"Is that… is that really the Red Emperor's power?"
It took Elmenhilde a long moment to find her voice, her words barely more than a whisper.
She remembered Tenra's arrogant claim—if he wanted, he alone could wipe out the entire vampire race. Back then, she'd thought he was bluffing. Now, watching the sky swarm with dragons conjured at his whim, she realized he hadn't been boasting. He truly held that kind of power.
For the first time, Elmenhilde looked at Tenra with something beyond irritation or skepticism—
She looked at him with awe.
Queen Carmilla and the elders, once dismissive, now stood silent, visibly shaken. Even they couldn't help but feel a chill.
Damn Phoenix clan… What kind of monster have they unleashed?
Down below, the vampires gaped in shock. But in the air, Yubelluna and the girls were calm—almost bored. Miracles like this were just another day with their master. Really, this barely counted as a miracle at all.
On Tenra's arm, a crimson crest shimmered, and Ddraig's voice echoed in his mind.
"Partner, why are there so many copies of me and Albion up here?"
Tenra grinned. "Just borrowing your looks, Ddraig. It's Heavenly Dragons versus Evil Dragons—what's not to love?"
His eyes narrowed, a wicked gleam sparking. "I'll handle the big one. Yubelluna, Ravel, the rest are yours."
"Yes, Lord Tenra!" Yubelluna answered, her voice crisp.
"Let's get started," Tenra declared.
At his signal, Yubelluna and the girls vaulted onto the backs of the nearest Heavenly Dragons. Thousands of dragons beat their wings in unison, surging toward the enemy like a living tidal wave.
The sky erupted in chaos.
Roars and shrieks split the night as the crimson and silver-white Heavenly Dragons crashed into the black tide of Evil Dragons. Below, the vampires watched in breathless awe as the two armies collided, the battle painting the heavens with fire and shadow.
Explosions rocked the air—
Roaring, shrieking, the sky had become a killing field. Bodies of dragons—Heavenly and Evil alike—tumbled earthward, trailing smoke and blood.
Yubelluna stood tall atop her dragon, face cold, eyes sharp. She swept her staff through the air, conjuring hundreds of magic circles in rapid succession. Bolts of energy rained down, blasting apart any Evil Dragon that strayed too close.
As Tenra's Queen, Yubelluna was unmatched among his servants. Her magic was relentless, unpredictable, and paired with the power of Dimension Lost—Tenra's shared Longinus—she moved through the chaos untouched, as if the battlefield bent around her.
On another front, Gasper crouched atop a massive Albion. Behind him, hundreds of mass-produced Albions flanked his sides.
"Lord Albion, here we go!" he called out.
Gasper's eyes flashed crimson. He activated Forbidden Balor View, his Sacred Gear. An invisible field rippled outward—every Evil Dragon within his gaze froze, suspended in time.
The Albions didn't hesitate. Magic bullets, arrows, claws, and fangs tore into the immobilized enemy. In moments, the entire squadron of Evil Dragons was wiped out.
"Extend, Ruyi Jingu Bang!"
High above, Mira's staff stretched and shrank with each swing, carving through the air. She looked small—almost fragile—but every strike sent an Evil Dragon crashing from the sky.
One of the dragons lunged for her, jaws wide. Mira reacted instantly, staff blocking the attack. The impact sent her flying, cheeks pale from the force.
A crimson Heavenly Dragon swooped in, catching her on its back before she could fall.
"Thanks, Lord Ddraig," Mira murmured, patting the dragon's scales.
It wasn't the real Ddraig, but for now, she'd treat it as such.
"Gravity Fist!"
Xuelan hammered her fists into a hulking Evil Dragon, each blow doubling the weight pressing down on the beast. After hundreds of strikes, the dragon collapsed, its body crushed and lifeless on the ground.
Nearby, Isabella landed a punch that exploded another dragon, scattering scales and bone across the battlefield.
Breathing hard, Xuelan and Isabella ended up back-to-back atop a Heavenly Dragon, sharing a brief smile.
"Your strength's improved again, Xuelan," Isabella said.
"You too, Isabella." They grinned, then leapt into the fray once more.
"Ha ha ha… Ni, Li, let's have a contest!"
"Okay, meow! Let's see who racks up the most kills, meow!"
Ile and Nel, along with Ni and Li, bounded from dragon to dragon—catgirls and chainsaw girls turning battle into a game, skipping across backs and tails, laughing as they went.
Spotting a promising target, the four prepared to pounce—
But before they could, two figures dropped from the sky.
"Holy Sword Creation!"
"Demonic Sword Creation!"
Kalamaina and Shiris, Tenra's Knights, descended in a blur. Their blades sank into the Evil Dragon's spine, and in a blink, dozens of holy and demonic swords erupted from within the beast, tearing it apart.
The dragon screamed, plummeting to earth. Kalamaina and Shiris launched themselves at the next foe.
"Hey! That was our prey!"
"Damn Kalamaina, damn Shiris! Get back here!"
Ni, Li, Ile, and Nel wailed in protest, chasing after the two Knights, their shouts echoing through the sky.
Watching the chaos, Marion, Bürent, and Shuriya sat astride their own Heavenly Dragons, exchanging exasperated glances.
"What are those girls even doing? Do they think this is a playground?"
Before they could complain further, a fresh wave of Evil Dragons—hundreds strong—charged straight toward them.
Marion's eyes hardened, her maid outfit fluttering in the wind.
"Bürent, take the left flank!"
"Shuriya, the right!"
"Got it!"
"Let's go!"
The three surged forward, ready to carve their own legend into the night.
