It was raining the day I saw Brett punching an injured guy on his face. My face fell into despair and I was surprised as much as he was when he saw me, witnessing such a sight. His hand was covered in blood and his shirt was stained too. He glared at me after the guy he punched fell on the ground and wipe the blood with his hand. Words stuck in my throat. I couldn't let a single word come out as I just stare at them. I couldn't move an inch at his gaze. My whole body couldn't escape his darig eyes.
'oh shoot'
Brett wasn't like this before..what the heck happened?

[One day before]
"You're Sara.. right?"
The four eyes asked, smiling as he approached me. Although he wears a glasses and looked like a total nerd, he had brown spiky hair and dimple on the corner of his left eye so he was quite good looking.
"Ah yes. Do you need any help?"
I stood up from my chair and gave him a bright smile.
"My name's Brett...actually..the principal asked me to tutor you."
My face turns to red from embarrassed at his words. Damn the principal really didn't hesitate.
"Eh?..well..if the principal said that so...But is it really okay with you..? I can be pretty dumb.."
He chuckled and my heart was beating at the sight. Gosh he was cute. And I felt myself getting more excited to spend time with him.
"Don't worry. I can handle you that much I think"
I chuckled at his words and nodded. Maybe being tutored by a cute guy won't be that bad.
"Alright then..how about after school?"
"Sound nice. I'll see ya"
"Sure!"
He smiled and waved his hand at me as he head back to his seat.
The class bell rang and it was started when the teacher came in. All she did was teaching us how to solve the equations. Crazy because I hate math.
My eyes sparkled when the bell rang again after awhile. Good, it's now science period. I loved science.
(Lunchtime)
After having my lunch my friends, Borry and Angelie approached me. They are my childhood friends. Borry is quite energetic and have a brown curly hair with blue eyes. She is quite dark but very popular in our school. She dates every weeks tough...
Angelie is also energetic sometimes..but she is pretty much quieter and she wears like a gyaru which I find amazing. Her hair is blond and she tied half of the back of it. Although she's got confessions countless times she rejected all of them... because she said she only likes fictional men...
"Yo."
"Yo~!"
"Y-yoo..."
Borry frowned and crossed her arms before sitting on my desk.
"Sara..has something been bothering you? You never said 'yo' like that"
'what are you, a detective!? How did you know that?'
"Uhh..well.."
As I explained them about Brett and me, Borry eyes sparkled with excitement while Angelie just kept her uninterested look.
"Really!? You got that hottie nerd teach you? Woah way to go gurl~!"
"Eh..???"
Borry grinned while Angelie just looked on her phone before glancing at me.
"..well..I'll say it's pretty embarrassing to let a man teach a woman.."
'She is right. But what options did I have?'
"What's embarrassing about it? At least you have that hottie nerd spend time with you"
Borry plead boastfully. As I was describing, Brett was much like a nerd but he's very popular because he got the aura. I sighed and forced a smile, leaving Borry confused.
"What? You don't like him?"
Borry raised a brow as well as Angelie who was touching her phone earlier now looking at me as if asking the same question.
"No no! It's not like I dislike him! I just feel nervous. What if he found out I'm too dumb and give up on me in the end?"
I muttered the 'give up' part with a blush on my face. Borry laughed as she noticed my issues and pat my shoulder.
"Don't worry. Of course he won't. I heard a rumor about him a few times. He seems to be very gentle and hardworking."
My heart felt a little relief at Borry words but what if he really found out I'm too dumb? I shook my head and smiled at Borry.
"Alright. Then, I'll try hard not to be nervous!"
They both stare at each other before smiling at me.
"That's our girl"

The rain poured on the ground as I opened my blue umbrella on my hands. I look around, hoping to see the four eyes guy and just as I turned right I saw him waving his hand at me while rushing towards me. His spiky hair slightly falling down and his shirt got clung to his chest due to the rain. He was totally soaked.
"Sara!!"
"B-brett!?"
My eyes widened at the sight. He immediately hid under my umbrella and sighed heavily. He was quite close to me and my heart was beating again. Great.
"Crap..I'm all soaked now..I forgot to bring my umbrella...can I share with yours? Since we're going to the same house anyway"
He smiled, teasing a bit.
'right..he was going to tutor me..'
I smiled back and moved my umbrella a little closer to him. Sharing wasn't a bad idea but if the people gotta misunderstood us for dating I'll be probably dead.
"Sure, we can share. You owe me one"
He chuckled and I chuckled back. Then we both went our way to his house..
