After counting everything he started to learn fuinjutsu to which he assigned 40 of his clones ..
He along with his 20 clones started to experiment and study the bodies especially fugaku's..
He wanted to see if there was any difference between him and others because of awakening of mangekyu sharingan..
He also assigned 2 clones to study on one tomeo sharingan..
He also assigned 10 clones for studying other scrolls and learn all the jutsus...
One year later
He was performing c rank missions with some temporary teams outside the village
Along the way he made many clones to help him search for orochimaru's labs in the newly built sound village
He also sent some to danzo's headquarters to steal some things from there...
After one week his clones have stealed some hashirama cells, medical equipments (left by orochimaru's in roots lab) ,and also took photographs of all the jutsu scrolls and some secret documents there .
Although his other clones didn't find orochimaru's labs..
Still he made five more clones with high level chakra to again search ..
He himself had started to accomolate fighting experience after creating a second identity of himself as a bounty hunter and started from genin level targets to now Jonin level..
Two more years later
He had deeply studied the hashirama cells and Uchiha sharingan and their brains and DNA ( he had already obtained most of the knowledge from orochimaru's notes he had left in roots record room )
He had also performed various experiments on hashirama cells and Uchiha cells and sharingan..
He had also found orochimaru's lab location and had left the village after accepting a C rank mission alone .He had also became a chunin after accumulating enough mission points along with many others .
After sending his clone to complete the mission he himself went towards sound village ..
After two days of traveling he approached the location and secretly entered the lab where he had found many chakra signitures along with a kage level chakra presence which was weakening.
He soon started to search through the different rooms and started to collect any useful things he found.
He found the cell samples from different clans their and collected them along with all the scientific equipments and all the records and notes .
He also found a man's cells he was searching for most for .Shin Uchiha 'as cells , he then started to attach hundreds of explosion tags through out the lab and other rooms .
He then went to the orochimaru's room and waited their for the orochimaru to start the Living Corpse Reincarnation Technique.
So that he could learn this technique while seeing it he had also found this technique on a scroll along with many notes and instructions.he still wanted to see it performed in front of him..
He saw the whole process and saw the rejection process orochimaru had to face due to the presence of another soul in that body .
He left the lab after that , and after moving long distance away from the lab he activated all the explosion tags at once which destroyed all the lab and killed many people and then left silently as if nothing had happened as he knew orochimaru was alive and he had may ways to reincarnate himself, after that he went to the kusagakure to collect the DNA samples from karin Uzumaki and her mother. After obtaining their cells he went back to the village as his clone has completed the mission. After that he started to research again and assigned many of his clones to learn the Living Corpse Reincarnation Technique as it was very important for his future plans .
He had also collected cell samples from Sasuke and Naruto secretly and started his biggest experiment project for which he had been preparing himself for all these years he had also found a white zetsu during his mission who couldn't but expose himself due to his limited knowledge and intelligence.
He started to study all the cell samples and started his experiments.
2 YEARS LATER
After kirito became 18 years old, the canon story started.
Kirito observed from the roof top of a building near the academy as the students came out of the academy with ninja headbands and were enjoying, he also observed the silent and sad Naruto on the swing of the tree ..

He sent his clone after Naruto who left the building after acquiring the fake scroll of seals ..
He himself went towards the sealed chamber where he knew real scroll of seals should be kept . He already knows izanami and izanagi from the Uchiha scrolls,
He also found tobiramas water style jutsus and genjutsu ( Bringer of Darkness technique)
He collected all his shadow clones cameras and dispelled them and went back home ..
After reaching home he went back to his usual day to day activities like performing experiments, learning jutsus ,make new seals and he also started to search for Hiruko around Mount Shumisen, located between the Land of Earth and Kusagakure.
After five months of search he found Hiruko who was in his lab conducting research on his jutsu and dark release kekkei genkai user .When suddenly kirito appears behind him silently and killed Hiruko and collected all the equipments, research papersand notes ,the kekkei genkai user, and other scrolls ..
One month later the chunin exam started and he didn't even glace at the competitors and directly went back to his experiments in his lab which he had sealed and concealed with seals ..
After two days he started to hear some noises outside the lab but didn't care about it ,he knew it meant chunin exams second round has started..he also sensed a large battle in the forest and theorizedit must be orochimaru's attack on team 7 .
After another three weeks last round of chunin exam were about to be held in the Colosseum/tournament arena and like the canon fights went and lastly during gaara's outburst when he loosed control a large scale genjutsu was performed his clone present their acted like it was trapped in genjutsu..
He himself had went to the hyuga clan compound and entered an elders house and directly killed all the members present in the house silently and collected their bodies and sent them to his lab by a clone,
He also went to hinatas room in the hyuga clans patriarch house and collected many cells or DNA samples ,then his clone collected some cells from hinata in the Colosseum/tournament arena , when attack was happening.
After some hours the attackers were repelled,or captured .
Kirito also collected some cells from gaara after his fight with Naruto.
