Chapter 7 - Chapter 6- Children of Demon Killers

George and Simon were in the middle of the toy store. "We can build killer robots."

Simon shouted at George, "Be quiet. They will think we are idiots."

"I am Jack." A man in his forties stood up. "I am the leader of the Parents of Disabled Children Group. My disabled son and four disabled kids are in this store. I don't know how we got off the mesa. A plane will land here and pick us up. We will climb down the mesa. We need to leave the mesa and go home, and we want to make the journey suitable for seniors and the disabled."

George now noted that there were five disabled kids. He thought of an idea, but Simon discouraged George as he opened his mouth. Simon put his hands on Geroge's mouth to stop him. George bit Simon's hand.

"I have an idea," George said.

Simon stroked the bite on his hand; he feared that George would embarrass him again. George ran to Jack to tell him his plan. "We can get a waterboard from the sports store and secure peo-

ple on it by ropes so they will not fall. We can put skateboards under the waterboard to move and pull it with a rope," George explained.

"It can work," Jack said and patted George's head. "You're a smart kid."

"Thanks."

"Wait a minute," Simon said. "That's how you broke your arm."

George hid behind Jack to protect him from Simon. "My invention worked, but don't let a seven-year-old pull you with it while he is riding a bike."

The week before, George was playing with Derek's seven-year- old cousins, Dina and Danny. George was sitting on the board while pulling him with their bikes. They dragged him so fast that he lost control, and he rolled into the street and broke his arm.
