Lana's smile faltered. "...Then I'll hit them harder?"
Mr. Crow stared at her in disbelief. "That is not a plan. That is barely a thought."
Lana clicked her tongue. "You're so dramatic."
"You're so suicidal!" Mr. Crow flapped his wings in frustration.
"Just kidding, Mr. Crow." Lana waved her hand and explained, "I will throw the exorcism talismans or use the aura-hiding talismans."
Mr. Crow proposed, "Why not just buy some weapons?"
"Hm? I am waiting for the gauntlets." Lana explained, "Nixon had promised to give me a free sample. Since I can have a free sample, why should I pay? Not to mention all the existing weapons are just subpar. The real and worthy weapons will appear only after 3 years."
Soon Lana appeared outside the university gate and asked her driver to drop her in the suburban area.
The abandoned school was located near the dead-end of the suburban district, a place where even the regular city patrol avoided going after sunset.
