Ash's imposing aura truly startled Shingo. He was about to boast and refuse, but his defiant words were swallowed back, and he stiffly said, "Since you wish to humiliate yourself, I have no reason to refuse."
The young master had actually agreed to a battle! The disciples were even more excited than Muramasa, quickly clearing the battle arena. Ash, with Heracross, looked at the disciples. "After this battle, I hope to battle all of you as well!" This statement was as if Ash already had victory firmly in his grasp, completely disregarding Shingo, who was sitting opposite him with his computer.
Shingo was enraged. "Damn it, I'll teach you a good lesson!" With that, he threw out his Poké Ball, from which emerged another Scizor!
"Blaze is my strongest Pokémon! His speed, strength, and stamina all surpass my father's Masamune. He is the most perfect Scizor in the world!" Looking at the Scizor named Blaze, Ash was speechless. "Shingo, how big is your world?" You dare to call this the most perfect Scizor in the world? Setting aside everything else, where do you place the Bug-type Elite Four's Scizor from Kalos? Shingo didn't immediately react to Ash's words.
"Young Master, he's mocking you for being a frog in a well!" It was a disciple behind him who reminded Shingo, making him understand Ash's meaning. His anger then became uncontrollable. Seeing Shingo's expression, Muramasa, however, nodded. Even before the battle began, Shingo's emotions had been agitated by Ash, which would undoubtedly affect his judgment during the subsequent battle. Muramasa looked at Ash, whose face still bore a mocking smile, yet his eyes were incredibly clear. How did he find such a profound young man!
"Enough talk, Blaze, use Quick Attack!" Shingo's emotions were stirred, and he lost his calm. He couldn't hold back any longer and commanded Blaze to attack! It must be said that this Scizor was indeed well-trained; its speed and explosive power were excellent. Ash and Heracross seemed to not even react, getting knocked backward by Blaze's attack.
"Hmph, you can't even react to Blaze's attack, and you claim you'll defeat me!" Shingo became overly smug, his gaze towards Ash filled with disdain.
"Nothing special!" Ash smiled lightly. "Heracross, use Aerial Ace!" The retreating Heracross suddenly opened its eyes, spread its hidden wings, and turned around to fiercely collide with Blaze! Knocking Blaze flying.
"Blaze!"
Shingo gasped, seeing Blaze get hit. He then looked at his computer, which showed Heracross's reaction speed at 0.18! Far exceeding Heracross's average stats!
"Your Scizor's speed is indeed excellent, but can it maintain that speed indefinitely?" Ash said with the smile of a victor.
"Do you still have time to look at your computer?" Ash's smile suddenly vanished. "Brick Break!"
No sooner had he spoken than Heracross once again caught up to Blaze, slamming a chop onto its head! Shingo's computer suddenly displayed a warning—this was a new record. Heracross's command reaction speed was even faster.
"How can it be so fast!" Shingo still didn't understand what was happening. He had only just updated Heracross's data when Blaze was struck repeatedly.
"Blaze, adjust your stance, use Flash Cannon!" Receiving the command, the attacked Blaze immediately stood up, adopting a battle pose, a metallic sheen glinting on its large claws!
"Focus Blast!"
The metallic energy cannon and the fighting-type energy ball collided, unleashing a terrifying explosion. Both Blaze and Heracross were thrown backward by the blast.
"Blaze, get up quickly!"
"Heracross, use Take Down!"
The lingering shockwave of the explosion was still present, but Ash's command had already been given. Heracross's eyes gleamed as it fearlessly charged towards Blaze. Relying on its sturdy Bug-type armor, Heracross bravely pushed through the lingering effects of the explosion, delivering a powerful blow to Blaze's waist!
"Blaze, quickly dodge! Use Agility!"
Blaze's figure disappeared the instant Shingo's command was given. It seemed Shingo had realized he should have utilized Blaze's speed advantage earlier! Blaze's speed was indeed very fast. Under Agility, it became several afterimages, surrounding Heracross.
"Heracross!"
From amidst the afterimages, Heracross's cries of pain were heard, clearly indicating it was being hit repeatedly!
"Heracross, use Mega Horn, strike the ground!"
Facing such a predicament, Ash showed no panic, instead giving a strange command! Just as everyone was confused, Heracross's large horn fiercely slammed into the ground!
Rumble!
Heracross's strength was already immense, and it used a powerful Bug-type move. In an instant, the entire ground vibrated from the massive attack! Everyone present staggered, almost losing their footing. Scizor, in the midst of its high-speed movement, stumbled even harder, falling directly to the ground!
"How is this possible?! He used Mega Horn to cause an earthquake effect!"
"That's incredible! Who is that kid!"
"Terrifying! Absolutely terrifying!"
At this scene, only four words appeared in Shingo's mind!
"Cannot comprehend!"
"Cannot comprehend!"
"Cannot comprehend!"
Just as he was completely bewildered, Ash's command was given again: "Heracross, Brick Break!"
Heracross flapped its wings and flew up, slamming a chop onto Blaze's head.
"Blaze is unable to battle! The winner is Ash!"
Muramasa announced Ash's victory, looking at his beloved son, who still seemed shell-shocked. He then looked at his computer, which displayed a string of question marks. He couldn't help but shake his head. Has this child been too traumatized? He had originally hoped to find a peer to defeat Shingo, so that Shingo could understand that battles weren't solely determined by data. But who knew that Ash, whom he found, would be so incredibly powerful.
Of course, Muramasa would not blame Ash for this. If anyone was to blame, it could only be his son for being too sensitive. He had someone take Shingo back to his room, and went to accompany him, intending to have a good talk with his son once Shingo recovered. He believed that his son, after experiencing this setback, would be reborn, his strength reaching a new level, and gaining a new understanding of trainers and battles.
As for Ash and the others, since he wanted to challenge all the disciples in the dojo, he would let the disciples entertain him first.
