An ice sculpture of Rye with multiple swords sticking out of him sat in the path of the gazebo.

The ice started to melt.

"Impossible!" Lava yelled as water from the melting eyes pooled at her feet. Rye got up and pieces of ice fell off him.

He picked up his sword and flexed his side to size. His neck cracked. Elmo charged at him screaming, and he hit him in the face with the hilt of his sword.

His pupils rolled to the back of his head and fell like a tree.

"I guess if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself," Lava said as she walked toward him.

A string appeared in her hand and she held on tightly. It cut her and her blood ran down turning it red. She whipped it a Rye and it slashed just below his left eye.

A drop of tear ran down his cheek. He did not flinch or stall. She whipped the string at him again.

This time he swung his sword hoping to cut right through it. The moment his sword came into contact with the string. It sounded like two metals clashing.

Another string materialized in Lava's hand. She swung with both hands. Using his sword Rye parried her attacks. He moved through her strings as he did.

He kept evading her strings until he got close enough to impale her with his sword.

She coughed out blood and smiled.

"What is funny?" Rye asked and Lava turned to look at Yash. He pulled the sword out of her and she fell to the ground. All the dead she controlled fell along with her.

Immediately a portal opened and the forger walked out.
