Background Story (one of the worst story that he had
Suruli is a pick pocketer in JB. He usually planned to steal money at market because there are many people go and come, and the risk of police caught might be less. So far, he managed to collect RM 2500 in a week. His intention is to pay his father's medical fees. His father has diabetes, and the doctor has to cut one of his leg and Suruli has to pay for the duplicate leg which will be cost RM 15,000.
On 15 January 1990, he shoots a people in front of public. Since it was a police case, he was arrested but since he was under aged, he was sent it to Sekolah Penjenayah Insaf, Penang for 5 years. On 14 March 1993, he was punished by the discipline teacher due to bullysm at junior and took drugs based on drug test which is positive.
Based on the rules on Sekolah Penjenayah Insaf, student who do:
Bullysm: 3 times whip on the butt no matter boy or girl
Taking drugs: 10 times whip on the ass and no food/drinks for 2 days.
But the twist is his punishment will do in open space not in the punishment room. When the discipline teacher started to whip Suruli's butt, he was screaming, and the other student was scared and started to cry. After the discipline teacher stop whip which is a total of 13 times, his butt has come blood, and the blood was overflowing. Suruli was in pain, and he can't walk properly but luckily at the school has SJAM (St John Ambulance Malaysia) to give medical treatment to Suruli. The discipline's main intention to do this thing is it might be a lesson for other students if they do criminal thing.

After he was finishing his secondary school, he quickly planned to steal money for his food and also for his father's medical fees. All was fine and good for one week and he managed to get RM 2500. And the next day of that, while he steals a guy's wallet, he didn't realize that that wallet belongs to a police officer. He got caught at that spot. Then, he was beaten hardly by the polices that are in the cell. While that, the police officer was checking Suruli's history.
"Dei....are you from Sekolah Penjenayah Insaf?" said the police officer.
"Yes, sir" Suruli reply.
"Then, didn't you repentance?" said the police officer while laughing.
"Luckily you are not above 18, if you are 18 and above, you might be go to jail for 3 years" said the police officer.
"Sorry sir" said Suruli.
The police on the cell keep on beating Suruli until Pandya and his friend came to the police station.
"Who are you?" asked the police officer.
"Pandya Alaxander, RAW agent" said Pandya.
Automatically, all the polices including the police officer started to give respect to him.
"Sir, sorry to being hush sir." said the police officer.
"It's ok. Did you arrest Suruli about 1 hour ago?" said Pandya.
"Yes sir, he is on that cell." said the police officer.
" Can i bail him?" said Pandya.
"Sir, I have already put FIR on him." said the police officer.
" So, just tear it up." said Pandya and he leave from the police station with bringing Suruli.
"Sir, are you RAW? don't shoot me sir...I don't intentionally steal money sir. " said Suruli.
"I know your intention, follow me" said Pandya.
In the next shot, Suruli was at the same room.
In the next shot, ACP Ajay was held a small meeting with other police officer.

ACP Ajay is Assistant Commissioner of Police in Malaysia for 8 years. He was born 16 September 1963 in Melaka. Fun fact, this date is Malaysia's Day. So far, he was encountered 16 people on the spot and get transferred 3 times due to his heavy violent on his department. On 21st October 1992, he killed the Corruption Department Officer due to receive black money from a businessman from India. For that, he was suspended for 8 months and rejoin at 21st June 1993.
Now, ACP was in charge for one of Ramsay's people death that mention in Chapter 4. Based on the meeting, ACP was shared his opinion to the other police officers that this might be drug dealer's people because he found some drugs on the body. But, ACP was said that it might smuggling case but he not sure about that. So, he instruct every state police officers to do road checking.
ACP started his investigation with research top drug dealers that has record in Malaysia. Then, he started to search the drug dealer's place but most of the place was like a haunted house. Nothing strong clue get by ACP. He thinks that this is either new gang group or a gang change his activities to drug department.He starts confusing.
He starts being stress and arrest some minor criminal accust case and bash them brutally and while asking about the case. Then, unexpectedly one of the accust shout "SIR".
"I know sir, please leave me" said the accust.
ACP was blanked and bring him to a room.
"Ok, tell" said ACP while start the voice recorder for evidence.
"Sir, last week, I was left from the drug gang. It is because they harmed my family sir. They forced my family to take drugs even though my baby sir. And I heard that they had a big smuggling deal. But I'm not sure where sir. Please leave me sir. I beg to you sir." said the accust.
He closed the voice recorder and started to linked the clues and the voice from the voice recorder.
Then, he quickly gets a valid clue that he confirms this is a a gang changes his activities ato a drug department and they has a smuggling deal. As per plan, the police officer from all states has to do road checking.
