Chapter 8 - Chapter 8- The Awakening

The rift spat Azrynn into a shattered galaxy. Stars cracked like glass, debris floating in endless voids. The scent of ozone and scorched mana filled the air. Her dragons hovered around her, wings wide, tails coiling, scales glinting like molten metal. Level twenty-two.

"Lovely," Azrynn muttered, hands on her hips. "Welcome to what I'm assuming is someone's nightmare. And I'm the main course."

Fire flared, Ice shimmered, Storm arced electricity through the floating shards, Shadow melded with every crevice, and Light glinted like molten silver.

First Primordial Emergence

From the center of the galaxy, a shadow moved — massive, immeasurable, scales glinting like fractured stars. Its roar vibrated through space, shaking floating asteroids and warping rifts.

Azrynn's amber-gold eyes narrowed. "Finally… the big leagues," she muttered. "Let's see if you're worth all the hype."

The Primordial lunged, cosmic energy twisting around its body, claws larger than moons, teeth glinting like comets.

Battle of Legends

Azrynn's dragons moved as one. Fire erupted, melting asteroids midair. Ice froze incoming energy blasts. Storm tore through the void, creating lightning maelstroms. Shadow engulfed and redirected the Primordial's attacks. Light burned through protective barriers.

Every strike was calculated; every movement precise. Level twenty-three.

The Primordial's roar shook the void, but Azrynn smirked, voice low, calm, and teasing: "Big, scary, and predictable. Cute."

The battle tore through planets and debris fields. She used infinite mana to fuel continuous attacks. Each dragon leveled permanently with her, scales growing stronger, wings wider, eyes sharper.

Rival Warlocks Intervene

Mid-battle, Hulius and Gentian arrived with their own crews. Vampires, witches, and warlocks filled the void, attempting to claim the Primordial for themselves.

Azrynn's grin was cold. "Told you to stay home. Now you get a front-row seat to the show."

Her dragons responded instantly, striking multiple fronts. Fire scorched enemy crews, Ice immobilized warlocks mid-spell, Storm tore through flying ships, Shadow swallowed rogue assassins, and Light seared protective sigils. Level twenty-four.

Foreshadowing SSS Evolution

The Primordial recoiled as Azrynn's dragons leveled with her, glowing brighter, scales rippling with new power. She felt it — a faint pulse in the void, a whisper in the multiverse. A path to SSS-level dragons.

She glanced at her dragons, smirk curling on her lips. "You feel that? That's the universe acknowledging our arrival. Let's show it what true Tyrants do."

Aftermath

The Primordial, though not defeated, retreated into the heart of a collapsing star cluster. Rival crews fled, beaten but alive, leaving Azrynn and her dragons circling the remnants of the battlefield.

She sipped a vial of stardust liquor, eyes scanning the broken galaxy. "Level twenty-four… and just getting started. SSS dragons? Soon enough."

Her dragons roared in agreement, wings spread wide, tails coiling protectively. Somewhere in the multiverse, countless challenges awaited. But Azrynn? She was ready — sarcastic, stern, strategic, and lethal.
