He kept blinking, unable to process what he was seeing.
Then, in an instant, her entire form shimmered and transformed.
Xiang's body dissolved into thousands of black butterflies, each one fluttering independently, wings beating in perfect synchronization.
His mouth twitched as he watched the swarm of butterflies fly through the air, circling around him once before condensing into a single butterfly that landed gracefully on his shoulder.
