Kuoh Town, Kamiyo Residence—

The living room was alive with quiet activity. Aisha and Le Fay sat cross-legged on the floor, controllers in hand, playing games with Ophis. Rias, Akeno, Sona, and Tsubaki lounged nearby, sipping red tea and trading idle conversation. Rossweisse, Xenovia, Irina, and Ruruko Nimura busied themselves elsewhere, each caught up in their own routines.

Rias set her teacup down, her sigh barely audible above the hum of the house.

Tenra, that incorrigible troublemaker. Who knew what was happening with the vampires? Not a single message in two days.

She trusted his strength—everyone did. With Yubelluna and the others by his side, there was little to worry about. But ever since Tenra left, the house had settled into an uneasy quiet. Even the air felt lethargic.

DXD: Infinite Loot System — If you don't come home soon, Tenra, I'll march into vampire territory and drag you back myself!

The Gremory princess fumed inwardly. And as if the universe decided to humor her, Tenra and his group suddenly materialized in the hall.

Rias blinked. Her mouth hung open. Did I just summon him with a thought?

"We're home!"

"Lady Ophis, everyone—we're back!"

Ile and Nel burst into the room, voices echoing as they darted about, determined to announce their return to every corner of the house.

"Tenra-sama!"

"Tenra-san!"

"Tenra!"

The brief hush shattered. The Kamiyo household sprang to life, Aisha and the girls rushing forward with delighted cries. Even Ravel, Kunou, and Koneko—sensing Tenra's aura—came running in from their rooms.

"Onii-sama!"

"Tenra-senpai!"

Ravel launched herself at Tenra, arms wide. Koneko, a beat behind, latched onto his right arm. Kunou scrambled in, clutching the left.

And then, Ophis appeared, slipping between Tenra and Ravel with supernatural speed.

"Caretaker. Returned."

The Dragon God's words were as concise as ever—her own peculiar way of welcoming Tenra home. Ravel, however, was less than pleased.

"Ophis, that's my spot! Move!"

"No. Mine."

"Onii-sama is mine! I don't care if you're a god, Ophis, I'm not giving up!"

Ravel shoved, but Ophis clung to Tenra like a barnacle—unyielding, unmovable. Ravel's efforts only made her more flustered.

"Alright, you three. How long are you planning to keep me wrapped up like this?"

Tenra shot them a deadpan look, exasperated. He'd barely stepped inside and was already swaddled like a dumpling.

Koneko and Kunou blushed, loosening their grips. Ravel, pouting, slid off Tenra's lap with obvious reluctance. Ophis seemed intent on staying attached until Aisha gently pried her away.

Tenra shook his head, amused, and turned to Rias and her group.

"Rias, I'm home."

"Hmph. So you do remember where you live."

He approached, and Rias gave a melodramatic sniff, her eyes full of mock resentment.

"Got held up by a few things. But now, my princess, I'll make it up to you."

"Don't—mmph—!"

Tenra silenced her protest with a kiss, possessive and unhurried. Rias managed a feeble resistance, cheeks burning, but quickly surrendered to his embrace.

When he finally let her go, Tenra licked his lips, grinning.

"Just as I thought—Rias always tastes the best."

"Tenra!!"

Rias's face flamed red.

How could he say something like that in front of everyone? The nerve!

Tenra just chuckled, moving on to Sona.

"Sona…"

"Don't even think about it!"

Sona darted away, refusing to let Tenra treat her like he had Rias—not with everyone watching.

"But Sona, we're engaged. Isn't this a little harsh?"

Tenra's wounded expression gave Sona pause. Maybe she was being too cold…

The instant her guard slipped, Tenra's eyes lit up. Opportunity!

He flashed to her side, arms open, and swept Sona into a hug.

"You—!"

Sona was caught off guard, but Tenra didn't try anything untoward. He just held her, voice gentle in her ear.

"Sona, I'm home."

Sona trembled, her tense posture melting away.

"Welcome home," she murmured, sounding every bit the devoted wife.

After Sona, Tenra made the rounds—Akeno, Aisha, Le Fay, Xenovia, Irina, Kuroka, Rossweisse. Hugs, kisses, laughter—Tenra was in his element.

Finally, he looked to Sona's peerage girls.

"Ruruko, Tsubaki—would you two like a turn?"

"We—we're fine!"

Tsubaki and the others blushed furiously, shaking their heads. Only Bennia seemed tempted, muttering something about Tenra's legendary reputation.

Tenra laughed, sprawling onto the sofa. Rias and the rest settled in around him.

"Ravel, come here."

He patted his lap, beckoning.

"Hmph."

Ravel folded her arms, eyes shut tight, pretending not to hear.

Tenra grinned. So she was sulking because he hadn't pampered her enough earlier.

With a flick of his hand, Ravel floated up and landed squarely on his lap, yelping in surprise.

"Don't move."

She instinctively squirmed, but Tenra's stern tone froze her in place.

Satisfied, Tenra ruffled her hair, giving her a few head-pats. Ravel's indignation faded instantly; she closed her eyes, nuzzling into his chest, purring with contentment.

"Kunou, Koneko—come here too."

Obediently, the two girls joined him. Tenra pulled them close, arms around their waists, doling out head-pats and hugs.

Rias, Sona, and the others could only stare, exasperated. Tenra had barely walked through the door and was already surrounded on all sides, shamelessly basking in their affection.
