having just bitten Karin's arm—quickly recovered. With support from Suigetsu and Jūgo, he thrust his Chidori straight through Killer B's body. But B's figure dissolved into faint smoke.

But the figure in the sky—Yusuke—was already staring directly at Killer B's position.
Killer B swallowed hard. He could feel tension building inside him. But since Yusuke didn't move, both he and Gyūki felt slightly relieved, thinking they might be able to escape.
Until suddenly, Karin's sharp voice rang out.
"Kagura's Mind Eye!"
In an instant, Karin pinpointed Killer B's location. Sasuke and his team immediately sprang into action. Realizing he had been detected, Killer B grew furious.
The aura of the Eight-Tails' chakra surged around him once more, stronger than before.
"Lightning Release: Lariat!" Killer B roared with full power. Seeing the danger, Jūgo pulled Karin and Suigetsu away from the attack path.
Sasuke closed his eyes—then reopened them.
The three tomoe shifted into a complex rotating pattern—his Mangekyō Sharingan.
"Genjutsu—Sharingan."
Killer B froze for a brief moment… but instantly snapped out of it, counterattacking with a heavy strike that sent Sasuke crashing backward.
"Unbelievable… truly brainless," Yusuke muttered in disbelief from afar.
"Yusuke-nii, what do you mean? I heard from my Second Grandpa that the Mangekyō can control Tailed Beasts," Nawaki said, confused.
"You're right," Yusuke replied calmly. "The Mangekyō has incredible ocular power that can subdue Tailed Beasts with weak resistance. But this Killer B… is a Perfect Jinchūriki. That means genjutsu barely affects him. The Tailed Beast inside him can immediately pour chakra to break the illusion."
"So he's immune to genjutsu?" Nawaki asked.
"For the most part, yes. But not completely. If your power is strong enough, you can control both the Jinchūriki and the Tailed Beast at once… or trap them in an illusion forever," Yusuke explained coolly.
On the battlefield, Sasuke was once again sent flying and slammed into the ground, gravely injured. Karin rushed to heal him, but this time her ability wasn't enough—his wounds were far too severe.
Jūgo stepped forward, placing his hand on Sasuke's chest, channeling Sage Transformation chakra to mend the injuries. Slowly, Sasuke's wounds closed.
Watching this, Killer B began losing interest in the fight.
His body expanded, transforming into the full form of the Eight-Tails.
The massive eruption of chakra made Karin collapse in terror.
"Tailed Beast Bomb!"
Suigetsu liquefied and formed a massive water shield to block the attack. But the power of a Tailed Beast Bomb was absolute—his defense shattered, and Suigetsu was left sprawled helplessly on the ground.
Seeing his comrades exhausted, Sasuke's Mangekyō Sharingan swirled once more.
"Amaterasu!"
Instantly, black flames consumed the Eight-Tails. A deafening roar echoed before the gigantic form faded, turning back into Killer B's body, which plunged into the water.
"It's finally over… What a terrifying monster," Suigetsu said, trembling from lingering fear.
"Let's go," Sasuke said coldly.
Nawaki watched the receding figures, his eyes shining with awe.
"I can't believe… a monster that huge was defeated by those black flames."
"Don't be stupid," Yusuke said, folding his arms. "That was just a clone. Not the real body."
"A clone? But don't Shadow Clones disappear instantly when hit?"
"That one was made from one of the Eight-Tails' tentacles. Because of that, even the Sharingan can't distinguish it," Yusuke explained.
"No wonder he disappeared too easily," Nawaki muttered.
"So… that Uchiha kid actually can't beat the Eight-Tails, right? In that case, Yusuke-nii, how about you fight him instead?" Nawaki asked eagerly.
Yusuke smirked faintly. "Oh, that big octopus? The injuries on his body back then—those were from me."
"Brother-in-law, you're amazing!" Nawaki said with pure admiration.
Yusuke snorted. "Enough. I don't need praise from a man."
"I'll tell Nee-san!" Nawaki teased.
"Oh? Is that so?" Yusuke smiled faintly. "Nawaki, have you ever tried bungee jumping?"
"Bungee… what's that?" Nawaki asked innocently.
It was over.
"Nothing important." Yusuke slowly ascended higher into the sky.
"Y-Yusuke-nii? What are you doing?" Nawaki felt dread creeping in.
Yusuke stopped at a height where the ground was no longer visible.
"Nawaki, I'll go first. You can figure out your own way down."
In an instant, Yusuke vanished. Nawaki looked around in panic, but he was truly alone. He swallowed hard—then screamed as he fell.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!"

Elsewhere, Sasuke had already reported the results to Nagato.
"So he really did it," Obito said with a pleased smile. "Only one remains, the Jinchūriki of the Nine-Tails."
"I know," Nagato answered calmly. "Once the Eight-Tails is sealed, I'll make my move."
Meanwhile, at Kumogakure's headquarters, the Fourth Raikage was raging.
"What?! Killer B was captured by Itachi's younger brother?! Damn it, Akatsuki and the Uchiha are making a fool of me!" A shouted in fury.
"Contact the Hokage. Tell her to hide the Nine-Tails' Jinchūriki properly. And one more thing—Uchiha Sasuke must die by my hands," Raikage said firmly.
"Yes, Raikage-sama," Mabui replied swiftly.
Moments later, two young shinobi rushed into the room, panic all over their faces.
"Raikage-sama, we heard our master was captured!" shouted the young man and woman.
"It was done by a traitor from Konoha—Uchiha Sasuke," C explained.
"That bastard! This time Konoha will pay for this!" Karui yelled, her dark-skinned face twisted in anger.
Raikage looked at them and nodded.
"Alright. Samui, you're coming too."
"Yes, Raikage-sama," Samui replied.
