Chapter 7 The Trial
Harry woke up excited for the day. Today was his trial and the day he would make a fool of the Ministry. He got down his bed and after a quick shower made his way down to the kitchen. It was 6 in the morning and his trial was at 10:30. He was almost at the stairs when he was pulled into a room on his left. He turned around to see a Naked Ginny standing and inviting him. Never one to refuse such an offer he kept at her.
He left the room thirty minutes later after making Ginny cum twice and cumming in her arse. He entered the kitchen to find Molly making breakfast and Remus, mad eye and Sirius siting at the table.
"Good Morning everyone" he said. Everyone looked at him and smiled although the Remus and Sirius had slight sadness and nervousness on there faces. "Seriously guys you don't have to worry so much , I have a plan and everything will be fine." Just then Arthur entered the room. He looked at Harry and said "Harry I will be taking you to the ministry today." Harry nodded and sat down for breakfast.
After a quick breakfast Harry and left at 8:30 and took the underground Railway. Coming back up they walked for a few minutes before entered a telephone booth and asked to follow him. He pressed some buttons and suddenly the whole booth shaker and started moving down like a elevater.
They got out of the Booth into a very crowded place which Harry assumed as the atrium if the Ministry. He followed till his office. On the way they met Percy as well as a beautiful brown skinned brunette who he had seen somewhere but he couldn't put where.
Harry sat down in Arthur's Office and waited for some minutes when a paper plane flew in. Arthur picked it up and read it quickly before beckoning Harry to follow and started running. "Harry they shifted the timing of the trial to 9 we have to go it's a full Wizengamot trial." They made way to the lowest floor in the Ministry and Stopped Infront of huge blue gates. " That's it Harry Courtroom 10 , I can't come in with you." Harry nodded and walked.
Harry walked into the courtroom which was filled with with both the members and the viewers. He confidently walked to the centre of the room and sat on the chair. He looked up to see that Fudge was presiding for the trial. He smirked at Fudge which made him go slight purple.
He looked around and noticed that Lucius Malfoy was not present.
"Well let's get this started. This is Wizengamot session for crime of Under-age use of Magic and breach of statue of secrecy. Accused is Harry James Potter from Little Winching, Surrey. Presiding over the case Minister of Magical Cornelius Oswald Fudge and the Official Scribe Percival Weasely. So "
But that was only what he said before cut him off , " so Minister Fudge this is your new tactic , trying to slander me didn't work so now you want to get me expelled with a farce of a trial." Fudge turned a nasty shade of purple while some people snickered in the court.
Fudge then said , " Are you Harry James Potter?"
"Yes"
"Do you live in Little Winching, Surrey?"
"Yes"
"Did you use a Patronus charm Infront of a Muggle on 21st July 1995?"
"Yes"
"So you agree to the crimes ?"
"No"
This startled everyone and they all looked at him for Harry and explanation. Harry sighed, " Madam Bones , can you enlighten the wizengamot which event took place at Hogwarts last year ?" he asked
to a regal looking women with red hair and a monocle. "The Triwizard Tournament , ." came her reply. Harry nodded , "Dowager Lady Longbottom can you tell what was the age restriction for the tournament?"
"Only wizards and witches of age could participate in it."she replied curtly.
"Well as I was forced to participate in a tournament made only for wizards of age and my entrance Inthe tournament was accepted by The Headmaster of Hogwarts and the Chief Warlock , I was in essence emancipated and declared of age. So hence there is no user age use of magic here."
Many people in the Wizengamot were startled by this and hushed wishpers spread throughout the court. Fudge was now purple and red all over the face. "Well there still is breach of statue of secrecy when you performed the Patronus charm in front of a muggle" Harry cut him off again "who has known about all his life as he is my cousin and lives with me."
Fudge was now stammering now before he quickly named the gravel twice and shouted "cleared of all charges."
Harry cleared his throat and stood up , all attention was on him now. "As the entrie Wizengamot is gathered here Minister Fudge , I would like to take my ancetral seat and not wait till the next meeting."
Fudge nodded slowly as though it pained him to do it while he could have sworn he saw Madam Bones smirk. Harry took the oath quickly before appointing Madam Bones as his proxy and moving to leave.
That's when the Gates opened and Albums Dumbledore walker in , " Prosecutor for defence , Albums Percival-" he was cut of by Madam Bones who said " Albus you are quite late, the trial is already finished and Lord Potter was cleared of all charges." Perhaps it was the shock of someone cutting him off while he spoke or the fact that Harry got off without his help that he never noticed Madam Bones refering to Harry as Lord Potter. Harry nodded towards to Madam Bones while Dumbledore stood still red in the face.
He was out by the time many people just stood from there seats. He waited for Lord Greengrass who looked at him and nodded. "Lord Potter, it was a surprising turn of events today." Harry smiled and replied,"ofcourse Lord Greengrass, I aim to please"
Lord Greengrass chuckled then got serious and said , " I would like for you to come to Greengrass Manor on 12th August , in two days so that we can discuss about the bethroedal contract." Harry nodded , " very well Lord Greengrass I shall see you two days."
Harry then quickly walked towards the lift where he saw Arthur waiting for him. "Cleared of all charges."
Arthur smiled and then led Harry up the elevators. In the Artirum he again saw the same beautiful brunette he had seen before the trial , he released a bit of his allure and she blushed a bit. There eyes met for a brief second when Harry winked at her and smirked. She blushed even more and quickly walked over to the lifts. Harry was quickly pushed into the floo by Arthur and he entered Grimmauld Place.
Remus, Sirius , Hermion , Ginny , Ron , Molly , Fred , George , Nymphadora and Hestia were present there. "Cleared of all charges." He shouted. Everyone started celebrating. He moved towards Sirius. Sirius had suprisingly been very receptive towards his sexual ancestry. Although he didn't know about all his exploits , he did know about Hermione , Ginny and Hestia. Harry told him about meeting the Greengrass. Sirius didn't have any problem and even gave Harry the Black Family seal so he could sign the contract himself.
He was quickly pulled out , up the stairs and into his bedroom by Hermione and Ginny where they spent the next two hours indulging in multiple rounds of Sex in over a dozen position. Both Hermione and Ginny orgasmed five times and Harry himself came thrice.
He went downstairs where he was pushed into another empty room by Molly where he bend her over the table and thoroughly fucked her while spanking her mercilessly.
