Lilith merely blinked when she felt Richard's touch in the middle of their conversation.
With their relationship now official and the fact that they had already done it, Lilith was clearly not surprised that Richard would try something like this again when they were alone.
On the other hand, seeing how calm Lilith's reaction was, Richard immediately wrapped an arm around her waist, spun them around to change their position, then sat down on the throne while pulling Lilith onto his lap.
